I was here a while ago, around 9:46am. I was in a hurry as they need the money urgently, and I only have 12 mins before work,so I ask the person infront of me if I can go first, fortunately she agrees (thanks to that kabayan). One lady without even a smile in her face served me, I want to sent money thru bank transfer (BDO) i told her. She told me that it was HOLIDAY today (March 10, 2020) in Philippines and they can received it On SUNDAY. And their express money thru cebuana is offline. then to my dismay I just left the shop. to confirmed this, I ask my family if its really holiday there in Philippines they told me, its not holiday. I went to AL ANSARI EX EXCHANGE to confirm this holiday thing and ask about bank transfer, they told us its not holiday and they can receive it same day.I was sending thru UAE exchange for more than 2 years, but now I think its time to try other Exchange. I am really disappointed.
I like this exchange because very convenient place to access. We can send remittance and pay bill very easily. Only thing is staff needs to be little faster.
Worst service.. Wasted 10 mins as no executive was available to attend customers at busy time.
