I called to get an appointment with a dentist in the morning. I was informed that they were booked and only walkins. A min later they call back and ask me to come at 3:30 for dr Bobin Mac Mohan. They usually take a long time to register you when you go there each time. So I reached early at 3:15 pm and the guy in the registration counter checked me in . Then I waited. I waited and I waited. I could hear the dr and nurses laughing and eating. I was told that a new dr had joined in from Mumbai. And I waited . At 4 pm I checked with the receptionist and was told that their system was down and so they could not login . All the while I can hear people laughing and joking inside. At 410 I told the receptionist that I had had enough and was leaving. Immediately I was told that the dr would see me now. I walked out. If this is the level of professionalism then they will soon loose people. There are a lot of clinics in dubai. So Dr. Sirajuddin you have lost a client. Not that you care. You guys can go on enjoy your cakes and joke around.

This is one of the best clinic, i have experienced for Dentistry. Amazing doctors and personally i have had braces treatment for my son with Dr Karthik Jayakurmar. He was so nice in explaining before we start this exercise on various options and its approach. Meticulously treated with regular catch up with absolute precision perfect fixing by which my son did not even realized he was wearing braces for the last one year. With Dr Karthik fabulous consultation and treatment we have removed yesterday braces after 14 months. Of course, the duration vary from person from person depending on the complexity of treatment. All these things at a very affordable cost and that too they do not take money at one go! You will be paying in multiple smaller bill during each visit that you may make. Most important thing i would like mention before i conclude is even post removal of braces he has made small wire inside both rows of teeth and gave a retainer. Dr. Karthik has been treating my teeth for 13 years now. It all started when I had to get my tooth pulled out and then eventually moved onto braces for 9 months (which is a very short time but it did the job and he was happy with the result), then retainers.
