Their broker (Tarun Bulchandani) has proven recently to lure potential clients like me into illegal very dodgy rental arrangements, that are contradicting the Rera rental laws in Dubai and are basically fraudulous.That means this Company is used to bogus practices to cheat naive clients that are not aware of the basics when renting a flat in Dubai. I advise keep away of these people by all means!!!
