Located in a very beautiful and quiet area. It is spacious, and the staff there are welcoming and professional. Dont miss out the Tuesday offer buy 1 get one free. The marina is simply breath taking with a creek view and relaxing music. Definitely a place to visit and enjoy the scenery and weather. Free Parkings available in the Marina parking (basement parking)

This is the best pizza hut in dubai.

A straight forward Pizza Hit dinner turned out to be a disappointment. Very poor quality if service combined with the inexperience is staff made our dinner a bad experience at Pizza Hut which otherwise is our favorite place.First the plates were dirty, they changed it at our request. Then there is no fork and knife while we had our salad. Then they gave us forks but there was no knife! Then when we asked they brought a handful of knifes and put on our table! Then there was no wipes. Halfway through our pizza experience, we found there is no wipes on the table. Again a request was made and they brought some tissues.My conclusion is if you ask or shout they serve you which otherwise shall be served as a standard dinner table stuff.In general the staff does not know how to run a pizza restaurant.

The service is one of the worst ever. The staff are so rude and the service is 0/10. They have dirty forks and plates. As a decent place in dubai I didn’t expect this low to never good service.They lack any business capabilities and they should know how to deal with customers since they are providing “Service” so they should have at least the good customer interaction skill.They are not even competing any of the other restaurants in the area for this bad service and staff! Go find a place where you will be welcomed and have a good service rather than having a rude staff replying to your feedback. Zero customer satisfaction.

The good things in living in Dubai creek residence Harbour is the fact that you can enjoy endless Pizza hut 😍 always hot, delicious, well served, fresh, tasty, melting...and much more 🤤 cant go wrong, my favorite is the supreme cheese pizza thick or w/cheesy bite , Mediterranean, Mexican wo/sweet corn and of course bread and potato Wedges .

Bad service. Pasta was very bad

I wish i could give 0 stars. We paid 150 aed for premium seating but realised that they were seating normal customers too at the same time. For a meal which cost 60 aed we ended up paying 150 aed. And that too our food came after 1 hour. Very poor service. Very disorganised staff. Do not cheat customers again by giving out fake coupons of premium seating.
