Absolutely delicious. Everything here had great flavor and was rich. The complimentary cheese and bread was delicious and really had a nice blend of flavors. The salad we got with the hummus and other sauces went very well with the provided bread. The lamb had a slight gaminess that I appreciated and overall was very good. The service was great and everyone was really kind. Will come back.

I have known this place for a long time since I love that delivery from this restaurant. Especially I love meat dish which is served with saffron rice with butter. It is quite irresistible! Here at this branch of Downtown, you can enjoy Iranian food in the ambiance of truly busy Dubai. You can find the nearby parking just downside.

Authentic Iranian cuisine With the fantastic view of Down Town in a reasonable price sounds unbelievable but i get to experience that in Iran Zamin resturant today.I had heard alot about their kebabs. And when i tasted them today i realized why they are a must try. They were simply delicious. I really liked the ambiance. Perfect dinning spot for families.Iran Zamin without a doubt the best Persian restaurant in UAE. The food was cooked to perfection.We are definitely going back again!

Iran Zamin Restaurants is at the prime location of Downtown Dubai. The restaurant serves authentic Iranian and middle Eastern cuisine. Its an amazing place with spacious seating area. The art pieces at the entrance are elegant and traditional.I particularly enjoyed Mirza Ghassemi (made with egg plant)from starters. The main course was exceptionally good, minced lamb kebabs were delicious, stewed chicken with rice was outstanding especially the flavour of berries, grilled chicken was scrumptious and well tendered.I would not miss to mention their special Iranian tea as I enjoyed every sip of it.Give it a try if you havent!!!

This place is AMAZING.the food is so tasty and CLEAN ! The chilo kebab portion was HUGE ... its enough for 2... delicious !!!The only thing is that the traditional chilo kebab includes zarasht in the rice, a side of yogurt sauce and a piece of butter on the rice. HOWEVER, the waiter suggested to add zarasht so we said yes. Then we asked for the yogurt sauce and was provided then BAM extra 20 dirhams were charged (8 dirhams zarasht and 12 for yogurt) without a notice by the waiters...The money is not the issue. The issue is that those things are included in the traditional dish by default... makes no sense to have items missing from a dish and charging for them.HOWEVER, most deff we will be back as the taste of the kebab was superb.

The bread (sangak) is fantastic! Amazingly tasty. Food otherwise was good, just a bit on the pricier side. The shake that I had was also really good. This place is totally worth a visit, if nothing else to try their amazing bread.

Iran Zamin does not need an introduction, they are located in Downtown dubai and serves one of the most amazing and authentic Persian Cuisine in Dubai.In Dubai every foodies yardstick to compare Persian Cuisine is Ustaadi and I will do the same. I would say Iran Zamin is the 2nd best Persian restaurant in Dubai and it has an edge over location and ambiance but since we care more about food and taste thats why placing it on second.Their food is extremely delicious and their portion size is huge.If you havent tried Iran Zamin then you better visit them for some yummy food.

Probably the best meat I’ve had in Dubai. Very delicious and soft. Every Tuesday they make a special meal which is basically the goat neck. It might sound weird but it’s absolutely delicious. I’ve added some pictures of the meal which was ordered delivery. The service was also pretty fast which made it even better as it came warm.

Very nice Iranian restaurant right at the heart of one of the most popular districts of Dubai. While exploring Sheikh Mohammed bin Rasbid blvd, you can have a nice budget friendly dinner at this restaurant. I found the meals really tasteful. They serve breakfast as well. Those who prefer traditional breakfast will definitely like it. I tried chicken kebap it was mouth watering. Chicken was so tender and safran flavour on the rice was really good. I highly recommend this place for those looking not very expensive eat out on a very popular district.

If you are a persian food lover, this place is your heaven! Juicy kabab platters, rice with prunes and appricots, pomegranate, saffron and butter are a treat to your taste buds. Generous serving, each platter is good for 2 people. The food is exceptionally good, tasty. Salad was fresh, hot appetizer made with egg plant is a must try. Our drinks were lemon mint and fruit cocktail , tasted perfect. Staff was freindly, ambience is comfortable, relaxing. Mr.Sosan was very kind with all visitors. They also serve sheesha in smoking dining area.

Terrible experience , restaurant was empty and the hostess from the door didn’t allow us in because we were not wearing pants , I have never witness such discrimination . He offer me to sit inside next to the kitchen in order to keep me and my wife away from other guest and kept telling us they are fully booked , the restaurant management should be ashamed of the waiter who welcomes you at the door outside for the open area . When I requested the bill they brought it to me after 10 MIS and left and I waited for 15 mins for someone to collect the payment no one came so I took it inside my self to the cashier to pay.. Serving perfectly grilled Kababs and authentic Irani cuisines in huge portion sizes.I love the mixed grill platter. Meat were perfectly grilled and so juicy. The lamb shank with rice and broad beans was so yummy and tasty too!The shop was so spacious and the vibe is so comfortable and relaxing great for family and friends gatherings.

The service is very bad and my food got very cold once they serve my food, and I can’t eat it because my food was served got cold.

This restaurant is Huge..Its a very spacious seated restaurant with Smoking and Non Smoking area segregated. Social Distancing was practiced at all times. Each table had Sanitizer.Food loved the freshly cooked Iranian rotis. Hummus is one of the best in town. The 2 combination was duvine.Chelo Chicken Kebab, Zereskh Polo Ba Morgh, Lamb Kebab, Chicken.Wings kabab with the Saffron Rice, Butter, Green Chilli is all a must try dish. Kebabs all had Super Quality defined in the poultry used.

Story of Persian Dinner,My one of the Iranian friend took me there as once I asked him that I want to try Iranian food, so the day came and we were there in Iran Zamin. The interior of the restaurant was in Persian style and my imagination was literally brought me to Persia, superb after observing the interior, we ordered some Persian dish, I really dont remember the name of the dish but it was amazing, never tested before and we concluded our dinner with the Iranian tea. Amazing food.. Thank you Iran Zamin for brought this authentic Persian taste to Dubai. loved it. Highly Recommended

Nice food and spacious area with nice view, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back! Although the prices are higher than expected and the food is a little overpriced.The thing is that you have to wait for a long time here for both food and a table so expect a delay if you are willing to wait.Which is a good sign of a nice crowded restaurant, I would suggest you to order their Iranian traditional food which is very tasty!Try to avoid ordering juices as I didn’t like the taste of it, I think they added water to it or it’s the ice cubes.However it’s a nice experience overall!

My wife and I were searching for restaurants in downtown Dubai and stumbled across this one. It was close to our AirBnB and looked appetizing. Upon entry, the decor and staff were very pleasant. A crispy flat bread with a small salad, spices, and butter is offered prior to your meal. The main dishes we had were absolutely amazing. The kebabs and chicken were bursting with flavor and were as tender as could be. We also ordered their puréed fruit cocktail which was a layered glass of kiwi, mango, strawberry, and avocado. I highly suggest this place and will eat here if I am ever in downtown Dubai again!

This was my favourite restaurant in Dubai, but this visit was not the same. Staff are friendly and nice but meat quantity was reduced and also the quality is not the same. They increased the quantity of rice though by lots. Not the expectation at all for a pricy restaurant.

Being an Iranian and dining at only truly traditional and authentic Iranian restaurants, I must say that my family and I were glad to dine at the Deira branch.The food selections were great, the grills were superb; juicy and tender, just perfect. The service was great too. My family and I truly enjoyed our experience there and would definitely recommend it to others who I hope would experience the same!
