Please teach your staff little bit of manners & How to handle customers.Especially to your branch supervisor Mr. Irfan Zafer. I sent money yesterday through this exchange (flash transfer). Money not yet received at the second end. I didnt get any information about the issue. The worst customer service I ever received. I regret for choosing your exchange service.

A worst experience I ever had. Should give - minus rating. Met branch manager wearing suit was sleeping in room . He came late and responded . No knowledge about country rate and taken more than 30 minutes to mk transaction.unfit manager never recommend

Worst experience after 3 days of struggling the manager of branch first refuse about transection and when I show him the slip then he said I need to check the system and still my family is waiting for money but branch is closed until 23o pm I advised not to come here ..

Very poor service and the staff dont know how to process Easy Cash release procedure....No senior staff available.....
