I wonder why customers still comes to this kind of below average restaurants, the service is too slow, waiters are less, and you can’t get one of them looking at you, he or she are always busy running from here to there, I believe that the management having issues hiring professionals enough waiters and staff.The food flavor is beyond accepted, no flavor in all dishes, quantities and portions were small, and their price is not matching.Sorry for tough review, but this restaurant need to have their hard disk formatted, and having new fresh installation, maybe then you will have a chance to a fresh start.

An above average traditional Iranian restaurant...serves authentic Iranian delicacies....different types of kebabs, grill and serves with freshly baked crispy bread and 3 types of rice options....

Horrible experience! Used to eat on this restaurant very often, however I think I will not do so in the future. After 30 minutes after we place the order, of course, they forgot that my order includes also an mixed grill, apetiezer was brought first. Seeing the fact that the order does not come, I have asked. I noticed they they went to check my order, run very fast on the kitchen , and bring me this burned and hard and cold meat in the plate. Not even an single word of apologize. Have requested to speak with an supervisor, I was told the supervisor is off. Such a shame and lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. If I could give -1 star I would be happy to give it.

The chicken was OK. We ordered the grill chicken for 39 dhs. The bread was the worst. It was very hard. A waste of money indeed. Usually the food from here is good, but this time it was really really bad. Not going here again. Very less quantity of food also.

I wasnt satisfied with the food at all. We had ordered for a mix platter, mix rice, salad but the meat was too dry. The staff was super busy and they couldnt focus on the quality of service

I went there last night & the ingredients were surprisingly fresh! We went late at 10pm, so it was shocking that the meal tasted like it had just been prepared for us. The server was very nice, prompt & polite. Our food came fast. We ordered tabouli, hummus, grape leaf rolls/wareb aineb, fries, & chicken tikka. The olive oil was pure and of high quality! I was in heaven on that alone! The only reason I deducted a star was because it took forever for someone to greet us and hand us menus when we sat down. I would definitely go there again!

This review is about Hatam Restaurant located at the first floor at Diera City Center Mall. They have out of the restaurant seating and inside. Its for Arabic food lovers, to be Exact Iranian diffused with Lebanese cooked cuisines. They have very poor to horrible customer service starting from having, old, angry, not willing to work staff and few good ones are affected by the bad staff. The food tends to be on the expensive side, for the very few items to be selected, and the old waitress, who will keep saying not available till you selected what she like. my experience the food quality is acceptable and for those who are trying it for the first time, they won’t know if its authentic taste or feel the difference. Good place for couples, business lunch but not for large groups. They accept cash and card payments. Oh, please bring your own hand sanitizers and what can keep you safe from Covid-19 as I saw little been followed here.

This place serves you Iranian kebabs and sandwiches. The food was mouthwatering and simply delicious. Had the mixed grill of kebabs , each piece has a different taste to it.

Wonderful Persian restaurant in Deira City Centre. I visited here with my family and liked the place. It is very spacious with comfortable atmosphere. Hatam Mixed Grill is highly recommended, it comes with yogurt chicken, saffron chicken, mutton and chicken kebabs. Freshly baked tandoori bread is on the side. Customer service was also very good.

Food was sub standard, Chicken items had a wierd taste as if they were not fresh or seems like leftover.Service was really slow even it wasnt crowded.Bread was cold till the time food arrived.We couldnt eat the whole thing.Not recommended.

Diera city center branch of HATAM is the worst experienced that I had. I came in and no one even giving a greeting and I was standing in front of the counter like waiting for the very important person who’s in charge in the counter. One person inside noticed my presence and telling the person in the counter that oh there’s someone there that’s the time I knew that the counter Incharge is just sitting and chatting to his colleague just in front of the counter. He just yes and I told him I just wanted a French fries. He made my bill and not saying anything and I even the one who saying thank you to him.When I got home I was totally disappointed what’s in inside. It’s just too little and not even a half of the foil plate without even mayonnaise or something just the overcooked fries.Hopefully the management will notice what kind of un professional staff you have. The restaurant which I love the most for Arabic dishes..Their mixed salad includes Hommos and other three dishes are very tasty. They used to give fresh veggies as complimentary salad includes piece of cheese , walnut and olives. By the time we can order main course dish. Hot tea and other drinks are also available.

My family members had a fantastic experience both times. Great taste, good portion sizes and a nice ambience. Mahmood and Mohammad happily obliged and adjusted our order to what he wanted and were smiling and provided good service throughout the dinner.

Located in the City Center Deira, this restaurant offers Arabian cuisine including Arabic coffee. Nan comes out with plenty of hummus is also large, there is no shortage in quantity. I think the taste is easy to eat, and because Japanese herbs are not too strong. You can also drink arabic coffee.
