I am very disappointed to have to write this review as we gave this company multiple chances to redeem themselves but they chose not to.We sent our washing machine for repair of a specific part, when returned two days later the door was very noticeably broken. We informed them of this immediately as the door had been in perfect working order when they collected the machine.They sent holding messages and messed us around for over a month, saying they would send someone out and they would never turn up etc. They then tried to say the month long service warranty was up so it was no longer their responsibility. 1) this issue was nothing to do with the warranty as it was a new problem having been broken by their team during the repair and 2) they were informed of it immediately and chose not to address for over a month.Still now, they haven’t sent anyone to look at the machine but they state on message that it is not their fault and we will have to pay for the repair.We have asked to speak to management several times but have been refused. The person we are communicating with is rude, elusive and has zero customer service skills.I will never use this company again. They are unprofessional, dishonest and corrupt. It is simply immoral to return a machine with a new broken part that needs repair to try and con more money out of your customers.

The worst; stay away; they charged 300/- for talking my fridge and bring it back, same problem happened within a month then they came and fixed it at home then again same problem happened after one more month then they wanted to charge again 150/- for only checking. Big cheating. STAY AWAYThey do repair only for the one month warranty if you are lucky you will catch them before the one month or else you pay only for maximum 2 month working not more.It seems they use bad and low quality spare parts .. I have a Siemens Glass Top Cooking Range which had issues with two hot plates and oven. The technician came as promised on call and even quickly repaired the unit. The oven had a wiring issue and the regulator knob had to be replaced. Kudos to the best service. However, the parts costed me AED150 each which I think is a bit too expensive for such a small item. Nevertheless I am satisfied with the service.

STAY AWAY! They charged me 315 AED for an electric pump worth 30-40 AED (10 times the price!!) plus 150 AED + VAT for labor.I wrote an email to complain and after one week no answer.

They come on call very quickly. They took the washing machine and didnt respond for 2 days. I had to call them 3 times , everytime they said someone will callback but nobody did. Then finally i got a number which i called being a customer to check on whats happening. He also didn’t have any clue about my machine, he said he will callback in 10 min which again he didn’t. I waited for 1 hour then again i called them, they said its a problem with the power snd they are trying to fix. “Thats all i needed to know, for which i had to struggle being a customer”. Then next day again i had to follow up on which they gave me a very expensive quote. I declined the service and asked them to return the item. They took 15 days to return the machine. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Had a problem with our washing machine (Samsung washer/dryer). Called Best in Town on Friday and asked for someone to come out on Saturday morning. The consultant arrived at around 09:30 to inspect the machine. He said it needed to go in for repairs and that he could not repair it on site. I received a quotation by WhatsApp at lunch time and the machine was delivered back to our apartment at 7pm. We were very happy and would not hesitate to recommend BIT to friends and family.

Quite a terrible company. No professionalism whatsoever. We had to give our washing machine a total of three times to get it actually fixed. They would send it back without fixing, with the same issue. Similarly with our microwave, we had to wait ages for them to get back. I would advice anyone using the services from these guys to instead replace the appliance. Also you can see from the way the team responds on the negative reviews here that they are far from the best at anything.

I am using this service for more than 5 years now in all our properties in Dubai. as agent we have so busy here and there but this company never failed to give us a good service:1.) Their team are always on time when it comes for visit and delivery unless they are having a traffic issue which we do understand. But its very rare that it happened to my complaint.2.) Called them around 10:30, they picked up in an hour as it couldnt be repaired on the spot and delivered by 17:00. I was recommended to this company by Fix it service when they were unable to provide my needs . Upon scheduling of returning my product we agreed on a fix time of 7pm .Which was inconvenient for me as I was schedule to still be at work, however I took my work home early so I could be there upon delivery and pushed my 6:30 meeting back to 8:15. At 6: 22pm I contacted the service manager ROBERT on the whats app to follow up if my delivery was coming on time as planned. Robert responded It will be brought between 7:45 - 8:30 which was not the agreement and no one contacted me to ask if the time could be changed. I ask if they can stick to the time arranged as I have an important meeting .ROBERT said I will check and never got back to me . I called customer service and the girl on the phone said she will check with the manager I told her I will pay for the repairs but not the service charge as their service had cost me business and was very poor. Which I think is very fair!!! After no response from her checking the driver thencalled me at 9 PM to say he is on his way and my total is 700+ I told the driver he could deliver but I refuse to pay the service charge ! he then said he wont deliver my washing machine! I called customer service again ALL they say is they understand but none of them do nothing . I ask for them to let only the manager call me. ROBERT the service manager called me this morning telling me he apologizes but this is Dubai and maybe they got held up. When I ask him why no one called to inform me in change of time he had no excuse but is insisting I pay for the service fee on top the repairs! This company is still holding my belongings and refused to deliver and remove the service fee after admitting they were wrong. They would rather risk future business for their owner and reputation that valuing a customer and making right for their irresponsible actions !!!! WORST IN TOWN SHOULD BE YOUR NAME . If none of the managers cant solve this issue fairly have your owner contact me! You guys are unprofessional and lack customer service training!

Arrived quickly when called. They took fridge to fix however it stopped working again after 3 days. They returned and completed the job

I called Best in Town Saturday late morning after realizing my fridge freezer wasn’t working. Within 40 minutes a team were in my kitchen trying to fix it. However they couldn’t (the main board needed to be tested to work out the problem) so they took it away to their workshop, tested the board and fixed the problem delivering me back the appliance that night. Speedy, polite and knowledgeable team and very good value. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again.

Very unreliable. 2 times they let our tenant wait. The driver called the tenant and said he was on the way to deliver the unit but did not. Second day lady staff said they were waiting for the driver but did not deliver. Never rely on Best In Town Services LLC. Nobody was helpful now. They have created more problems instead of solving the problem.

I have used Best In Town twice for appliance repair. October 2019 they fixed my leaking fridge-freezer. They arrived punctually at 9am and by 1pm had diagnosed the problem, taken it away, fixed it and reinstalled it. I was extremely impressed with the speed and price of the repair, which is why I called them again this week when my cooker stopped working. Once again, they provided a speedy and professional service which meant that in an hour my cooker was restored to fully working order. Their engineers are friendly and made helpful recommendations as well. I will call this company first if I have any appliance problem.

Very bad customer service. Not responsible and very slow response. Although they came very fast and took my washer dryer machine. The secretary kept promising with a reply but it took them 5 days to get back to me with a very expensive quot. I told him to cancel but he didnt understand. I had to call several time to receive the quot and to get my machine back.I will never go back to them and I dont recommend to anybody.

Contacted Best in Town at 9am as the heating element on my cooker wasn’t working. A technician arrived within an hour and was able to fix the problem there and then. If you are looking for fast and efficient service at a good price look no further!

Very difficult to deal with. Price quoted was high , no willing to reduce at all . Upon approval also took long time to get delivery. Returned washer dryer after repairs had scratches on glass door. Delivery promised 5pm , arrived at 8pm ,3 hours behind promised time. I would not suggest anyone to go here if they are looking for support on their appliances. Better call a local handyman, he will do a better job and cheaper price!! Beaware!

Extremely bad work and service.- Unit was fixed in 4th attempt, so actually transported 4 times by them to workshop, hence damaged in transport because poor delivery guys.- Poor quality of work, Didnt diagnosed the issue properly, didnt test properly.- No return money policy despite failed to serve.- Unprofessional work, returned without even cleaning the unit after work.- Poor coordination and follow up.Wont recommend to anyone.ThanksHammad

Big disappointment. Response was professional but technicians and management turned out to be very unprofessional. Technician told me it would take 6 hours to repair the fridge and delivery was confirmed for 2pm, called them at 3pm sorry we cant deliver until 4pm. How can any working client deal with timings like this? ended up receiving the fridge the next day in the morning, went to work, came back with groceries ....... and the fridge was not working. Lost tons of food that went bad in the process, asked for help, no response, no one ever picked up the phone again. Total disaster!

Absolutely unprofessional. High on charges. Low on workmanship and quality of service. I hired them to change the gas oven nozzles from Natural gas to LPG.On looking at the appliance, Lootah Gas agency refused to provide gas connection city safety issues with the nozzle. Thanks to this gas agency worker, we were able to save a major fire hazard as a result of the unprofessional services done by this agency.

We are working in clinic, and i often using this service. in all previous job they have done to our clinic. all are smooth and works well.. except recently we have logged our complain for the AC, and it takes a day for them to return the unit. and i got a call from engineer Robert saying parts is not available, so i dont have choice than wait. but before 5pm which normally they work till 3Pm only during ramadan, their team comes up and return back our unit fixed.Thanks guys you never failed in your service. specially summer is approaching and we really need this cooling for our patients.Highly Recommended!!

Worst experience ever, they took my fridge around 5 times to fix and took 1800 AED and everytime they change a wrong spare part,i spent many days without a fridge i had to throw a lot of food and at the end i sold the fridge without it being fixed and after paying all that money. Don’t waste yr time with them they have no skilled workers and cannot analyze the fault, instead they will keep changing any other spare parts while the fault is not fixed

Worst experience!! Wish one could give no star rating. Want the customer to be available as per their schedule. They say they will come at this time and then dont turn up. I have give my washing machine to them for repair they told me parts are not replaceable. I believe on them and they suggested to buy new machine from them. I have purchased new machine of indecit make on their suggestions. It is broken in 20 days. Now I requested to replace or repair the machin from past 20 days i am following for new machine. Used to their services to replace the gas nozzles for cooking range.Not just that they did not do the job properly, but also refused to process refund. The gas agency refused to provide connection on account of the work done by them.
