They say that the maintainance should come around 9am - 1pm afterwards they change it to 5pm and the maintainance come around 5:30pm after hours they will tell us they cannot fix it today and should come back tomorrow, they didnt try to finish the work they have and let us suffer for a day with temperature more than 20* degree or atleast give some solution to it instead they go like ”they dont care duty finish”..

They have receieved funds on my behalf for work done by our company. They dont answer emails or callsRamanesh and Rajesh its been 5 months you have been running away.Your comoany seems to not care.

When u know that this is the facility management in the building please don’t rent even if Apartment u like then go with all the thing in writing because these people just need money they doesn’t stick to their words too bad experiencePlease also for the building owners don’t give any contract for them their rate may be cheaper but u will not be having tenants happy in that

Forced to use them because the are contracted to Nakheel. The call Centre dont understand the problems half the time and give the workers wrong information. I have email formal complaints and nothing gets done. They alter appointment dates without consulting people and are not clear on their process.

This company took over Tamweel Tower and tore it to the ground. Only one cleaner is provided to a 34 story tower with 3 floor basements. The cleaner cries from exhaustion. The cleaners cannot cope with the load and are blamed when they were never trained. The managers dont keep a schedule of cleaning and dont have any detergents with names. There is no training given to staff and no basic hygiene standards, the compliant system is not responsive and managers are rude and shout at tenants. They are horrific!

After multiple complaints to Nakheel Inaya is still unable to turn on A/c in the corridors and lift lobby, International city, England Y 12 3rd floor

These guys are absolutely horrible at customer service. Do not send an email to them because it will likely not be considered important.Had to go to the office a number of times just to get the services I requested by email to be done.They are not on time with anything. My neighbor had such poor quality of labor work done on the main frame door that it had to be changed twice as the first time it was done in a horrible manner.

The worst ever service! My complaint remains unattended to as people are extreamly unprofessional and ignorant for any ones AC - 45degree and a tenent is without AC and no one bothers ! This is the great service this company offers!! I’m asthmatic and I’m prone to breathing attacks I have sent requests several times to this company but they don’t care! They just don’t care - what a shame!

If you read this head my advice, this company is a slave driver. They will work you to the bone and blame you for mistakes that you were not aware of. Their contracts are not clear. They will not mention that if you leave the job early you will not get paid for the days youve worked. Working there will be the biggest mistake of your life.

Worse company ever!! Charging the tenant with crazy chrge,, not doingnthe riGht things, dont use this company for any maintanance,they will charge you for small things with high cost where actually they will not fix it,, i got alot of information ffrom the same tenant who got charge very high.. Given a chance i would give negative rating for Inaya. Such a poor services given by them and given on their time, sometimes after 2 months of registering the complains. Customer care doesnt reply or look after the issues

Move out process is the worse, you will be charged double for each item and also you wil be accused for lying.New items will be included everyday and if you dispute they will start behaving rude and will ask you to go check with your realeastate.The worse experience I have had till date.

420 company.. I was crack the interview for technician then client said you are selected submit your medical test report I was done after 2month he cancel everything

Since when does a security personnel of your esteemed company allowed to demand a landlords private documents such as Title Deed and Passport? Such documents can be used for various ill activities. Shame on such stupid policies by your literate management.

Worst staff..... No professionalism at all.... I am living in International city..... And our building menage by Inaya... I didnt see the security staff at all.... I call them many time that didnt answer the phone at all...... Every time ask me to make complaint then we will work.... In short worst staff..... Worst management..... Dont ever try them otherwise you will regret
