Worst service. I strongly recommend not to go to this inexperienced bunch of . Worst service, I have never came across. Took all the money and not delivering. Still some items are not delivered. When you call them,, they are not attending the calls. I dont want to give single star.

I had a very, very unfortunate experience with these Mega Star Movers . Would not recommend to anyone. One of their men came home to survey and fixed a price. He took an advance payment. This being the first time I was moving in 8 years, I didnt realise that no other company takes an advance. Amar, their mover, had come to my place and promised me 2 trucks and 6 men . I have his whatsapp confirmation as well. But the next day, he changed it to 1 truck - 2 trips and tried to convince me to agree . when I refused saying he had promised me earlier - he started yelling very rudely. I asked him to return the advance amount and he replied saying that because he didnt want to see my face he would not come back to return the money to me.I have never had someone talk to me so rudely before . Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone unless you are used to dealing with rude and unprofessional beings.
