She listened to my needs and offered me packages that suited my needs and budget. The premises are clean, safe, well kept & controlled at good climate. . I enjoyed being able to store my things there and the fee was reasonable. Smart Box are such a great company, Recommended for any one who want to store items for short or long period. First staff are very friendly, they are very helpful in helping you choose the right size, when we move, they make everything smooth and easy. Location is very easy to reach. you can access your storage any day a week during the flexible working hours. they are very clean and secure. and the price is very good

Dont rely on the prices they are sharing with you by WhatsApp or email because when youll visit and agree on the space theyll share different prices (almost the double), question mark on their integrity. I dont recommend at all this storage solution provider and also to mention most of their staff dont wear face masks which is scary especially in this covid19 sanitary crisis. Better to pay higher somewhere else and get a proper service.

I’m not a guy with a lot of feedback, but I wanted to take my time and leave this 5 star review:1. I needed them on short notice, and the came exactly on time. (2br Apartment)Packing was great, they wrapped everything carefully. There has been some small scratches here and there, you can’t avoid them. They needed a few more boxes, we negotiated about its little bit, no problem. ;)2. We were away from the country for 6 months during the Covid summer. When I forget the payment, they never went ugly. Just kind WhatsApp reminders. (I always paid btw, mutual respect)3. When we are back, I again needed them on very short notice again, 1 day. I handed them the keys at Thursday evening, they were in front of our new home (3br townhouse this time) at Friday 11:30 and finished their part by 16:00.(ps: we did the unpacking ourselves, they just needed the assembly. Unpacking would take another 2-3 hrs. Wife wanted to do this her self)No problem with any of the items. We heard some stories about “furnitures getting harmed due to heat, lots of dust”... I never see any of these.Overall, I’m more than happy with them and recommend everyone who needs proper storage./Ali

I had to rent a storage from smart box where I kept my furniture. Its a great storage, very clean which is very important, organised, ac, and safe. Cameras are every where so I didnt even bother to put a lock.The service is great. I had to come couple of times to the storage and the staff there were very helpful. I strongly recommande smart box storage for personal or business use.
