The worst service for maintenance!! They will accept first your payment and you have to wait for them when they will like to send their team. Bad choice for service. They will promise to call back and it will never happened.

Terrible. Well known amongst the neighbors as ServeUseless… is indeed. Total lack of customer service and they are extremely for the poor quality maintenance jobs they do.

One of the worst maintenance companies in dubai.The team is not qualified for the job. They dont have the right tools..Worst timing ever !The staff is not professional, they dont know what they are doing. They will come and take a guess what might be wrong and fix based on that.Everytime they come to fix something, they break something else.(I have been dealing with them for 2 weeks for a simple leakage problem)Dont get me started on the emergency team : they came one day with no equipment !!! I asked them how are you doing to work? They said nooo we will only check the problem, the fix is tomorrow !! (Too much for emergency service).Supervisors are as bad as their technical team, zero respect to time

I worked with Serveu for 9yrs as a security supervisor, security department is awesome and supportive Mr. Babu, baha, Sadaf, Hassan, Danisha and all others. I changed visa status to another establishent in 2021, check out from company was smooth, but what disappointing was, today its my 55th day resign, all clear except I didnot get paid..

ServeU Facilities Managementworst service that can be ever provided.payment for maintenance collected more than 20 days and still no one comes to finish the job.whenever I call customer service I`m constantly on hold.I have created a complaint, the next day called and asked the agent what was my complaint and I found that the complaint was not entered correctly in the system.by the way, when you asked to be connected a manager you can wait for more than 30 minutes and then they will come back to you with the answer, sorry he/she busy can we call you back later.I strongly advise all customers not to contact these services provided.If anyone how we can create an official complaint against them please advise me.when I wrote this I was on hold for 15 minutes to get a manager.

I am security in serve u llcSecurity has to pay 580 dhiram room rent to the company, While no expenses are charged from the staff. In the new camp Al qouz, 1 small room, 6-7 security guard are kept like animals. It is not right to keep more people in a room like this at the time of corona.And the staff are just 2-3 people in 1 room. Its wrong as a human being but Our company considers us a slave So treating like this.

Our air conditioning in the maids room and in the bedroom is not working properly. We have 30 degrees in the room. Technicians were here two days ago to report the damage and give me a quotation. I had to pay the invoice for this to ServeU in advance. This happened yesterday. I was assured that the damage will be repaired today.Since no one has come until now (5pm), I called. Now I was told that the damage can only be repaired on Sunday.I have experienced a lot of incompetent management in my life, but this is beyond the scope. I understand that now that the temperatures are rising, there is a lot to do. I dont blame the technicians at all. But the management should consider whether this is the right way to look after customers. Absolutely unprofessional.Unfortunately I must give one star. But I mean zero out of five stars !

Absolutely horrendous. Total bait and switch, forced to pay in advance for something quoted and agreed. Then told, after no contact whatsoever since taking our money, that the product they quoted for wasn’t available and we would have to pay 600 AED for a different one, as they can’t get the quoted one for another 2 to 3 months. Instead of trying at all to make us happy and honor their deal, by, oh I don’t know, simply looking for another similar product for the same price but from a different manufacturer, they insisted on pushing the more expensive one. Well, I insisted on reporting them to DED and calling a consumer protection lawyer. Serve U used to be reliable and fair but something has changed and it’s not for the better. Avoid.

I got an anual membership with them and it was the best thing i have done for my house .Fast ,professionals ,always following up with the work done .

This company is unethical. My AC stopped working on thursday. I called them and they set an appointment at 9:30 pm same day. 9:45 pm I call them to ask why are they late, then their customer service staff tells me that there is an emergency at a VILLA water is cut so the team went there as if not having AC with a 42 degree temperature is a luxury. Then again I called at 10:15 pm still they didn’t reach, so they told me that they will not make it and no one even would have bothered to tell me if I hadn’t called them. It was already late to get someone else to fix it so they gave me an appointment for inspection next day and said they will try to fix it same day. Again next day after being an hour late the guy came and I swear it did not even take him 10 minutes to finish the inspection then I asked him how much is the inspection for he told me 130 aed. Meanwhile I was on the phone with the customer service complaining about how the guy is saying that they cannot fix it same day and that is not what they told me initially neither did they mention that their staff dont work on Friday for technical maintenance. Once the guy was out i received a message that 892 aed was withdrawn from my bank account which was partially my fault because i was busy speaking to them on the phone while the guy entered the amount but still i asked him before how much is it he said 130 aed. I followed him and asked him why did he withdraw the amount he said to come fix it tomorrow, I mean what if I didn’t want them to fix it for me they decided themselves and withdrew the whole amount. I called them again and complained and then customer service tells me they will send someone in the morning. I called them in the morning, same excuses and non ending stories that their technical team is busy and they have to make an appointment and they may not be able to come today, as if God is coming to fix the AC. Called them several times and I was really frustrated was leaving my door open to the corridor whole time, I get palpitations and high blood pressure over heat, and my dog was having diarrhea for the whole three days and they could not understand how the temperature is unbearable!!!! You guys need to make less stories and more action. Also your time management/ planning is really bad. Finally after several calls and fights one guy named Mustafa from customer service helped us and really was the only one to show some compassion. Feel really sorry that it was the only way to solve it.

We have Water leakage last week and we called ServeU and the response time was very fast. The maintenance team was polite. That’s why I’m recommending ServeU to others. I appreciated the services.

I have seen bad management but one like ServeU tops them all! We have been out of water in a whole building in Motor City since 9AM in the morning and now they are saying the pipe needs to dry! How can a company maintaining a compound as big as Motor City be so ignorant in time management and run maintenance related to water during the day when people are awake and in their homes and in bad need of water. I am sorry to say even flushing the toilet is not an option. Do you expect the residents to stay without using the simplest human needs (the toilet) for the whole day? Would you as management in ServeU accept to have someone block you from your house water for a whole day? Jobs like these should be done at night, when people are asleep and not needing to use the water. Should we leave our homes and and rent hotel rooms just because you are so inefficient in managing your service timing? and just because your teams are inadequate to solve matters on time as you promise??? I do not understand how a full compound can actually be serviced by such an incompetent team. This is the worst service company I have ever seen work in my whole life. Keeping homes and families and children without running water for a full day just because they have a bad operations and management team to know when to schedule jobs as such. What a shame that we have to have to write something like this as a review, I wish there was something good to say about your work, but I find myself stuck with nothing positive about ServeU, their operations and their management!!!!!

Very poor service. Several times have asked for service, hoping for improvement and each time a disappointment. Zero customer service, follow up, online submission form for services does not work, staff do not answer phones.

Very bad and staff not trained well. The other day they came to my house to fix the toilet flush when they came they told us that it could be repaired so they went and got the new flush but when they finished the flush doesn’t fit in the toilet seat cover and when they removed the toilet seat so that they can fix it and when they finished the toilet seat. The toilet seat was not stabled and the flush still doesn’t fit. And this it not the first time it happened with me.And if you want service in your home please don’t use serveU there is other company that are out there which are better like for example We will fix it is a good company

Hopeless management and company. They pretend to look professional, but they are everything but that!! Not recommended as service provider, client, or even employer!

Not recommended and not responsive FM.Have AC broken in our apartment and it took one day to get technician to open it and to say that it is not working and need replace. Then requested whole payment in advance prior work started and was paid same time.Now it is 4th day when outside temperature 45+ and AC still not repaired.WORST FM, not recommended. If there is zero starts or minus I would choose it.

I used Serveu one time for AC service and their response was very fast. Their employee is cooperating in nice way and they did a great job on my AC. Now, I didnt find any issue with it since 3 months. Theyre call center are well mannered on the phone. Thats why I recommend ServeU.

Called the customer care hotline on Friday morning, made an appointment for Saturday morning to fix something in the house, and it was confirmed. Saturday morning, I made a follow up call (after the appointment slot had passed) and despite STILL having the request made, the team was fully booked for the day. Couldnt come and only Sunday is possible!Such an incompetent company and useless maintenance request system! I dont blame the overworked team, but the management. Dont bother calling ServeU for maintenance issues!
