The best physio clinic in Dubai. Dr Shereen is an expert and excellent in identifying the issues you have and how to cure them. Dry needling is the best and her exercise suggestions.

I visited the clinic in my second trimester of pregnancy, with several aches and pains that were all due to the pregnancy. Trusting someone to carry out treatments particularly when youre pregnant is always a challenge and a lot of it boils down to comfort. Shereen was absolutely amazing from the moment I met her. Apart from being a caring individual who is clearly passionate about her work, she also helped me feel welcome and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She helped me investigate the root cause of pain and address it over a couple of weeks, and then helped me with pain management, and finally guided me on ways to become stronger to support myself through the last leg of the pregnancy. Highly recommend Shereen and her team!! Its a place I really want to go back to because the service and treatments were so great, but also where they sorted me out to the point that I may never have to go back! Bitter sweet :)

Shereen is the best physiotherapist in town and your best hope to a pain free life. I say this after having suffered from knee pain over the past 7 years having been to 13 different physiotherapist, a chiropractor and 3 orthopedic surgeons.I have had massages done, kinesiology taping, electrical stimulation, acupuncture and they were either to no avail or just temporary pain relievers. I even had arthroscopy but the only true help I received was from Shereen.Shereen took care of my pain first before giving me exercises to follow to strengthen muscles that were weak and I couldn’t be more happier.

Shereen really helped me with pregnancy related issues I had, she fixed my pelvic girdle pain with dry needling. I visited the clinic unable to walk comfortably and with the treatment she offered over the course of a month I was able to feel like myself again. Thank you Shereen!

Overpriced service with a very low quality physiotherapy, managed and operated by 1 physician who is tired and scatteredShe offer dry needling  for any problemWhich for me always caused more than 2 weeks of pain after each session.I sent my friends mother, who had a knee surgery, and she was not able to walk with pain in her hip.After more than 20 sessions of dry needling,  the results were none.She went to another clinic, the professional physician ask for lower back xray andHe diagnose the problem and fix it through a lot of treatment methods, now my friends mother is jogging everyday.

Injured my shoulder whilst throwing during a cricket match and have had similar injuries in the last few years. I’ve been to many physiotherapists but I’ve never been able to sort this issue out - until I came to see Shereen. She explained to me why my shoulder has been prone to injury and gave me a clear recovery plan that has worked extremely well. PhysioFit have healed me not once but three times. Ive dislocated my shoulder (twice) and injured my lower back, and each time I visit them they pull all the stops. I was and still am patient of Shereen and Flora, the two fantastic physiotherapists of Physiofit. They are both very friendly and kind but above all they are professional and helpful. When I went there for the first time I was supposed to have a shoulder operation. Well after only 8 session my shoulder was completely healed and I dont need anymore the surgery. With Flora I trained a lot, she taught me great and very useful gym exercises and she kept me motivated for the whole sessions. Shereen was handling me with the dry needling therapy which is an extremely helpful and successful treatment against pain. I can warmly recommend Physiofit and both its fantastic therapists

I have seen Shereen Hassam at PhysioFit Sports & Rehab Clinic for a 6-month history of progressive lower back pain. An MRI scan confirmed bulges in my L4/L5 discs. Treatment included Dry Needling, Soft Tissue Release, and Rehab. I have made significant improvement in a short period of time with reduction in pain intensity and frequency. I was able to return to weightlifting/strength training within few months while still being able to do dead lifts.Shereen conducted a thorough examination and explained my case in a clear yet comprehensive way, leaving me reassured. I would like to highly recommend Physio Fit Medical. I had gone to Shereen Hassam in November, 2018, for my lower back pain after having tried a number of options. Over a two months period, I was able to get rid of my lower back pain. In addition , Shereen also recommended the required mattress and pillow which helped keep the back pain away. After an year, in December, 2019, I went back to Shereen for sever pain in my knees. There has been a substantial improvement which has allowed me to move freely. Shereen was also able to identify a deficiency of Magnesium and other vitamins which has helped maintain the knees and keep me moving.

Shereen is a specialist in her field. I was in bad shape with chronic lower back pain that was debilitating. From the first session with needling therapy I got results and with a further 4 sessions I was back up and running. Did a 14 km walk two months after her help. Thank you and can only say. I had shoulder pain due to weigh lifting over heads and poor posture from day to day activities. I had visited city hospital but with their physiotherapy i had no improvement. Dr Shine recommended me to Physio fit who are experts in this field especially if you are an athlete or into sports.Couple of physiotherapy with Physiofit and i could see i am getting better and start my lifting slowly back again. Shereen had treated me for 5 or 6 sessions and she was very good.They had a new Physiotherapist Flore recently joined them, and since i couldnt get Shereen as she was struggling alone for sometime I chose to continue my sessions with Flore. I have to say that I had excellent recovery by her sessions too. She hit the right spot for overhead movements and always advised on healing therapy. I was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis, degenerative disc disease and Plantar Fasciitis 6 years ago that started along with my first pregnancy. Basically I was in a lot of pain for the last 6 years.
