Better find direct source of company instead of agents. Possible agent will tell 5k extra from actual.

I curse myself for taking a flat with this people. Its terrific service. I have been calling this people to get my contract but they keep saying within 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 20 minutes etc.. Its been 2 days since I paid the money and I was told I will get it by next day. They are playing with my contract and making fun of it. Spoke to an agent who was so rude and shouting over phone. Everyone should make a complaint in Rera as well.

I do not have option for less than 1 star. Very poor management. Best example for customer scam. There agents are telling some thing else about rent and when you go to office for agreement they are completely different. In front of me the manager was shouting at agent to remove us from her office. Just because I asked why you are telling us the different stories when your agent told us about the rent. They should communicate properly to customers. Very poor management. Not recommended at all.

I actually live in one of their buildings, the building itself looks amazing but it cockroach infested , the agents in the office are rude and undermining...if you want something done, you have to go to the head office and what I dnt get is, why do we pay commission? We come and view the apartments and they are just sitting there and we have to pay commission for finding the apartment for ourselves... its ridiculous

I have stayed for 4 long years, but the end was the worst , the deduction made was absolutely too much n unacceptable. AED 400 for cleaning , AED 300 for cleaning tor just a 240 sqft studio flat, when I sent mail asking n requesting for discount, there was no reply even after 3 reminders , also the real estate staffs were unprofessional, never even bothered to inform our Cheque was ready, would never ever recommend this place to anyone in the future. Not worth even a single star.Absolutely disappointed, worst customer service.

Bin Shabib Mall resident management is very rigid and non-cooperating. I signed contract on Jan2020 but unfortunately I loss my job in Feb. Due to the covid situation I couldn’t find a job yet. I requested them to cancel my tenancy but they simply refused saying that they won’t cancel tenancy, I have to pay full year rent. One of the employee suggested to leave the apartment as it is but it will end up having case in court and travel ban for me. I managed to pay the rent till June with whatever I had. Then again requested them to cancel my tenancy but their reply was approach land department they will not cancel. I don’t understand this at all. My visa is being cancelled I need to fly back to India now I don’t know how much time it will take to settle in land department. Every day is costing me additional burden. So if you are taking any apartment in Bin Shabib Mall think 100 times and be sure you will not have the situation to cancel your tenancy. In the contract there is a clause cancellation of tenancy is possible only IF landlord agrees. In my case he never agreed even with my valid reason and supporting docs.

Place is excellent i met with mr ameer for a shot time.discussion was nice.

Veey bad experience my cousin had cheque bounced he paid cash to them still they didnot remove the case and he was arrested for one day please think before signing a agreement with them

The worst real estate in dubai. Dont deserve 1 star even. Waiting for Security deposit for 1 month and a week now and still waiting. The reason the give me is that their boss is busy. Simply $%$^$&$

Manager is exploiting the organization. Whereas owers are not aware of what is happening in the ororganization.
