Poor coordination between Home Genie and their vendor - Feel at Home Beauty Salon. Customer service - Nathaniel is useless, just apologized and did absolutely nothing! Unbelievable, it’s just not acceptable at all.** I think 5 stars reviews here are just made up so I’m attaching a screenshot that I’m a real customer.

Its fine until you dont need to deal with their support or raise a complaint. Once it will happen - actually there are no support and no one will answer you. Perhaps its required to raise the issue with the warrany to dubai economy, lets see then

Absolutely abysmal! Ordered the duct cleaning service along with the installation of a smart thermostat. After surveying the unit, I have been given an ok. On the day of the job, the crew didnt arrive on time, without even letting me know that there might be delays. They have rescheduled for 4 hours later, just to be late again and upon arrival, the crew sent wasnt prepared to do the duct cleaning claiming that they are not the right crew (despite being there for the survey and knowing the scope by heart) and ultimately realized that they cannot install the thermostat to its full potential. Do not risk it. Avoid at all cost.EDIT: Few weeks later, after replying with a cookie-cutter template message on how do they care I have received zilch communication. Not even a simple apology. No further comments are necessary.

Absolutely worse customer service ever experienced in Dubai. 20 WhatsApp messages asking for a simple confirmation of a home cleaning booking (constantly requesting an update over the span of 4 days). Getting moved back and forth between the agency and the most useless ‘supervisor’. In 10 years living in the UAE this has got to be the worse experience dealing with any company. Absolutely will go out my way to not recommend this company to anyone.

GREAT WORK

Confusing and unorganized service. I booked a simple job for ONE wall in my home to be painted. When booking, I wrote the full description of the job I needed done (current wall color, wall size, etc). Home Genie reminded me I needed to provide paint, and that the workers would organize the rest. On the day of booking, nobody came. After I followed up, they told me it was cancelled and couldnt give me a justified reason why. I then rescheduled the service for the following day, but to my surprise, the painter came with nothing and was unprepared. He said he came all the way to my home just to see the wall.This was extremely frustrating because I already changed my schedule twice for them to do a simple job. Home Genie never mentioned once that the painter needed to survey ONE WALL before completing the job. Its ridiculous and a waste of my time and the workers time.

We have used HomeGenie for the 2nd time and happy with them as repairs and service provider for Home Appliances in Dubai. We needed help with our Microwave Oven that was less than 2 years old and they managed to fix it and now with our Whirlpool Dryer, although it took a week as it needed a part, it was eventually sourced and fixed. Will continue to use them and Recommend them. 👍

I did gardening with them and they actually send me low experienced people to do irregation. They charged me a lot of money over 1500 dhs without the materials and the work they have done did not sustain for more than two months. I have to bring another company to fix it.

Apalling service and total lack of communication. I have gotten in touch to arrange an appointment, and was told someone will get back to me shortly. No-one ever got back, so I inquired myself and was told no-ne is there to do your job. Apparently people left to Abu-Dhabi and even when they return they dont want to do your job - quoting the receptionist.When I asked for the supervisors number I was given some contact of outside vendor who was shocked that he was contcated directly.After back and forth struggle I finally got hold of some manager who send me whatsapp texts asking to allow couple of days to get back to me with someone. After days of waiting I again asked and was told that nothing was actionallhy confimred to me, and my appointment is too much strain for their business.Shocking attitude and completely unprofessional. If there was no star option, I would use it.

Absolutely zero coordination between technicians and booking team. Booked for an appointment at 8-10 am. Get a call at 9am that they are just leaving and will arrive at 10 am. Not a care in a world about the customers schedule and timeline. If i am awake from 8 expecting you to arrive, common decency is to try and make it in the time that was requested. Not roll up at 10am as if people dont have a job or anything else to do. Weird that this industry hasnt caught up to the normal day requirements of the working class.
