Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful and the the manager is always there to adress any issue. I stored my furniture there for almost a year in this heat and nothing was damaged.

Company were responsive and everything was well packed for moving. Unfortunately the storage conditions are very hot and some items were damaged due to the heat while in storage.

Got hung up on the first time when I was trying to inquire, very politely, about their prices. Second time I called back, I was told to just whatsapp them what I need. No problem. After sending them a detailed whatsapp message stating my needs, I am now being ignored. Ok then. Thank you for your service.

After reviewing leading movers quotes I have selected 800movers for a premium service. On the daye of move identified they have subcontracted to MoversZone - which is totally unexpected. They are good but 70% professional. Even reminded many times nobody clearly did investry of goods they are placing in boxes and now its nightmare to findout items from boxes which Labelled with one Location tag (Ex. Kitchen stuff). Otherthan these They (Moverszone) are fast and supportive. Packaging is very neat and good and dust proof. I Had to remind many times to keep wearing masks!If you proceed with 800storage please know first whether they will subcontract. And request to develop box inventry. And after packaging request a supervisor to measure box volumes to avoid later claims of surprising box volumes.

Ive rented a storage from 800 Storage & Mover for over a year now. Alex at the company has been professional, reliable and fast in communication. They have also been flexible with moving in and out. Therefore, I can recommend the company.

Definitely not recommended.Their communication is good and efficient but other than that I would never use or recommend them.They are expensive (bit more than market price) but service is really worth half of that. They damaged my fridge, they connected the washing machine wrong and the plug stripped trying to get it fixed, closet paint scrated off.Better off going with a different company. Moving is stressful as it is no need for additional stress from the moving company.

I’m shocked at reading all the good reviews as frankly I am still processing the fact that THIS COMPANY GOT RID OFF ALL MY BELONGINGS that have been stored at their facilities. Aside from a valuable piece of furniture, I am very much hurt and saddened by the loss of 6 boxes that contained very personal items. I had stored my belongings for 3 years with a different company and never had any issues. Communication was always perfect as were reminders for due payments. They closed down, and we picked 800 storage for a combination of what seemed to be good price and service. We left two numbers and emails with them to be reached at, but somehow, despite our contacts being very clear on the signed item list, which we have with us, they claim to have had no record of the information. They never tried to get in touch with us. When I enquired about the status of my belongings a week ago, I was told they were DISPOSED OFF. When asked why they did not try to reach us, they claimed they did, but they had absolutely no proof of that, other than an alleged screenshot of an email with no date. All we had stored is now lost forever. Don’t take chances with your valuables. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.reservation was made for my move from abu dhabi to dubai 2 days before the actual move. on the day of the move i received to update on the arrival of the moving company. on following up i received a message from the receptionist apologising for the inconvenience but they cannot do the delivery.they did not prepare their paperwork properly and ended up being stopped at the Abu Dhabi Border. they blamed the @abudhabipolice for the same and said they changed the rules.this caused a huge inconvenience for me and only after insisting to speak to the manager did he come to the phone and who only mentioned that he could give me a refund or do the move another day. they did not care about my situation or the urgency of my move and were very unprofessional in handling the situation.in the end i had to arrange another company to do the move and they said they would give me the refund to which there was a deduction of AED 44 as bank transfer charges which was deducted from my amount for them not being able to provide their serves and me paying everything on time to them.WHATEVER HAPPENS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES AS MENTIONED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. IF THERE WAS LESS THAN A ONE STAR OR A NEGATIVE STAR RATING, THAT WOULD BE GIVEN TO THEM.NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYI requested 3 storage / moving companies to send me an offer with the same details:- Moving my household to warehouse- storage for slightly over a month- Moving everything to a new houseMy request for the qoutation was very detailed. both adresses of both houses and moving dates where mentioned.They were cheapest out of the three which made me suspicious and I double checked if all services required are included in the price. They confirmed accordingly by WhatsApp.As it turned out, the second move back from warehouse to the new house wasnt included. After a long chat through WhatsApp and the phone, they sent me a discounted price to move my stuff from warehouse to the new house. This price is higher than what I paid a moving company only a year ago including packing moving, unpacking, assembling and installation.....the usual service.Obviously I will hire another moving company which will do the same job for less than half the price.Extremely disappointed how unprofessionsl they handeled this situation and did not take any responsibility for their mistakes.AGAIN: I DONT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH 800 STORAGE. worst moving experience in the 15 years Ive been living in Dubai.

The belongings are also in perfect condition after such a long duration. Staff at the warehouse is very co-operative especially Joel. Worst experience you can expect for moving. Moved from a 1BR apartment, so I was expecting them to come with a 20 cubical meter truck so it has enough space to carry the furniture and cartons. The guys came with a small pickup and delivered the items in 3 different trips. Meaning you have to be here and there to reception the furniture and cartons.I have requested for delivery and unpacking, they just delivered without unpacking. The surprise for me came when I unpacked the kitchen box, where I found broken glass, broken bowl, and broken table glass! Lost items between the 3 trips, and more...If you really care for your stuff, just look for someone else to do the job.

As the name of the company implies.. they are a Moving and a Storage company. PLEASE BE AWARE that this is not the case. This is just a storage company and at that they are amazing. The team at the storage facility is very helpful and very responsive and this is why I gave them two stars instead of one.I was shopping for quotes for door to door companies that can take my items from my house in Dubai.. put them in storage, and then export them to Jeddah when ready. 800 Storage and Movers Provided me with a quote for just that! There was no mention that they would be using third party companies for the shipping aspects of the deal, I only realized this the day they came to pick up my items! SO THEY ARE A SHIPPING BROKER not A SHIPPING COMPANY.And not only that... they also have NO POWER or ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for the short comings of said third party shipping companies. They can only offer apologies and explanations and stories that continuously change. On a positive note their customer relation employee is very responsive and tries to help as best he can by being your middle man only.They have increase export price on me once I was ready for export. Fine, I admit my readiness for export took longer than expected. Thus the initial quoting company for some reason was not able to proceed and then we had to find other shipping companies which was a huge hassle again. And when we finally did, the quote was higher than the original.. AND I ACCEPTEDThe items were picked up on May 17th, 2019 from Dubai for export with a transit time of 4-6 days communicated by the company. Today is the 17th of June and I am yet to receive my items.IN CONCLUSION IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR STORAGE... 800 IS PERFECT... IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE .. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
