I recently used Renovo for renovating our new home, the supervisor Bipin was very thorough and professional. Great care was taken in preparing the flooring for painting, covering any surfaces and furniture and the entire floor to stop splatter. Tell you a simple job will take between 7-9 days and we are now here in Day 18 with our Living Room in a mess. No communication between their team. Stay away from this company. Will only cause you headaches and pain. ZERO STARS but you need to give 1 to post. And it continues....carpenter shows up on a Saturday morning at 9am with no previous appointment or warning. He then proceeds to break what the other guy did on Thursday. This is beyond ridiculous. Day 20.

Hello Renovo!We have just undergone a terrific renovation by the company Renovo. We had a brand new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and garden landscaping sone and we couldnt be happier.I travel a lot with work and my wife works full time, so we were often unavailable to meet the team or make key decisions. We dealt with Sam who was fantastic at assisting us to make everything run smoothly, and the team in the office are very helpful at scheduling the technicians.I am delighted with the work we had done, would definitely recommend! Ended up signing up to a maintenance contract with them also as was so impressed with the work and level or professionalism.Ive included the professional photos we had taken as well for reference !Thank you !

As former head of office procurement for LOreal I hired this company to renovate and construct our Middle East offices. I was impressed with the variety of designs that were presented to me and was pleased with the staff at the company. The finished result was extrremely professional and I have since had a good and long lasting relationship with Sam who owns the company, I no go through him for any renovation works I require. Renovo actually take care of my own villa as well as a result of meeting them through this work project. I think this company is of a very Hugh standard and would recommend them for both professional and personal use.

Hello!I recently used Renovo to complete a small bathroom renovation. We have just moved to Marina Residences on the Palm and the master bathroom was fine but the spare bathroom was in awful condition, the previous tenants had not looked after it at all. We are new to Dubai having just moved from the UK earlier this year and were given Renovos number from a friend who uses them for maintenance. The bathroom was done very efficiently, professionally and to a very high standard. Having spoken to a few friends in Dubai it seems very hard to find reliable and quality work in Dubai so we were very lucky to have found this gem so early into our Dubai journey. I was so impressed with the work they did I have since decided to take out a Homecare 200 package with Renovo who now look after our AC and help maintaining our flat. The staff are so lovely and well presented, I am truly baffled by some of the negative reviews on here as I would recommend this company again and again! Thanks Renovo !!Jackie and Mark xx

THANK YOU RENOVO!!They have maintained our villa in The Arabian Ranches for the last 3 years and we have no complaints. We have the Homecare 300 package and it has all the essential we need for a 4 bed! Our friend in Victory Heights has also had a gorgeous renovation recently completed by them and it looks great! The owner Sam is an absolute darling as well, I think he personally deals with a lot of his customers which is so lovely, he popped over last week just to make sure we were happy with our maintenance package which I really appreciated! I have used Renovo for several years and am very happy with the work. They are very professional and quick to respond to my calls. Andrea in the call centre is always very polite and helpful, we often call to schedule handyman services and they come very quick, with less than 2 hours max. Very good quality company.

One of the best maintenance companies in Dubai. We were with a competitor, wont name names, but also a British company for 3 years and after endless missed appointments and unanswered call we decided to give Renovo a chance last September. We havent looked back and have renewed and upgraded our contract this year. They were extremely helpful during Covid, still offering as much support as they could and made up for any missed services. Great company!

The best company for renovations! We were recommended Renovo by a friend who works at Allsopp & Allsopp. We were extremely pleased with the work done, we live on the Palm and needed our pool re tiled and the children bedrooms completely redecorated.The workers were vey professional and clean and tidy which we appreciated, and the time spent in the villa was minimal. Would definitely recommend, its nice to deal with a company that knows what theyre doing out here as that can be difficult to come by!

They gave us great advice with the materials and have good connections to get you discounts in top suppliers ;) we had our kitchen and downstairs toilet completed within a month. I have been living in Dubai for nearly 12 years and I and writing my very first Google Review for this fabulous company. I live with my husband and 2 boys in a villa in Palm Jumeriah and we recently needed a new Kitchen, Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom renovating. After looking at a few different companies we settled on Renovo, the owner is called Sam and a fellow Scott, he was very knowledgeable and transparent in terms of cost and timelines throughout the whole process which impressed us greatly as in Dubai we have always had issues from other companies with this sort of thing. The team were in our home for around 5 weeks all in and they were extremely professional and courteous. The finished work is fantastic and I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. For Renovations they are a 10/10 and I will be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you Sam and Thank you Renovo :)

Renovo did an amazing job of our villa renovation. We had just moved into springs 2. Last year they came over and retiled our ground floor, landscaped the garden, created new bathroom with walk in shower and put extension on the balcony off master bathroom to create a small study. Very professional company and very good quality work. Good time frames as well, job was done quickly.

Bad experience from start to finish. Received the first quote which didnt reflect in the slightest the scope of the work we had requested. Second quote was also inaccurate. On several occasions we were told over the phone that work would be completed and no-one showed up or there was no confirmation email.Terrible customer service - disrespectful and rude. In the middle of a complaint, the weekend office manager said they had another call and would have to go... Poor follow up from senior management (Sam and Sarah) with regards to complaint. Following completion of work we have waited 10days for an email from them to close the account (they owe us money).YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.EDIT : to the response below from the Husband who you say was not communicated to.A: there has been ONE reminder and I have subsequently asked for it to be given to the guys who did the hard work. Happy to provide proof.B: why there has been NO mention of the number of times I have had to follow up for appts which were NEVER made I do not know.C: on those follow up calls to be rudely told while I am asking for the apt, sorry there is another call and I can’t talk to you right now.D: only to be called TWO days later by someone supposedly senior and have to EXPLAIN the whole thing again is frustrating to say the least.E: your team who do the work is fantastic, the people who coordinate and communicated on the other hand leave a LOT to be desired.

Super Duper company! Renovo keep our house spick and span all year round. We have a very bad insect problem in Victory Heights in the cooler months and having an annual contract with Renovo makes it a lot easier to keep on top of this problem. We have been happy customers for 3 years now and will continue to renew.

An extremely efficient and reliable company. I received a flyer with an offer from Renovo and initially was interested in a Bathroom renovation and updating the kitchen. I had the initial visit from the owner and then met the technicians too for the quotation. Prices were very fair and we agreed to start the works. We are now 4 weeks in and Im very happy with the quality of the work. We are just going through the snagging process this week and I can honestly say there is minimal work required. We have been so happy with the team we are taking out an annual maintenance contract with them in November which we also received a good price for, we used to be with DSC but have had mounting issues with them in the last 18 months. Im excited to try Renovo and am very happy with our experience with them.

I live in The Arabian Ranches and I hired Renovo just before lockdown to create a gorgeous swimming pool in our back yard. We were so happy with the work and it was an absolute life saver having the work completed so quickly as it meant the little ones didnt go stir crazy during the lockdown. We have since hired them again to carry out a master bathroom renovation and wallpapering in both the childrens bedrooms. Genuinely very impressed with the professionalism of this company and would recommend them for all types of Renovations.

This company is a scam. Asked us advance payment by bank transfer to come and never showed up! Despite many calls and reminders refused to execute the work or refund without any valid reason. Manager got very rude and agressive over the phone when I finally managed to speak to him. Never saw my down payment back and had to contact another company to do the job before leaving Dubai. 5 stars rating must be his staff or his friends, surely not customers. Lousiest company in town, DO NOT GIVE THEM WORK, they do not deserve it... or prepare for the worst ! Bernard

Excellent, I have used Renovo in the past and would definitely use them again in the future. They recently completed a kithcen remodel at my house as part of a come reconstruction. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through resolved. Overall an excellent experience.

I have used Renovo for many years and the customer service this past year has seriously declined. During a service in June , they broke a light cover and took 4 months to replace it. They said it was out of stock so they took another one of my light cover to duplicate it .. that one also disappeared. They kept bringing ones that didn’t fit and the wrong color, even though they took a sample. They are also standard light covers in all of ranches. It was painfully bad. They also rarely keep appointment timings they are always late or do not show up at all. Some of my appointments recently have been changed 3 times. They also have overcharged for parts, when they used to be very reasonably priced. Quotations take a long time for urgent work as well as getting parts which they used to stock basic parts. I will definitely ask my landlord to change companies at renewal unless a dramatic improvement comes very soon.

The concept of preventive maintenance was new to us family but it helps to sort out issue in our villa that we dont even know we have them. Must say, theyve always been a call away in all the emergencies.

Been with this company for a couple of years . They don’t comprehend the definition of customer service after all those years in the market. They don’t understand that their service is suppose to bring peace and comfort to the customers . What is less than one star = RenovoThis company should be demolished 😂.So first interaction with the owner and customer service they sell you a story of high services !Second interaction was the house AC service . They had sent me two of their AC team members who wanted to just surface clean the AC s. I requested for the service to be done properly the Foreman on the job got so angry that he broke all the AC clips in the main living room and stayed from 9-2pm in one single AC . The company customer service was involved and all I got was promises that were never fulfilled in 4 months.3rd interaction was no water in the house ... they kept us waiting to address the emergency for 8 hours ... failed to do it at the end had to get outside support.I have given them notice of ending the contract due to poor quality of services , they have not till now released my payments and giving me the runaround !On a professional level , they are not and can’t even give an appointment and keep to it . Honestly check for any reputable company in the market because certainly this company is not what you want when you need services.

I have to say never having written a review before didnt even hesitate to write this one. This company has poor communication between themselves and me the client. Promised last night to call me to update on whether they would be able to attend and guess what....nothing. Still waiting for their call. Not the first time by far but will be the last. Would not recommend them at all.

Awful company. Still waiting after 3 days to get someone to come and fix our a/c. 3 missed appointments so far. Landlord has an annual contract with them - Ill be recommending he does not renew. Can never speak to the Customer Service Manager - never in the office apparently. Fed up of hassling the folk on the switchboard - they cant do anything except offer apologies, the service techs are run ragged and not given enough time to carry out each service call. Shockingly bad customer service culture that clearly stems from a lack of leadership and management at the top. Avoid like the plague!
