Been to outlet located in level 2 food court and I did not have any bad experience. It was the normal pay for your pizza, wait for it to be prepared and eat it kind of thing. Had my favourite Spicy chicken ranch and devoured into it without further delay

THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER, HANDLE MONEY, AFTER THAT SHE WAS EATING WITH HER HANDS, THEN WENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN WHERE I COULD SEE HER AND FLIPPING GARLIC BREAD WITH HER BARE HANDS.!!!! With everything that is going on you would think people would do BETTER!!! THE real cook is wearing gloves. I did approach the counter person with the problem and ask if that was our order please make another one.

Really enjoyed the pizza at Dubai mall.

So so taste. Not matching to the traditional Pizza Hut taste in the memory.Staff was friendly. As few reviewers have pointed out the staff fill the soft drinks a bit early resulting in taste less watery surgery drink.Service was quick, since it was not the rush hour.

Worst customer service by african Cashier lady .

Food was ok but the service very bad and slow..I wave my hand to got staff attention for asked my bill, no one came to my table even 2-3 staff already looked at me. That time the operation isnt busy as well because I see them talking each other on their station. After waiting 25 minutes, one of staff give my bill and I paid by cash. Again no one come to my table for give my balance until I complained. Please trained your staff TO MORE ATTENTIVE WITH THE GUEST AND TEACH THEM HOW TO MANAGE THEIR WORK ON THE FLOOR

Truly very disappointed with the taste and services of this big name you find in Dubai Malls food court,1. Chicken and cheese were just by the name in the pizza, even some slices were without chicken chunk.2. The staff were feeling the beverages long before the serving time, hence we got not much only cold water without any taste or beverage.

Very bad delivery experience...not just once, but thrice

There are 2 pizza hut in Dubai mall. The one in ground floor has salad counter, drinks but there are no special deals like family meal available there. Its good for individuals. The other one is in food court where you can find special deals but not drinks and self salad counter

Service is extremely poor. They forget your orders and when you remind them, they look lost. Its a place you visit and feel you wasted your time and money. Hope they change.

If you want bad service and a bad meal. This is the place to be! Come here to be dissapointed and want to be sick afterwards. The custumor service is the worst ever in Dubai. You should order and leave as soon as possible if the personal would have a saying totally the worst! So if you plan a bad stay. Come here!

I received worse behaviour from the sales lady Rose. She misbehave with me and was lying to justify her mistake. Must be avoided this outlet. I ask the management to review the situation in camera and take action on that lady. I will never visit Pizza Hut in my life for such misbehaviour from their staff.The worse food outlet of Dubai.

Visited this restaurant (ground floor) on 13th June, what was outstanding was the service of Deepika! She was just amazing; extremely hard working, quick and efficient. It was almost like as if she was servicing the entire restaurant by herself in lightening speed! Keep it up Deepika and hope that your work will be appreciated. You made our dining an experience:)

Delicious pizza but the waiting time for order need to be decreased.

Terrible customer service ever. We were seated outdoors by one of the staff and waited for friends to join before we ordered, few minutes later another staff member comes by and tell us to move and she will put us in another seat. When we asked why, she claimed another family were waiting. When we asked why her colleague put us there then, she brushed it off saying she doesnt know anything and shood us off. Very very rude.

Very nice services and staff and very delicious meals

Food was ok.But our waitress did don’t bring our food to us they mixed up our order and the staff were not friendly I do not recommend going there but if you are looking for good pizza go to Pizza Hut just not this one😀

Bad and slow customer service, if you sit outside be prepared for ( the super SLOW service), the pizza was ok but the lasagna was kinda burnt and it wasn’t that good.The chairs were not comfortable at all, I waited for the staff to clean the table I choose for more than 15 minuets I guess!

Poor customer service from STIFF (pizza Hut dubai mall food court) just ask for plastic bag to carry out my pizza, she was rude to me and sound I ask for free food from her (STIFF), the way she treated me not acceptable,

Ordered pasta and lasagne. Pasta with mushrooms and chicken. Champignons are already dried up and old hike. The chicken was 2 pieces very small. Lasagna is not tasty either. Just mac and cheese. One dish costs 20 dirhams. Not recommended!

We were there one day at lunch for a meal on the fly. You may choose from some kind of pizza and a few other dishes. Once you ordered and paid they give you a disc that lights up when the food is ready. The pizza is still edible and digestible. Fair prices. The staff is still friendly. It is located inside the Dubai Mall, second floor, food area

We were quickly assigned a spot on the terrace. The menu was not very extensive in terms of the number of pizzas for a restaurant that calls itself the Pizza Hut. The choice was very limited. The pizzas were ready very quickly and tasted great.However, we did get the feeling that they wanted us out quickly so that they could give our table to new customers again. My traveling companion still had his last piece of pizza in hand, when our plates and cutlery were already being collected.Due to the high pace that is being maintained here, we were unable to sit comfortably, which is a shame of the location. The terrace is adjacent to The Dubai Fountain, where a fountain show takes place every half hour. We will not eat here again in the future.

The pizzas of the plates and cutlery arrived first. Upon further request they brought 4 out of 6 napkins. Still later they brought drinks without glasses. They arrived at the end of dinner. Good pizza but absolutely poor service

Great location in the Dubai Mall with a terrace overlooking the lake of Dubai Fountain is great food at a very resonnable price against there is no beer to accompany his pizza.

I do not understand how this eatery got into such a presentable place. Impolite and uncivilized staff
