This pet store are selling sick bunny rabbits. I sadly said goodbye to my bunny after just 3 weeks of having her at home. Do not buy from here.

The groomers and staff are the rudest employees Ive ever met. They are VERY rough with cats and kittens. My pets came out of there scared. I will not recommend and tell everyone I know to not go to this place. AWFUL!

Nice enough but not very well run - lots of basic items missing and I had to keep phoning for them to be brought up. Reception staff are friendly. Rooms are very large and the decor is pleasant.

I havent experienced uptown branch but Al Barsha Mall branch is awful. Just got my cat for a grooming service and now he looks abused, has a lot of missing hair and looks a bit bruised

Spoke to the groomer on the phone to tell him what i want and he kept shouting “what you want” i clearly said i want a medium shave on the back side and a full shave on the abdomen since my cat seems to get most hair knots there. He did not want to listen and kept shouting on the phone and my cat came back with a full body zero shave.

Somehow the quality of grooming for our cat deteriorates each time. It seems like the groomers do not listen to/acknowledge the instructions on the hairstyle and we ended up with our Persian looking like a rat several times 😣

Very bad. They trimmed my cat’s whiskers and no one informed me, I noticed when I came back home.

Took my cat for a wash and he immediately got sick due to water getting in his ears and suffered ear infection. If you love your pet avoid this place at all costs

No parking that allows pets - the paid parking in front of the store costs 26AED and that’s what you would be paying for the 2 minutes needed to drop off and pick up pets for grooming.

Bad experience when bathing my cat. One staff was using the big dryer in a high temperature and the 2nd staff was holding my cat in a very rough way. I was obliged to interfere after few minutes, asked the 2nd staff to stepaway. While the 1st staff suddenly used a smaller dryer..
