Jeez horrible service you have to queue to get the money receiver paper and queue again to give back the paper to the lady who will take her sweet time . And finally queue again to get the cash . Would be perfect if they just hand you the paper to fill to save your time and theirs .

I visited this place today. I was treated shabbily by their cashier. Who perhaps takes all customers fir granted. Very impertinent. Was doing his personal work as I waited at the counter. And enjoying his snacks without response toMy question. I would never go or recommend anyone go to this place. I have his name. If the management requires I’m willing to share. I have been using other exchanges. But every other brand of exchange else was courteous

Do you miss old govt office or bank back home 😀, visit this place they will behave rudly, they give a xerox form a pen to fill, n make you wait for 30 minute, and wait in q for cashier again. And not kidding when i was here the system was down 🤣
