THE WORST PLACE EVER!! They almost killed my cat, i went to pick him up from grooming and he had bruises and his nose is bleeding!!! I went to the vet after that and thankfully he is stable rn but with heart problems , would not recommend it for anyone!!!!

About 4 years ago my family and I purchased a yorki from pet zone and we love him so much. However throughout these years we have found that he suffers from many genetical diseases and disabilities which he will have to suffer with forever. His heart is too big for his body, he has spinal issues, and skin conditions which are not an issue for us however he is suffering greatly and we can’t do anything about it. He’s a happy and loved boy but in pain. This is the fault of the breeding companies who inbreed dogs which are then sold to shops such as petzone, which are then again sold to people like you and me. We do not regret purchasing our dog, he is part of the family and we love him more and more everyday but if we knew about these corrupt companies we would have never put any money into their pockets. Those dogs still deserve a loving home but these evil breeders who are making dogs suffer for the sake of money should be stopped!

I like the selection of products there.The price is acceptable and reasonable. So many cute things for a pet..Staffs are nice too.

Same day delivery is definitely the big plus point for Petzone. I made an order at 4pm expecting it to arrive the next day. To my surprise, the delivery came at 9pm. Definitely will make more purchase in the future.

Yesterday I went their with my father to check how clean the store is because I want to see how the place is before considering buying a pet and in my surprise it was a very clean place and a Great place to get any pet they take good care of the animals very good place 9/10 would consider going their.

Awesome service, petzone is one of my personal favourite pet shops as theyve got everything from products to pets to grooming and professional assistance. The parking in Barsha is convenient for the times i visit hence i recommend this shop, you can also find numerous food brands and supplements. As well as accessories and pet furniture.

Helpful friendly staff - the animals looked well taken care of and the advice was great in terms of what we need and perhaps what to buy in bulk to reduce costs. They have a delivery option either by phone or on a shopping app.

Yesterday I bought a gravel cleaner from Petzone Al Barsha Branch... Since it was my first time for aquarium related shopping; I did not know the structure of pipe.. after coming home, I tried connecting the pipe but it dint connect and I went to shop to check... The seller informed me that I lost some connector on the pipe which I am very sure that it was not there since start... When I told them to show on CCTV that it was given then he refused... Without connector that graven cleaner is useless for us and I lost DHS 48... Again the value does not matter here... The trust which they lost and the future business because I will never recommend them to anyone and will never put my step in to the shop... PLEASE BE AWARE AND TAKE PHOTO OF STUFFS WHICH YOU ARE BUYING FROM THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL BE SCREWED LATER...

The agent his name muzafar should not answer clients calls for any inquiries!He don’t explain processHe dont set expectationsHe only need to close the deal to get money from customers i guess he cares about his incentives!The in charge of the shop mark is useless he doesn’t provide any helps!The owner should look after their business and train the manager how to speK and to deal with clients in order to let his staff how to work as this is service provider not a supermarket!!

UPDATE:My previous review still stands (excellent collection of services), however Im deeply disappointed that their website gives you INCORRECT information, specifically of Aquarium cleaning.It says:Aquarium cleaning service: 262.50 AED VAT inclAquarium cleaning service (annual contract): 3150 AED VAT incl, 1 visit / monthAquarium Relocation: Depends on location.Does that sound like 262 per hour?. When I called, they said they would charge me 786 AED for a deep clean (3 hours)!!! For that I could buy a new aquarium! Thats absolutely ridiculous rates and misinformation. So for a yearly contract they would charge me 9,432 AED!!?? I could potentially hire 6 employees for that money, dedicated to cleaning the tank every 2 hours. Shame as I would have loved to take their services.In comparison - Ive had someone from another shop on Sheikh Zayed come every month to deep clean and he charged around 300AED per visit. Hes left the country so I wanted a replacement and wanted to look for someone in Barsha. Petzone had more reasonable rates - so I thought.OLD REVIEW:I really like this pet shop. Possibly the most elaborate shop in barsha with a good collection of accessories and pet food, including some exotic animals.

The employees there were very friendly, they groomed my cat perfectly, would recomment this place ,to groom ya cats 🐈

It is dirty and old place where I do not want to go back. I was double booked so I just left cause I wad freaking out anyway cause the groomer was just shave all hair off of my dog. No scissors or style just shave. I wasted an hour and half on Thursday for this.

After two occasions of cutting and grooming at Petzone, my dog has had hot spots and cysts removed. My vet suggested that the hygiene may not be satisfactory with sterilising etc. Today I decided to take my dog and see for myself. She was PETRIFIED, shaking uncontrollably which I had never seen in two years of taking her to her old groomers. The place was filthy, the staff walked out with massive gloves on which looked like builders gloves..........I hightailed it out of there and felt compelled to caution other owners to be aware!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Terrible service, I took my parrot here for grooming and they ended up bruising his eye with the towel as they held him down too hard. They were very careless and did not even apologise for their mistake. It definitely traumatised my bird and has been scared of towels ever since.

This is where i used to take my cat for grooming until he got WORMS from them. I am sure its from this shop because my cat is indoor, bath him myself regularly, and the infection was on his foot. The poor thing was put in isolation For. Three. Weeks.Needless to say, i never took him there ever again.
