Just bought an apartment at this building and its absolutly lovely! The view is gorgeous... u get to see the most spectacular sunsets. The building is well maintained and the apartments are spacious and well planned.

Really disappointed with the security onyx tower 1, his name ARUN he doesn’t know how to talk and polite to people, very bad experience early morning 😡😡😡

Extremely bad management of the building! Coming to restaurant inside gives you only 2 hours of free parking, and if youre 1 minute late they make you pay 10 dirhams.

Well Spacious and well maintained building for offices, free parking available for 15mins inside the building(P2), banks, al maya supermarket, Dominos within the building, Walkable to Starbucks

The Onyx Tower One have an excellent Medical Center, Named as Prime Medical Center. They are well equipped with a team of doctors which includes specialists as well. I visited them yesterday and found them wonderful as it was pretty quick and efficient. The staff and the whole crew took care of my case very professionally. I really recommend this medical center if required. There is a parking at the back of Onyx tower which was free for the visitors of Medical Center.

The building is well designed and set. Its location is strategic. Its still new. I liked the parking and the halls. It was a short visit so I could not catch anything negative. Sorry.

Not yet launched. But launching in a few months. Would be iconic because of its design. Parking may be an issue. Dont get lost in the towers because they all look the same. Better to get guidance for first time visitors. Walking distance from the greens & business park

Lots of empty shops and it doesn’t have the lively environment. Looked at the apartments .. Very tight and not convenient space. Somehow it doesn’t have a positive vibe.

Its a newly Constructed Office and residence building.. very Good location .. its almost completed .

Well designed office, residential and commercial towers in Barsha/Greens. Parking is available free of charge so far.
