They promised my friend with 2 months free and good price, they let him pay deposit and when he came to sign the contract, he found that they increased the price and 1 month free instead of 2 months. You should be clear before u let people pay deposits

❌ It was really one of my worst experiences ever .. after I’ve paid the deposit they have changed the agreed on price & I’ve been told to take 2 months & 2 weeks for free as a compensation for this change. Once I’ve reached to pay my cheques, I found the contract without what I’ve been told to be. I’ve called them, they told will get back to you shortly, no one called me & I’ve left the office after 30 mins of waiting without any answers!!!!❌They don’t respect their clients at all.

I was unaware of URBAN real estate and accidentally came across it while browsing for rental properties. Ms Rachel was kind enough to guide me how I should use the site twice! Once on the portal, I found it so so easy to go through various property options in various locations in Dubai...3D views, pix and digital locks were just amazing, easy to handle and up to date so the waste of valuable time was curtailed to almost nil and I easily zeroed my focus on to the properties I wanted.In less than 6 hrs, I was contacted by the appointed agent Mr Oswald, by URBAN. Mr Oswald was highly energetic enough to show me all properties i wanted to go through and was in-line with my thinking. He was so sincere and open about pure facts which showed that he just did not just want to get the deal through desperately but wanted me to have value for money as well, even if it meant that I would lose the deal with him. This was the precise reason that I opted to go with him only. Untiring attitude and looking into needs of the client beyond point of just deal must be the moto of Mr Oswald and URBAN as a whole! The at once responses by Ms Betty to all my emails starting from signing Ejari till handing over the apartment to me was handled remarkably well by URBAN. Mr Oswald even assisted with details of authentic net providers prior to shifting. It ended up with final call from URBAN ascertaining that client had settled well, no complaints and feedback! Im truly impressed by the kind of VIP services offered by URBAN and I recommend their services to everyone looking for sale or renting of properties.

Very disappointing policy. I booked an apartment in JLT paid the security deposit, and when I cancelled the booking they said security deposit is non refundable. Like what! What kind of policy is that I have not even lived in the apartment yet nor signed any tenancy contract how did it happened? First of all the security deposit is not landlord money nor Real estate company money. When calling the agent and customer service they just ignored my message/email they will say will get back to you. What a shame.

My experience with Urban has been amazing. The viewing visit I had was seamless and easy, you dont need to contact the agents and trying to arrange to meet and the agent got late etc... Highly unprofessionals.This time I booked the viewing at Bonnington Tower - JLT, When I reached there the reception staff was not aware about my visit and plus they was very rude like they own the building.
