They dont even deserve the 1 star for what they did.I asked them to palletized my 3 big boxes. 1st they came to our office without the pallet then they came back and brought 2 small pallets. I clearly mentioned that I have 3 boxes (I even sent the dimension and weight) I want to put on a pallet. Then the guys asked for the payment. My colleague just gave him half of the payment. I told them I will pay the remaining once they fixed the issue and his response was we dont have big pallet just give it to another company. Then I call their supervisor to fix the issue. They came back with bigger pallet. But, they packed it in a very unprofessional way. They just wrapped it and literally they just put in on a pallet, without any strap or string. I was trying to communicate with the supervisor when they will fix it. But, no response from him not even answering my call!
