I came in the saloon for eyelash extensions, the two ladies called the one will do it she said is it possiblemfor me to wait 30mins because she is in lulu(10-15mins max away from the saloon), i said ok i will wait. They called her again i will have to. Wait again for 10mins soni said ok. 30mins passed, 10 mins passed several times she keeps on saying shes coming. She was the manager of the clinic owned by the sibling, and what is she doing? NOT WORKING! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I WAITED AN HOUR.

I wish Google gave option to rate in negative!The staff is very rude and extremely unprofessional. They did not talk properly. I went for a simple haircut and they could not manage even a simple straight haircut. They spoiled my hair and not ready to accept their mistake. I am very unhappy and disappointed with their service. I will never recommend Beauty Talkz parlour to any woman. Its better to throw your money in the ocean than spend it here.

Very unprofessional and the staff is not friendly at all. Its not worth your money. I will never go again and would recommend others to please not visit this salon. They dont care if you are uncomfortable. I dont know why this salon is in business.

Im not sure why there are positive reviews, perhaps its dependent person to person. My wife and daughter had a terrible experience though. Inhuman staff, unhygienic and poor customer service. Way to improve.

Good service

I am regular to saloon for last 04 years since we shifted to Al Quasis. Packages are really good and are value for money with good services. I have tried smoothing with them which was good. Staff is very courteous.

Very disappointed. It looks nothing like the images on google. I spent 400 and my hair color looked nothing like what i wanted. Their hair wash chair was broken and so uncomfortable to sit on. I dont know how this place is still running.

Friendly staff, well priced, great package deals! Mostly crowded (which is a good sign) so good to get an appointment and go. Been going there for 4 +years.. No complaints!

I’ve known Beauty Talkz Salon since its opening and can safely stare they are properly trained and pleasant staff, honest, clean facility and go out of the way to assist. Busy times are there in all places, but I’ve noticed even though required to work quickly, care and attention is given by the staff to all visiting the facility. Well done Management & all beauty talkz staff🙌🏼

This salon uses products from Day 2 Day market. Horrible experience. Manicure & Pedicure was done in 5 mins. One of the worst experience I ever had. Staffs are unprofessional. Place is tidy. Worst quality. Not recommended at all.

I have never experinced such bad service in my whole life i went to the saloon today and had my manicure done by a lady who doesnt know how to speak one word in english , she didnt know how to use any tool and for that she end up cuting my skin and hurting me and when it damfe the color i had to tell her to remove it twice in the end i gave up , i went home and removed it waste of my money . Am never going agaih

I have been a regular costumer of beauty talkz... of lately I noticed a decline in their services.The staff doesn’t respond kindly and the hospitality is not the same.I feel it’s cz of the new staff and there is internal competition between the staff members.I would recommend the management to monitor the staff closely and render an exceptional service....thanks.I would not visit this parlor anymore.

I had visited the parlor for a hair Botox treatmentAbsolutely loved the treatment here at this parlor. I hadso many concerns with my hair as I have naturally verycurly and frizzy hair and with over-straightening, a lotof which got damaged in the process. I wanted to lookfor a solution that would avoid me from using heatingtools to prevent damage at the same time restore lifeinto my hair. I was not expecting such good resultsafter my hairwash considering it to still remain curly,but I was in for a surprise. My hair became so muchsofter, and the hair Botox treatment relaxed my curls ina manner that kept the shine and volume.
