He is very professional, understood my requirements and got me the best option. The process was very clear and smooth and he was very helpful in dealing with the landlord. Few days after paying commission and security deposit I had an issue and asked him on the cancellation process and cost and I was surprised that after I only asked not requested he offered me full refund of commission and he also dealt with the landlord and got me a full refund of security deposit!
