Ive been to physiotherepy before but, the experience i have now with therapist Amna is absolutely great! She knows well what shes doing, she performs her job with proper care for her patients. Good professional service with extra friendliness along side. Highly recommended!

I BELIEVE!!!! Let me step back for almost 2 year. In the image below the black dot is where discomfort started and gradually transformed into severe pain. Ive seen $$$$$$$ doctors and physios (in Dubai) who took x-rays and gave me strengthening exercises to no avail. Finally, I decided to give something alternative (completely unwarranted term) a go. With a google search, Pure popped up and the booking process was easy.The day of my first appointment, the receptionist warmly received me with a lovely warm drink. The facilities are spotless, modern and very professional.Its time!! Meeting Dr. Emily was enjoyable due her calm and welcoming demeanor. She attentively listened to my explanation of the problem. Then, she explained in great detail what she will be checking, measuring and testing. After the initial check, she gave the medical terminology of the problem but in laymans terms, my right side pelvis had rotated forward and upward out of position, and this was causing the pain.She continued to explain what adjustments shell make to attempt to correct the issue. I was expecting it to be painful but SURPRISINGLY it was not painful at all. Each push and pull was thoroughly explained beforehand and what the outcome will be. Dr. Emily definitely made me feel at ease, which in-turn allowed me to relax in order for her to best treat me.I CANT BELIEVE IT!! After ONE, just ONE session, 99% of the pain was gone. (Just muscle tenderness remained.) She informed me that because of the period of incorrect pelvis position, it will require a follow up visit/s. She gave a me easy do at home stretches to support corrective adjustments. For the first time in almost two years, I had a GOOD nights rest and could sit and watch a movie without pain.Chiropractic adjustments are NOT alternative. They fix the cause of the problem not like money hungry doctors who only treat the symptom.Dr. Emily you are a life saver.

I love Dr Emily the chiropractor. She is the best. She is a great listener. She communicates exactly the situation, she makes it sound so easy and uncomplicated. Where everyone else complicates or scares she helps me attain my health goals with ease and happiness. I have been her patient for years and I never leave her. Elgin John is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever tried. The first time I tried this type of treatment and was not disappointed at all. Doctor Emily and Doctor Amna are very well versed in their trade which is evident from the face that i have experienced significant reduction in my back pain and my posture has also improved and that only after 2 sessions

Excellent place very professional and friendly. Mr. Elgin is probably the best physiotherapist I have visited. I always leave the session with far less pain and better mobility. He also gives you good exercises to do at home and continue recovery.

Physio Amna is the best in Dubai. Very careful with a patients health but amazingly effective. Wont go anywhere else anymore. She has healing techniques, is professional and is excellent at dealing with patients.

Best experience I’ve ever had for back pain! It’s a bit long but please do read on!I’ve had chronic back pain which hasn’t gotten better over the years. With many different doctors and different techniques, I got temporary relief each time.After hearing about Pure Spine and reading their reviews, I visited them with a locked back, stiff neck and pinched nerve. NEVER in my whole life did I walk out of a doctor’s clinic with INSTANTANEOUS relief on my first visit.I saw Dr. Chini first, she’s a chiropractor. She sat me down and went through my whole history and then proceeded to tell me step by step what treatment would be good for me in NORMAL English, she didn’t use these big terms I hear so often meaning I go home and google what they were talking about.Next I saw Mr. Elgin the physiotherapist. Before proceeding with the treatment, he asked a few questions and assessed the movement of the muscles in those areas. He immediately started with the treatment and was kind enough to be as gentle as needed but with effective techniques.I walked out of there able to turn my next, look up and look down. I felt absolutely great. My back and next didn’t lock up again even after a few days. On my next appointment I met another physiotherapist, Ms Varsha and had Dry needle therapy. I can’t stress enough how great these doctors are. All of them were professional, kind and sweet. I sometimes find one good doctor in a clinic, but never all of them!The doctors followed up, checking in on me and making sure I was doing ok.I’m very very impressed by the level of care! Not to mention the cleanliness of the clinic.

Ever since moving to Dubai 5 years ago and being recommended Elgin @ Pure European I’ve never needed to go elsewhere. I’ve suffered with back pain for a number of years and discovered that I have Scoliosis. Whilst most of the time I can manage the pain myself - physio sessions with Elgin are needed occasionally for corrections & manipulation of the tight muscles. The facilities are always top notch and Elgin and his techniques are the most helpful & extremely effective. The pain is worth it - TRUST ME! I’ve dealt with Elgin from the beginning and he is also always very honest in terms of not getting me to come in to pay for sessions unnecessarily.The sessions are structured very well and most importantly he’ll do what’s needed to make you feel better and give you specific exercises to do at home to help the problem! The team are always great at getting you booked in and understanding if you need to change appointments for any reason.Honestly I would not go anywhere else, Elgin is fantastic, understanding and extremely good at what he does. Dr. Nashila is one of the best chiropractors Ive ever been treated by, and Ive been treated by many. I highly recommend her as shes one of very few chiropractors who can read an x-ray, instead of just relying on the reports itself. Beyond that, shes kind, compassionate, and understanding, always going above and beyond her duty in terms of treatment and ensuring I get treated for the entire time Im with her. I often go in with various mobility issues, but her sessions always offer relief, never leaving me in the same degree of pain I went in with, after. She is easily one of the best chiropractors in Dubai.

I have been visiting Dr. Raslan for almost 2 months of nearly 20 sessions.Prior to visiting PURE, I had a back surgery 3 years ago (L4 SI). My overall physical movements had deteriorated over time due to restrictions of sports activities and the usual works hours. I thought I would have to live with the limping and weakening of muscles in the right leg and getting tired quickly along with the burning sensation on the back of my right thigh etc... While, I was recommeded for surgery, I tried calling up clinics that offered alternative therapies, I was not able to figure out a sensible conversation with any of the calls that I made. Either the doc is non-available, off the roof pricing and bit of attitude issues. On a random call, I reached Dr. Nashilas reception and Therasa came on line, she had the patience to listen and finally said, just come over, she is really good and very much affordable.What happened next 3 weeks was kind of holistic. Well managed and experienced staff. I went in with severe pain in my lower back and a combination of chiropractic & physiotherapy treatment with Dr. Nashila and Varsha, felt a lot better with just 4 sessions. Both really listen and work on techniques for instant relief as well as advise on how to maintain healthy posture that would avoid the pain from recurring. I had a bad customer service experience in this clinic. I dont know if it was from the management or the staff. The waived of my fee but charged me for the session which was highly appreciated but then i cudnt make it on the day of appointment due to my work. But the send me a msg telling me i will be charged fully and the will not hold my waiver which i think is rude just because i cudnt make it. 300dhs will not make me poorer or make the rich but its just shows the mentality of the clinic and there staff. We have an issue and want to be treated but not making it on time doesnt make us at fault.

I had an emergency appointment with chiropractor Dr Chini and the physio Elgin John whilst on holiday in Dubai as I had back pain and leg pain after my flight. I felt considerably better the day after treatment and then almost completely better after my 2nd treatment. I was blown away by what i had learnt about my body from 2 treatments with these incredible practitioners, they were professional and also incredibly compassionate, I was actually in tears when I left from the kindness and support they had given me and how they managed to fix me so quickly. Elgin is the GOAT (Greatest of All Time)I play American football and am constantly hurt, but Elgin has helped all my recoveries and decrease injury frequency. Office Personnel are friendly and professional. Elgin is an excellent physiotherapist, very professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend enough after having been adjusted for neck stiffness which caused severe headaches. My work was impacted, it was difficult to concentrate. I have started my treatments while having disc herniation pain, after having multiple sessions the pain has decreased a bunch compared to the amount of pain before the treatment.Very professional staff in both areas of Chiropractic and physiotherapy. They have guided me to change wrong postures that really had a bad influence on my back and caused pain.

Dr. Tim fixed me! I was suffering form an awful backache that I was ignoring for two years. Felt the change from the second session and I’ve been his patient for one year now (regular checkups)
