Professional and great service highly highly recommended.I was much depressed about moving because i have a such big house 6 bed room villa , so i called three to four moving companies, all of came after inspection they provide me quote , but from one of them i was extremely impressed by choose and move. Mr. Faisal represented choose and move he visit deeply each and every corner, after visit we ask counter questions and he gave me useful tips , he was bit expensive but during and after the service you realize you choose right team .Team is quite obedient they done excellent job after the move Mr. Faisal paid visit again and visit entire house with me. The team leader (Faisal) came early, assessed the apartment and communicated our expectations on both sides. They where fast, and organized. We managed to finish everything in 8 hrs for a 2 br apartment, with some bits of boxes left I chose to unpack myself. All curtains hung, and some furnitures fixed to the wall. With all the hard work they where still very friendly and polite and always ready to assist.

Very unprofessional and unethical! I booked them and we agreed on a rate, on the day of shifting they come to me with a bunch of dirty used old boxes for packing, upon questioning them why they are providing old used boxes, and that they weren’t following safety measures during this pandemic by doing so, the supervisor replies that I would have to pay 350 extra if I wanted new boxes, while this was never mentioned earlier. Even after calling Faisal and Amir who are in charge, they were unable to resolve the issue and expected me to pay extra at the last minute, I had to ask them to leave. I managed to find another company at the last minute and they did a great job at a lesser price.. A very unprofessional attitude by Choose & Moves, at present there are 100’s of packers & movers in the country who are professional at a very reasonable price. I would surely not recommend choose and moves to anyone. They lost a client and many more to come !

Yesterday I had the pleasure of Choose and Moves, moving us from a 2 bedroom condo in palm jumeirah to Townsquare townhouse.The staff was very professional and did an excellent job boxing up all of our belongings, clothes, valuables, furniture, and kitchen. They did amazing with unpacking and putting/arranging everything in place at the new home. It was stress free and made the move that much more easier for us.I highly recommend them and I cant thank the team enough for everything.

I was watching the team moving the house of my Neighbour, I’ve noticed how careful they were, so I chose them to move my stuff to a similar 4 beds house within the same compound.They have done an outstanding copy and paste job.Literally, massive job without a single scratch.In brief they are a team of careful personnel, a company that deal with your furniture diligently.Manager, Supervisior and team leader are available on site at all times.Frames, floodlights, laser beam lights, curtains, TV set, wall mounts, kitchen appliances all installed in an excellent manner, even my spices, cups and plates were retuned to the correct cupboards.They have been selected as my preferred movers, and if I have to move again, I will move with the same company over and over.I genuinely recommend them to do big jobs.Capable of making you happy and make every dirham worth it.

Superb!!!Starting from quoting appropriately as per my luggage, instead of using a flat rate, then arriving sharp on time, # of people & professional staff to cover the entire house in parallel, multiple trucks loaded in parallel to avoid any time wastage. Decent move. Only 2 minor things broken or lost.Towards the end the guys started rushing. The team leader told me that the curtains from my previous place wouldnt fit in my new room. Turns out that this is incorrect and the guy was just trying to avoid putting them back up.Would use again but would be fair more diligent in my double checking

The Choose and Moves team did a fantastic job. Listened to our requests. Were nice enough to accommodate some extra handyman work as well which wasnt even part of the original quotation! NOT so high-quality service! We chose to move from within the same area in a 2 beds non furnished apartment ( so basically there were only two furniture to be dismantled & assembly)and it took them almost 12 hours to finish the moving! Also, the hygiene standards were not high at all- had to be reminded to were gloves all the time, most of the times did not. Some items like a baby’s crib/ mattress got grease from the truck and had to cleaned professionally later on extra personal cost. While waiting for the team in the new house, it took them more than 2 hrs to appear because they claimed that they went on a break.Unfortunately, would not recommend.

This company were most helpful with my move of furniture around Dubai to Dubai studio city. We visited 2 locations (Silicon oasis and Damac hills) and moved 3 items of furniture (L shaped sofa, coffee table and storage unit).
