Worst place to buy fishes from. They have no clue about the fishes they sell. We specifically went to buy fishes for our planted aquarium. We bought some 10 odd fishes and were quite happy with the purchase although the price was a bit higher.After couple of days, we started noticing our seeded plants being uprooted & floating on the surface and the leafy plants with cut edges. Out of the 2 variety of fishes we bought, 2 of them were eating the vegetation.We contacted them & we sent them the videos of the fishes eating the plants. We received a very cold response. After calling them 4-5 times, they told us if we dont want the fishes..come & give it back in the shop. There were no apologies, no acknowledgement of the destroyed plants, nothing.Never visiting them again.

Decent variety of fishes. The place was too crowded possibly it’s a small shop. Otherwise it’s an okay okay shop.

Its a small aquarium center but have every most the things needed. Better to call and inquire before going there, there are days they restock new variety of fishes. Bought some fighter fish and absolutely loved them.

I didn’t go to buy anything but it’s amazing to look at these cool fishes 😊. Other than the aquatic creatures they also have Rabbits, Hamster and few types of birds. They have animal food and cages as well.

Bought a batch of new arrival 40 neon tetras, all of them died within 1 day. Sever died in the 15 minute trip to my home. The store did not refund. they gave me half the value worth of products instead. Luckliy I used a quarantine tank and didnt infect my main tank.

I had very bad experience with there staff, don’t believe them they cheater, I was asked to test he told no need then I took to home, after fixing it’s not working, he give used oxygen pump which is broken, refused to change.

Good place should visit. I got three small fishes but sadly 1 died😭 they are very cute and cheap 4 Dhs for 1 pc and food is for 7DHs they even rest!!

Bought fish there half them died in first 2 days. Rest of my fish got sick even before all was healthy . Today my Betta dies. Its not first time I buy fish there, always same story. Even with tortillas. Very upset

Went there yesterday . the guy who work there have an attitude problem and the price for the gold fish kept growing every 2 minutes . he was not happy to sell me so i left with out taking anything . i did not feel welcomed at all .

This is really a nice place located inside the LuLu hypermarket building in Barsha and offers multiple options like fish turtle rabbits and birds.

The staffs are not accomodating im checking the feeds section and nobody cares to help me. .one guy is busy talking to the phone and the other guys first assisted the newly come customer (why?? Because he is wearing kandura? And Im just a simple dressed customer??) and when I asked that guy about the feeds that I chose. . You can see his frowned face that looks irritated and even told me to go to that other staff. . How very RUDE your employees must practice first come first serve no matter the appearance is. . . This incident happens this Thursday March.14 between 5:15-5:40pm. . And I will never return to this petshop again. . .

For the love of god, do never buy any livestock from this store, guaranteed they will not survive, since using their store, i have lost endless small starter fish within days i.e guppies/platos etc plus 1 malaysian discus and 2 platinum angelfish 1 of my angelfish fish had FIN-ROT.not worth the stress

[ EDIT ] So I figured out the 4 guppy fish I bought from here had camallanus (parasitic + internal) worms.. after it had killed three of my own fish. Ive been keeping healthy guppies for almost 4 years now, so there is no chance my own guppies had these worms. But because of these store bought guppies, I think my whole tank is now infected (Yes, I was dumb enough to put the newly bought fish in my tank immediately). I didnt have a clue what these worms were prior to buying these fish, but apparently.. they are the hardest things to get rid of. I dont know about their other fish, but definitely do NOT buy their guppies.
