Very good assistance, I’ve been going there for 5 years now! the grooming & de shedding are amazing. They cut the nails sooo well and they make my cat smell soo nice at the end after I pick him up. Amazinggggg service and so helpful! I will be coming here forever as long as I have a cat❤️👍🏼👍🏼

Im living in the UAE for 20 years. I have been searching for a good pet shop in Dubai for a long time. Every pet shop has the items that the customer needs, but not all are responsive to the customer when the customer needs help, and most of them do not care about the packaging of the order. I have 2 rabbits and 3 cats. I have been a customer of Pet Sky for 7 years; moreover, I also have been buying products from their website for 2 years now. I always get my babies toys, food, litter, and many more things from them. Sometimes I also order on Whatsapp and they prepare my order in under 10 minutes and deliver it to my house in under an hour. They also show me the new toys and foods that they have received on Whatsapp as well. This is the only pet shop that I have found that receives new items every week. That is why I love Pet sky; they reply very quickly and are also very friendly. Their pet shop is very clean as well. Sometimes Sometimes I am not sure which item I want or I dont know the brand name, I just WhatsApp them and they explain everything to me and send me photos and even guide me on what to buy. The good thing about Pet Sky is that they have varieties of foods and toys, meaning that you can buy items depending on your budget. They also have a very professional team for grooming, I always take my cats there to be groomed and my rabbits to cut their nails. This is also the only pet shop in UAE that has over 2k reviews. I recommend everyone to give them a visit or check out their website and see for themselves what Im talking about.

We recently moved to DUBAI and I was trying to find a groomer that could give my dog a loving care with a cut, then I found the right place PET SKY in JLT, we received professional and great services, I must say that my dog looks so stylish after the cut, I am so satisfied that definitely recommend this excellent pet shop to all who really love their pet !

Hope you can avoid following your customers unless you can make a reliable suggestion, some things i bought was suggested by staff which i ended up not using. Give customers space and they will surely ask for help if needed.

Horrible place and dirty grooming space , my cat got infected by ringworm because of their hygiene problem and rude stuff when I informed them they denied, not recommending this horrible place at all you take your pet for grooming ans they get sick . 0 recommendation. Be careful .

I highly recommend to any pet owners to visit as they have a lot fun stuff for your beloved pets and so many various food for any kinds of pets. I have gotten 2 big cage houses for my sons hamsters and now my son is so much delighted playing and watching his beloved pets. The hamsters love their new houses too. They can strech themseleves and move around.They had good prices too.The owner of the shop himself is a big fun of pets and very attentive listener. He was so kind that his one of his staff and himself dropped me to my home as these cages were so heavy to carry for me alone. His staff dropped them and assembled the cage for me and made sure it is all working then left.Thank you very much for very helpful shop owner and all his staff. This is easily one of the best petshops in UAE. They have the best grooming services. I took my dogs there for grooming and I was very satisfied with their work. They take a lot of care about the pets they groom.

I have cats and dogs and I always visit this shop or buy accessories and food online. If I cannot find an item online, I whatsApp them and they immediately reply back. They also have a lot of food and accessories for all kinds of pets with lots of brands.

Pets lovers beware. First time sending my pet here for grooming for first time after seeing tons of good reviews here, I end up having my dog being wounded near his eye area and the ears are not being cleaned and ear fur not being plucked. They put some weird powder into the ears to covered up to say it’s being clean. Unprofessional grooming and end up hurting my dog. You can’t see it in the shop and only realised it back home when the dog scratch nonstop.

Mohamed was very helpful. He showed us different options to choose with clear pricing. He had a very good understandings of the mechandise. Helped carry heavy bags etc. Staff in general were helpful. They have a loyalty reward system. Will be visiting them again.

Make of this as you will.Took my puppy Bernie to petsky in JLT just for a wash. Been there before for dog toy etc, but never for grooming. This was a first for us.Once I handed my pup to the groomer, he asked if Bernie needed a trim as well and I told him that my missus is still looking for a suitable groomer that knows how to groom Schnauzers, so were not giving him a trim until then.If youre not familiar with Schnauzers, they have very distinctive beard and eyebrow features.My pup is a black and white schnauzer so his white beard and white eyebrows really stand out.I picked up my pup who I thought looked super handsome. However, once I got home, the first thing my missus asked me is why did you let them trim his eyebrows!?!?To my surprise, they did in fact look considerably shorter, and there appeared to be straight and distinguishable shear cuts along his once long eyebrows. I didnt notice this at the groomer because he was so ecstatic to see me and was jumping around everywhere.When I called Petsky for an explanation, the receptionist immediately put me through to the groomer who then kept repeatedly telling me they did not trim Bernie at all and that it could look that way due to brushing.I know there are lots disgruntled customers who write bad reviews out of emotion, but this aint one jack!I gave Petsky the benefit of the doubt and began spreading Bernies eyebrows from side to side for a good 30 minutes and comparing them to photos I had taken of him just a day or two prior.His eyebrows were 100% trimmed with a pair of shears.We had taken Bernie to Pretty Paws (which I highly recommend btw) in Al Barsha for a wash on multiple occasions and never noticed a difference in his eyebrow length due to brushing.His eyebrows are now shorter, and its not the end of the world or anything as they will grow back. I just wish people would own up to their mistakes.Not going back there even though theyre literally a 2-minute walk away from my home.

Best shop ever. Clean, good smell and well STOCKED. All employees were extremely warm, helpful and friendly. They will help you for what you are looking for. The owner of this shop is unbelievably rude, obnoxious and aggressive. The hamsters in their enclosure were not fed seeds/normal hamster food. I actually bought some hamster food to give to them as I felt so sorry for them, they were not eating the food in the bowls at all. The manager was so aggressive and told me they would get diarrhea??! How ridiculous. The other staff were extremely helpful and polite - but he has put me off going there ever again. DO NOT SHOP HERE
