Highly recommended!I asked this company to pack my stuff which was a fully loaded 2 bedroom flat and keep them in storage back in September 2018. At that time I was moving out of Dubai for a couple of months and did not want to be spending rent in two countries. I asked them for an airconditioned storage as I was concerned about the heat and humidity of Dubai warehouses. A turn in circumstances including the COVID-19 pandemic caused me not to settle back into my new Dubai home until much later than predicted, this happened in December 2020! To be honest I did not have the slightest hope that my belongings be in a good condition after more than two long Dubai summers. They brought back all the items, nothing broken, not a single item missing and to my surprise no damage even to the fabrics, rugs or clothes.I truly recommend these people specially the manager Mr Imran who is very accessible, flexible and careful when dealing with his clients.Their services have been very good for me and their asking price is also very affordable when compared with other competitors in Dubai.Once the time comes for me to move out of this city permanently I have no doubt in calling them again.

From the get go these guys were simply brilliant. There due diligence on the items, two sites, access points and on ground facilities management was superb.We moved from a large 4 bedroom on the palm to an even larger 4 bedroom downtown.Despite the fact that the downtown property had tiny lifts, the paradise team were able to bring several large and heavy items up the narrow stair case without any hassle.The entire move was done in a day and the transition was seamless.These guys seem to know every building in Dubai with their various idiosyncrasies.Throughout the team were well supervised, smart, courteous and would simply cater to every request we made. At all times their aim was to get the job done.I would recommend them in particular for large complex moves with difficult access points. They were a delight to work with and refused to accept any tips.A rare gem of a company in Dubai.

Not paradise at all.I have unpacked the boxes just to find out that some of my childs toys have been damaged because of the way the guys have packed our belongings! They just dropped everything in the boxes and taped them. Very poor quality customer service too.I suggest their manager Imran to change his way of thinking, also train his staff better.. otherwise they will loose lots of customers.I dont recommend this company.

This company doesnt even deserve one star. They have got my cargo with them for over 3 months with absolute disregard of updating me about my shipment will leave till DATE. They keep blaming the weather, when I have sent cargo with another company after them and it has reached the same destination. They have take my cargo and the full payment and REFUSE to give an appropriate answer or timeline.I definitely DO NOT recommend this company and if you want to throw away money, better donate it to charity than dealing with this company.

The worst company, they are thieves our shipment took 4 months to reach Lebanon instead of 1 month. Moreover, we paid extra 200$ for them so the agency in Lebanon will deliver our shipment to our house there but the Lebanese agency informed us that they didn’t receive any payment from Paradise and we have to pay again another 200$.Imran at Paradise asked us to pay and promised to pay back to us which never happened since 6 months ago and he is trying to escape from this and gain time.We have all the proofs and exchange of emails and we will report this to the concerned party as soon as possible as we believe that Dubai is a fair country and we will seek justice and fairness.Don’t deal with these fraud people Zarka and Imran from Paradise and feel free to contact us and we are happy to provide more details and we can show you all the conversations with them.

I used Paradise Packaging to move my personal belongings from UAE to the UK. Asad who came to my house was very knowledgeable on what can be sent by cargo and what can’t be sent. Pricing was very clear and all contents were packed in front of my eyes and arrived on time. Excellent service, rates and a timely delivery. I will use their services again.

I have just recently experienced shipment through Paradise Packing Clearing LLC. As I was advised shipment period should be 5-7 working days, as it supposed to be shipment by air. Company came to collect my goods on the 1 of December from our flat in Dubai and we just received it in Netherlands on the 30 of December. So one month is away far from agreement and our expectations. Besides it the local delivery company informed us about delivery one hour before and when we managed to reach home by running at the end they just refused to lift boxes till our flat on the third floor, they left everything on the ground, although we paid for door to door service. And the worst thing that you cannot discuss it or effect somehow as we have already paid the for the full service in advance. Maybe local company in Dubai is not bad as they were trying to give me some kind of support by providing some tracking statuses on the shipment but the fact is that they have very weak partners in other countries. For example the rating of the local delivery company here is just 1.4 which is so obvious that they are not going to provide a proper service. So if you still want to ship your goods through Paradise, please use my Lesson Learned and not pay the full payment in advance. In that case at least you have a chance to control the situation. P.s.: Besides some fragile items were broken.

Very bad service, they broke my table lamp without telling, I found out after they left and then the guy stopped answering his phone I told him about it through the first phone call. They took all day to get the curtains in and they werent in the best position. They didnt organize any of the stuff the way it should be in the closet.

One of the worst companies you can use, almost all of my glass dishware arrived broken in canada. They had me pay extra for claiming my shipment in canada with the promise that they would return the money. Of course that didnt happen. When I tried to call them back the guy literally hung up the phone in my face. I wanted to ship a container and half of is arrived empty. I later found out that they abandoned a lot of my personal items because they didnt feel like packaging it. Unprofessional, unfriendly, no accountability and quite frankly just thieves trying to take your money.

We stumbled on this company by mistake, we wasn’t sure what to expect but we was super surprised! They where fantastic we couldn’t have done it all without them. We were there buying all our lights for our new restaurant which we was renovating in the UK.They spent about 4 hours in the dragon mall with us, they brought a lorry to load it all.
