Tried transferring money at al ansari exchange karama branch thru western union.money wasnt transferred as I had to face a lot of humiliation and embarrassment. Never ever transfer money at al ansari exchange or use western union. Customer service at western union is bizarre and not sure how long it would take to either cancel and refund the money or to do the transfer to the recipient. Worst customer experience in dealing with al ansari and western union.

Worst customer experience. I tried to send money through their application in order to participate on the lucky Draw. My phone is not having internet connection and they did not allow to have the access for the customer free Wi-Fi, and one of the customer service guy told me to go room and download the application and come back again, nonsense response I have ever get. Later on I went to Lulu Exchange and they give the Wi-Fi facility and connect with mobile and transfer it through their Lulu Exchange application.Bad experience
