I went for a facial at the Royal ReTreat Beauty and Spa located at Al Wasl Road.I had pre-booked and on the day was given a reminder call about my appointment.Greeted with a smile and making sure the precautionary measures for covid in place my temperature was checked before I go to the treatment room.To start with, my skin was analyzed and consulted by the skin specialist Wayan, and I was informed my skin is dehydrated and not dry!.So the treatment recommended was Hydra FAICAL using the Guinot products.Super happy how Wayan handled my skin with light and gentle hands.She explained the entire process step by step and the products.My skin feel super fresh, rejuvenated and light.The place is clean tidy, with professional and well trained staff.Highly recommend for other services.

Worst experience. Bad management. They can cheat you if you don’t know what you booked and for how much. I booked for Sauna and steam room. On the website the session was around 79 dirhams. I came in early, went it late not on time. And asked how long can I stay in both Sauna and Steam room. The lady told me 20 minutes each. And that i can lock the door of the room to have privacy. Then i did exactly that. Took 1 minute break in between for water and around 15 minutes left someone knock the door yelling why I locked it. I went on opened it and continued. Then they come again and say times up cuz there is another customer after me,when there was 8 minutes left as i had my phone timer outside the steam room.Anyways, i leave earlier just because they ruined my relaxing time and not even take time to have a shower.Then, the reception wanted to charge me 150 dirhams. And i asked for the reason she says cuz you did both Sauna and Steam, and I asked how long should i be in both? She said 30 minutes each. And I asked haa.. and what happened to the website price and above timing.. she was like aaaah.. ok pay 79🤯

Lipblush and eyeliner done with Mrs Pari, she is very professional and explained the treatment in detail. She puts you at ease, advises you on shape and color and is honest about the expected results.I also had a facial treatment with Mrs Wayan, amazing rejuvenating results!Would definitely recommend!

I visited the owner Royal Beauty 2 weeks after the procedure. Unfortunately, instead of checking my face, she bragged about all the training she had done and the certification she had received.I waited another 2 weeks but my face worsened.I called many times asking for another appointment with the owner. But my requests were ignored.I came in person twice and neither the owner nor the technician who destroyed my eyebrows met with me.I ended up going to a dermatologist who informed me that my skin is severely burnt and needs immediate treatment.I informed Royal Beautys managment that i urgently NEEDED the name of the roduct that was used to damage my skin, so that my dermatologist can prescribe the appropriate treatment.The owner blatantly REFUSED to give me the name of the product.Where are the patients rights?The proper authorities have been informed and will deal with this matter accordingly.
