I contacted this moving company the week of our move. They were able to give us 2 movers and a truck at a reasonable price. Everything was communicated with Farooq. There were no hidden fees.The movers showed up wearing masks were right on time. They got the move done within the time frame I asked for. No issues.

Ali and Raheel were very efficient, professional, good communicators and friendly! They wore masks and socially distanced as much as they could. They came right on time, they even called/texted me half an hour before to let me know they were on their way. The price isnt the cheapest out there but its a flat rate per hour and they dont charge extras for packing supplies. Just a fuel surcharge if youre moving more than 10 miles.We struggled to move boxes on our own while we were packing, so we know how time consuming and difficult it is. The movers were champs and moved the same amount of boxes in a fraction of the time. We were impressed!We were super worried that our 65inch TV would break in the move because its necessary for work (doubles as a large monitor) but they wrapped it well with blankets and moved it like it was nothing. This same TV gave my husband and I headaches as we tried to move it ourselves before, so this was fantastic! Given that we have had movers in the past that were terrible and broke a lot of stuff before, this was a very positive experience. Best Movers did a great job on moving my exercise equipment that I purchased from a private owner in a different area. They arrived on time/early, were very respectful, and communicated clearly through the entire process. I had a difficult location to bring the equipment to which was heavy, they worked very diligently and brought it inside without any damage and nothing but smiles. I called on Saturday afternoon and was able to schedule my move Sunday morning which I never thought Id be able to do, but I was very happy that they could accommodate my needs. We had 30-40 boxes all packed and ready by the time they came, and some large furniture, which they wrapped attentively with blankets or plastic wrap. They moved everything out of the first location in an hour, working quickly, carefully and safely. The destination had three small flights of stairs, and they carried heavy items up using either a dolly or raw superhuman strength!

Then they stayed in constant communication with us via phone and email until everything arrived safely in Germany. Not a single scratch on anything, not a song thing missing. By 10:45am no one had showed up so I called the company. Apparently they were trying to call my cell and had no answer - at the time I scheduled the move no one advised me that they would call to confirm prior to sending a crew. They ended up sending a moving crew of two men at 1pm. The most unprofessional, graffitied moving truck arrived at our house and the crew seemed very overwhelmed by the move.They asked for a cash deposit prior to starting and had me sign a contract but had no copy of the contract to give me.If it wasn’t for my husband directing the movers nothing would have been done. They had difficulty parking their moving truck and hit my neighbours basketball net with the truck. They dented my stainless steel fridge, scratched my hardwood floors, chipped a dresser and scratched the walls.They didn’t even end up moving everything that was required. By the end of the day we just wanted them to finish up and leave. Their truck broke down on our driveway and they wanted to leave it there as our attempts to help them get the truck started by giving them a boost didn’t help. We told them this was unacceptable so they called some people to push it off the driveway and onto the street.I contacted the company on multiple occasions requesting a receipt but have never received a response. I paid in cash and was charged higher but have yet to receive a copy of the invoice.

These guys are best movers and packers in dubai ! They recently helped us move and we are impressed with their efficiency and organization.They came to our home right on time and surveyed both floors and made plans first before moving a thing. They packed the truck then put a band to secure them, so nothing can move around.When they came to our new house, they helped us unpack a lot of stuff and assemble the bed. We bought them pizza and gave them $200 tip.

They helped me with a very stressful move from one apartment to another. The furniture was extremely heavy. I had over 40 boxes, most of which were very heavy. I didnt get parking permits in advance and parking at both sites was difficult. Yet no tickets. mr farooq conducted this move in a way that made it seem effortless, yet it was extremely challenging. They were very careful with the furniture and paintings - all separately packaged and wrapped. This was my first move with nothing broken or lost. Everything was very professional. They are best in furniture movers i would most certainly use them again

Its been a week since our move and were still talking about what a great job our Best Mover team did to make our move easy and painless. They showed up on time, and jumped in like masters. They carefully wrapped and packaged our furniture beyond anything weve seen before and safely transported to our new flat. That earns them 3 stars. But they get 5 stars for the heroic way they managed to squeeze our furniture through tiny doorways, around corners, and up stairs. Many times, it looked impossible but they found ways to get an extra inch here and there. They never gave up. Others would have taken the safe way, left our couch on the sidewalk and told us to buy a new one. Not our Best Mover team. They finished the job and saved us a lot of time and money. We highly recommed the Best Mover! Totally worth every dirhams.
