The team and packed everything very fast. We where worried about the glass items as they packed it with paper not bubble wraps. The staff was polite. While loading they forgot to provide enough packing for TV. It made a mark on the screen. Except that everything went fine. I didn’t make any issue regarding the tv as mistakes can happen. So my recommendation is please ensure while they load fragile materials, it’s given proper space and packing. Also bubble wrapping should be included in the packaging.

The representative came for a quotation, he gave me a quotation that i accepted. After two weeks he asked for an increase of 1000 AED Compared to the first quotation.
