Manager doesn’t know how to speak to people who come for interview. It was very disheartening to be spoken by such rude way. Director was very pleasant and kind hearted.

I have been staying in their properties for quite some time knowing there is a premium charged compared to similar houses in locality for simple reason of ambience and maintenance of their facilities.Today once again I was really impressed with their professionalism when I had a maintenance issue in my house. It was remarkable on response time for my issue and more important continuos and sincere follow up in resolving issue. Once again a big thank you

Worst real estate agency in UAE especially the manager siting on the right side at the entrance, very arrogant and un-professional very rude, I had rented an office with them since 2011 and i just canceled my contract with them after seven years because of his bad attitude, I wish I never visited them. I used to send a friend to hand them the cheques, I wish I did this time.

Imran Kareem khan is one of the managers and extremely rude and impolite. As a customer he should speak to me with respect as we are the ones paying his and the rest of the vakson teams salary and billsResponse to Vakson: I am assuming your “system” is a platform. If you are only relying on this system to run your business then you should expect negative service and dissatisfied customers. If I were you I would collect feedback from Imran’s work colleagues and other customers to review the reality of his poor client servicing and lack of training to speak politely and professionally. I don’t want to discriminate all Vakson employees, but if a manager (“leader”) is allowed to conduct business in this manner than you have to restructure your approach to conducting business.

This is the worst real estate Ive ever in encounter in Dubai since 2006 in term of maintenance and follow ups.

In terms of providing maintenance to their tenant flats, very slow in responding to emails and follow up.

Not a pleasant place. Customer service is not upto mark. Renewal tenants are not getting treated well.

Buildings are well maintained by vakson... not anymore

The worst property company ever.. rude staff, bad management, zero customer services and when it comes maintenance like AC problem or water etc its the biggest disaster.. you better head to economic department and complain.

A very bad company and the Manager inside the office. I was renting an apartment since 2012 and last year I have vacated the flat.They dont respect the customer and the Manager is very rude,he wrote my name every time with mistake when it comes to renew the contract. After that I wrote also his name with the mistake in my reply. And next time I was surprised,he corrected his mistake in his answer to me. I am happy now,that I dont deal with them any more. I see here also how is the lowest and worst score they have in terms of customer service and etc.And also you should thank me that I paid you for six years ,instead of making cases and thinking that I will escape of payment. I told you 10 times with my visits to your office that I will pay you.Wait a bit I am changing my job and my visa ,put yourself in my shoes ,but it was like talking to the wall 😊and I paid you almost 30 K.I am a very respectful person ,ok!Because you are not good in customer service and you should get some training including your Manager in terms of improving your company and the number above👆is the reality.Also by the way down below on your comment I am not Mr I am Ms.ok! ☝️

Dont deal with this company at all. Not willing to cooperate and the lady I delt with was very rude. They want you to pay before I have even moved in. The contract was to start for the 24th but they want Thier money 10 days prior to that. Also not charging the right deposit amounts which by law states 5%When asked about the Broker that works for them she denied that saying they dont work for her.Something not right here.They have been reported to RERA

NEVER DEAL WITH THEM, they are literally thieves no proper maintenance, worst attitude ever and never expect back your security deposit as no matter the condition of your apartment they will prepare an extremely expensive irrelevant quotation that will be almost the same amount.
