No questions for maid work, they work fine, but the management of the company is awful. They will drive your nerves to pay for subscription in advance for 1 week, but even if you scheduled cleaning and received confirmation from them a day in advance, maid will be late for 1 or 2 hours and can come without materials even if you paid for them. You cant plan your day and agenda according scheduled and confirmed cleaning. Every cleaning day is a nervous day. Lost my trust completely.

I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR HOUSE CLEANING!I saw the advertisement on Instagram and decided to try them, they outsource the maids from another company called crystal blue, first the booking was a mess, I never got confirmation and the ladiesjust showed up in my door (instead of 1 they send 3) one hour later of the time requested in the booking.This company didnt comunicate with the maid provided one and it was a mess.I got a service done in one bedroom apartment, the cleaning wasnt performed 100% properly and they mistreated my cleaning equipment.One of the ladies broke a decorative item trying to unplug the vacuum by pulling the cord ( instead of removing the plug from the socket with the hand) and so far I havent be reimbursed for that; that happened the 2nd of September, now is the 13th of September, the management is not taking responsibility.I truly recommend to avoid this company.

Don’t use this company unless you really want to have a headache or waste your time and money.I paid a monthly cleaning package which is 4 visits but no one even came after the 1st appointment. After complaining, they promised to send a staff the next day, but again no one came. The only thing they are good at is apologizing. Maybe they should offer that instead of cleaning service.I rarely write bad reviews but sadly this is the worst company I have dealt since my 13 years living in Dubai.If you even value and respect yourself a little bit you’ll avoid calling them.

Will be my jlast time to use their service. And am very easy going guy . But they are just too much . Please trust me don’t use there cleaning service .

I was urgently looking for some daily cleaning services at specific hours and they managed to provide me with what I needed. Do not recommend this company. they will ask you first to pay money and then they will not provide the service and when you ask them why they will till you the maids left the country and when we ask about her she said i am still working and when we ask for refund they deduct money again and they calculate the hours more expensivethey sent us a maid which does not know the vacuum and not speaking English nor Arabic …. I raised a complaint in the customer care protection and will do a case against them as i do not want someone to lose his money and please share with other to avoid these companies in our beloved UAE

Don’t hire their service.. I am regretting it.. I paid for 100 hours 2000 dirhams.. they said timings will be as per our requirement..initially they said only one maid will be fix for us.. then that changed till now about 15 different ladies must have come .. then they start changing our schedule from Monday to Sunday since they got another apartment in our building.. so we have to manage with them.. that also we cooperated.. later every Thursday maid will get sick n they ask u to change when i specifically told them I need specially on Thursday.. after so many incidents like that and so many arguments with them (they don’t answer your call and reply your messages until unless u call them at least 4 to 5 times and every time one new person will answer your call and will tell he will inform the concerned person) we decided to ask for refund and now they are not answering that as well.. we are stuck with them till finish our hours.. some of their staff is very rude also they don’t talk properly.. it’s a nightmare service .. they outsource everything they don’t have any service of their own and that also depends on availability

I booked for wall painting for 6 PM on 19/5 yesterday. Till 7:30 there was no update, tried calling but no update. After trying they confirmed they will come around 8pm. still they came after 9 in the night. The staff was humble and sorry for delay. so i ignored the delay. Next morning i noticed paint finishing was not good. I tried calling no one answered, i sent Msg they replied “it’s bcoz of paint”.However they dint even tried to attend or console the customer. The staff have taken my video to recommend the service”. In short they don’t care about their customers. “ poor customer service before and after”

Good experience with adam. Sometimes their maid came late or change slot but whenever you connect their customer service they rectify your problem as soon as possible. Mostly maids are very professional. If you have any problem with maid they listen to you and change her. I m with them since march 2021 and still with them.

Highly unreliable company… they were okay at first but then the maids stopped showing up and every time its a diff excuse… haven’t had a maid show up for weeks now and when i asked for a refund they simply stopped replying..,There’s also the fact that they kept charging my card for the subscription even after it was paid !! There were 3 attempts after I already paid but luckily for me i used an online card that i only charge when neededstrongly recommend against even trying them

I have very good things to say about the 4 cleaners I have had so far. However, the management and their service has left me with desire to look for another company. I had booked for 12, they moved it to 2 without consulting. Then they just called the day before to inform it would be at 3. When I said no, then they changed the cleaner, and sent one allergic to cats, despite being informed that we had cats. They change the maid they are sending without prior notice. They left the cleaner waiting for over 2 hours after she finished. I am happy with the direct service I get from my cleaners, but I am not satisfied with IFSG as a company, they need to learn and grow a lot. When I have complained with them, the place the blame on the cleaner or driver, apologise and promise to correct. Then a couple days after they do something else. I gave up giving them chances, they are unprofessional and not very competent. I am changing company.

I have moved around Dubai Sharjah and Ajman for the past 7 years a few times. I used this company for the first time and they are the worst I have ever seen. They broke my sofa, scratched my new floor, they threw my things in boxes as if they were throwing junk, and when they reached my new place, they were unorganized, they dont listen because they just want to finish and leave. My advice is not to hire this company if you care about your stuff.
