Good place for bikes and bike lovers

Looking for motorcycle gears or helmets or to sell/buy bikes, this is a place to go to. Limited brands but decent enough. Parts and accessories for your bike is also available. The upper floor according to the staff is the workshop.Parking lot (369C) is directly in front of the showroom. Has to make a detour to get to the place though. Staffs are friendly.

Went to service my Suzuki M109R, service center opens at 10am till 7pm. Adjacent to this have a Cafe. Coffe late cost 15 dh, also hav pool table etc to spend some time while servicing of motorcycle is carried out. Apart from that they dont have a proper waiting area for customers as I had to wait till 4pm to get my service done. Since the location was at Al quoz 4, b4 Lulu Barsha, there is no much choice to move around.Pricing $$ for motorcycle servicing.

I think they close their operations in that particular location. So better not to look for it.

Rubbish customer service. Got totally ignored. Looks like theyve all got nothing to do and couldnt care less. Everyone has a seriously bad attitude. Very unfriendly environment... Sad to see...

Terrible staff, been in there three times, every time the staff lie, claim they’ll order things for you, or that they have the things you want. Like I was after a specific bike, was told they had it, and they’d call me in a couple of days. No call, no bike. The same happened when I went looking for a new helmet. Why lie? How is that going to encourage shoppers to return!? Not only are they dishonest, they’re extremely arrogant, and several of them clearly know nothing about bikes. I’ll never shop there again.

Good service. Very sincere guys working there. Gave advice, recommendations...looked for items for those that wasnt on display...even though I didnt buy anything today. Well done. Good place to visit

There is just an option for everyone here .. New or used, sport or touring. The sales man was kind enough to answer all my questions and give me advice about my requirements. If you are thinking of a new or used bike you should pay those guys a visit.

This place is simply amazing, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff - Sam took lots of time out and gave me excellent advice. They have a huge selection of awesome bikes and accessories also with an great workshop upstairs. Make sure you pay this place a visit and grab a coffee in their Biker cafe next door.

Those guys should learn a thing or two about customer service.

Quoted 37k for a used Honda NC700 2014. I couldnt resist telling the Salesman brand new costs 36K only. I wonder what they are thinking.

Have a mixed feeling. Brought my Road King for wash and it was great. However, I bought a package with Shisha, meal and bike wash - after paying I was told: sorry the shisha guy will be at 2:00pm (I came at 1:00pm). I got 2 coffees and bike wash - not really the value for money it was advertised for. Wish that you guys can fix it.

Nice place good concept and fit out but only few brand of bikes. Only suzuki is brand new the rest are pre owned..They have fee accessories and gears too. place is hard to reach though its just alon the road but the access is only one inner road

I didnt try their service center for one reason only...... They dont pick up the damn phone. I am calling them since one month to know about their services but no use it is like no one is working there
