Well well from where to start not professional at all starting from reception to staff there no one great you no one care or even acknowledge your presence. They took new patients and the center is overbooked in my opinion your place should think more in quantity of her service not the quantity matter all the time. In the past alots of busy placed with high revenues just shutdown so you must learn from the local businesses.

Christopher is a super physiotherapist! He would try his best to help overcome ur problems especially he is an athlete so he would know what an injury means!

Unprofessional team at the reception and especially the account person as he was very rude and not willing to respond to our enquiries and in top of that just closed the line without saying anything. He answer was I dont care about you and if you need something talk to the owner. Very disappointed in the the level of the customer services reached

I wish I can rate this place A ZERO!Tasneem Maaya, is an UNPROFESSIONAL doctor that calls her patients and insults them if they cancel appointments. By the way, the phone call you made was recorded, thanks to the beautiful technology of the Android phones, and I will make sure to press charges and share it everywhere so everyone will know the negative and horrible personality of the people that own this place.You are suppose to be an educated person, and treat people with dignity and respect! Disgusting....

From my experience, Five stars would not be enough to rate this Clinic, I had undergone treatment last 2 weeks on some parts of my body and it results very well. Aside from that I will give plus points to their staff from reception area and to all my therapists who are very friendly during my treatment..Keep up the good work... 🖐🖐🖐

This place is such a wonderful experience as I have seen the development of my child, special thanks to Ms Tasneem number 1 as therapist for the whole support she gave to my son also the OTP Therapist Mrs. ONea thanks to all of you amazing g team.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had three separate appointments with this clinic, and in each case, the appointments were cancelled at the last minute. The first time, the appointment was cancelled after I arrived. No one had bothered to call me beforehand. The second time, the appointment was cancelled as I was getting in the car to drive to my appointment. The third time, the appointment was cancelled the morning of my appointment. In each case, I was told the therapist was sick. Different therapists, at different times, were all sick? DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. It was the worst experience ever.

I had sessions in this facility and its amazing, I tried several physiotherapy center and none of them helped me with my condition but this physio and rehab. I cant thank enough my therapist (very professional) good facility, all staff are professional and friendly

Thank you Christopher Najjar and Mirdif Physio and Rehab. I finished my sessions several weeks ago, but decided to wait and see how my shoulder held up after rehab before writing this review. I am thrilled to report that it is doing great.After a couple of shoulder injuries related to active sport falls, and weightlifting stress, I was not getting better in my left shoulder. I figured I had entered my mid-40s and surfing, skiing, lifting, etc, were finished. I received multiple types of advice from different surgeons and an MRI. One recommended immediate surgery, but one recommended physical therapy. That is how I ended up seeing Mr. Najjar. I decided that therapy would be worth a shot and I could do surgery later. I read his bio on the company website and it seemed that his expertise and my injury might be a good fit.I only had three weeks in Dubai, and the office staff worked with me on planning my time to make sure I would use my days there most effectively. They responded quickly to emails and scheduled everything perfectly. Mr. Najjar worked with me every other day for a week, I took a week off for a meeting, and then I met with him several more times over my last week.He listened to my history and the issues I was having. Over the course of my appointments he used different types of therapy and very quickly I saw an increase in range of motion and the pain I had been having lessened considerably. After one session I could actually lift my arm without shooting pain in my shoulder.As my time wound down, Mr. Najjar helped me develop a plan/program for continuing to regain strength and mobility. He helped me create videos to reference for movement patterns. He gave me harder exercises to do for when the initial exercises become easier. He made sure that I had the contact info for the clinic, if I needed to get input while not in Dubai.Since my departure from Dubai, I am happy to report that I have seen continued strength increase and even more range of motion returning. I am not always thinking about how to protect my shoulder and avoid causing any strain on it. It is returning to normal.I found Mr. Najjar to be helpful, concerned, and knowledgeable in his field. He explained what he thought was going on and what he was doing throughout the sessions. He was personable and easy to work with.Thank you Mirdif Physio and Rehab for all of your help. Chris….thanks for helping me regain my shoulder….and even access to the type of life I want to live and the things I want to do. I am already planning my family’s next surf trip this winter. Thank you for making that possible.I hope I never need physio again, but if I do, I will return to Mirdif Physio and Rehab and Christopher Najjar.

Excellent treats back pain, speech, movement, and almost everything with your fault, everything from the therapists photos, their certificates, their specialty, the type of insurance they accept, the discounts of deductions, work schedules, and all the therapists are experienced.

The best place for natural treatment that I highly recommend, especially Dr. Elena.

I hope that the administration of Mirdif Uptown will look at the floor of the place. It is very difficult for people of determination and the elderly who have their own excuses. Using a wheelchair is very difficult. The clinic and management should study and implement an easy and accessible way for this category.
