Drehomes was the appointed agency with Mr. Hani as the contact person for the apartment I was renting. Initial communication with Hani was fairly ok. After that, no more communication from him for the following 2.5 years, including when, towards the end of the lease, I contacted him several times for guidance with regards to moving-out procedures.Three messages in 12 days and no response from him. Eventually, after me calling Drehomes, someone else got back to me to tell me that anything linked to moving out procedures should be followed up with the agent of the new owner of the apartment, providing me simply with a mobile phone number, not even the name of the agent. Whilst I was aware that the apartment was up for sale, I was never actually notified by Drehomes that it has been sold.The only person at Drehomes who responded promptly to any queries was Ms Jolly, whereas Mr Hani clearly needs to work on his customer service skills.Drehomes: not recommended.

Worst ever company to deal with, they are thorough unprofessionals, they keep lot of big big promises but at the time of keeping their promises no one in the company from top to bottom will take the initiative to serve you,once you start the relationship you will realize that u had done a biggest mistake of your life, never never deal with this unprofessional company.

This organisation is run by crooks. The management focuses on hiring talented salesmen from third world countries. Employ them by signing a contract, however a copy of the labour contract is never returned to the victimised employee.As commissions are always delayed for 5-6 months.Employees are paid salaries by cash only. No bank transfers are made.Employees of this organisation are made to work from 12 to 14 hours. The environment is toxic. Managers use foul language on a hourly basis.Clients who buy through this organisation are usually forced into it by constant followup & peer pressure.And after sales, nevermind. That doesnt exist for them. If youre facing issues during your transaction immediately seek help of someone else in the industry as the situation may escalate from bad to work.If youre a victim of this company your only hope is to approach the government departments for help. Extremely poor management team, personal experience shows simple issues cannot be resolved, major issues such as water leaks over electrical connections, broken ac in the peak of summer and such issues are treated with no priority and left for days or months without fixing

I am commenting here so my comment might help some poor people to waste their time and money on such company.They fake hire people without any pay and visa and demand them to work 9 to 10 daily without any offday. And on top of that without even paying a single penny they behave like there masters.No ethics, frauds. People who are going to work with them please dont waste your time and money on such companies. Bycote these companies so they start respecting jobless people emotions.They must stop taking advantages of needy people.

I got a cold call from DreHomes. Apparently I signed up for some something with Emaar, which I ensured the caller I didnt. He then suggested I must have signed up somewhere, which is how they have my number. Again... I told him I did not.Regardless, they are platinum partners with Emaar and that is why they have my number. Thats hilarious. I doesnt matter, if I signed up somewhere or not. They have my info from Emaar apparently.I wonder if Emaar know who their platinum partners are?!When I am on the market for anything in future, I wont be looking to do business with any agent who is trading/buying customer data from unofficial sources.If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Real Estate Agent in Dubai, look up TREO HOMES. That is who I bought my home with and very happy with their professionalism and efficiency.

They are very responsive till you pay the money. After that they are always busy. Based on their guidance I paid INR 1 lac to Godrej properties. However when I decided to not go ahead with the purchase, they didnt bother returning the money or answering my call. Unprofessional at their best. Another thing i noticed is that the Godrej email ID mentioned in the invoice doesnt work. So I am not sure how professional the whole transaction is.

Very unprofessional and incompetent with complete lack of transparency, regardless how many times you call them and ask for updates and information they still dont provide any updates. They waste your time and make you feel as if they are not their to support and assist you rather they make you feel they have a hidden agenda. I wasted my time dealing with them for a month where they completely didn’t comply with their duties as agents. I advise anyone to avoid dealing with them and also to check the authenticity of the positive reviews they are receiving.
