Used to be good. We were served 3 raw chicken shawarmas today. Staff didn’t even bother to ask what was wrong with the food and simply presented us with the bill. They also market Danish soft drinks but they are never available. Don’t waste your time and money.
Fantastic place for Shawarma based grill varieties. Fantastic experience with nice ambience. The Felafel was so rich and crispy. Chicken shawarma is great with accompanying sauces. Their special chili 🌶 sauce is a must try. In house bread is tasty and juices too.Getting parking may be difficult during peak hours.
We ordered the wagyu it was really delicious however and this is a big HOWEVER the portions are very small especially considering the price. Which is my next point…it’s overpriced. The beef was good but has too much fat.
A real Shawarma place that offers real Shawerma.. If you want to have Shawarma, better have it at a dedicated Shawarma place. Sandwiches are so tasty here. We had both Chicken and beef and both tasted like Shawarma from back in the levant. Bread is freshly baked and you can choose between Pita, Saj it Lebanese bread. Service exceeding expectations given the reasonable prices. Finally, one doesn’t have to pay 10s if dirhams for a cup of tea .. Yes 5 stars Taste, Service, Prices, cleanliness and friendliness. Highly recommend
Usually Shawerma is 5-11/- aed, the taste is very average, Over priced, small portion, full of tahini sauce..
Best lamb chops in the world… I visited this place more than 20 times ….. highly recommended ….
Went there to have lunch with my wife and ordered two pita meat shawarmas (supposed to be a speciality) and a mixed platter of grills and an order of Arayes and lambchops to go (all servings are considerablysmall). But first lets discuss the parking...Or the lack of parking for all shops in the block...It took us 15 minutes to search for a parking and at the end we parked in the mosque parking (which I felt was disrespectful of this place of worship and would normally result in a car getting toed). This issue alone cost this establishment one star; my personal belief is if an establishment provides sit in dinning it must provide sufficient parking for customers or otherwise offer takeaway only.Second is the price...Which is too expensive for what is at best standard Lebanese food fare...The Shawarma was ok...The lambchops were alright...The shish Tawook was.😕Really good are the fries, the meat kebabs and Arayes...But for AED 445...It is too much considering the sitting is on wooden benches. The claim is that the reason for the dear price is the quality of ingredients, but this quality cant be tasted in the final dushes...So...Either improve parking and sitting...Make the final product exceptionally delicious...Or this shop wont survive the very competitive Middle-Eastern restaurant market in Dubai and will last at most a year or so (especially in the dire circumstances of post Covid19 world). This is my prediction and I hope Im proven wrong by the restaurants management.
Although it is in a nice place and the people serving in the restaurant are so kind but the taste of shawerma was not good both beef and chicken. I did not try any other foods, i think i will not even try. What was also surprising me is the price which is not suitable for the too small portion regardless the taste which was far behind even regular restaurants.
You are paying for the location, food is under-averageService is good+ open till 2 am
A cozy place along Jumeirah road offering a grills and shawarma. The name is misleading as it might imply the usual shawarma shops scattered in Jumeirah. This is more upscale using higher quality ingredients, meat and fresh chicken. The beef shawarma is from Australian beef - the most tender I ever had - trust me I had too many!Price is good for the quality and portion size so have realistic expectations. The drinks are overpriced though!
Very good we like it and kids like it too, i liked the super fresh and super hot bread.
I had beef shawarma and it was delicious, the french fries was frozen and I would suggest to serve a fresh one💭The price was higher than what I thought.🙄Staff were friendly.Recommended 😊
Very disappointing experience. Tasteless food. After pointing it out, I was offered seasoning to obviously finish the chefs job. Although I had only 2 bites n complained, I was charges fully. Hummus with meat great but thats easilier n less-expensive to enjoy in other restaurants.
The display is good but the food was just below ok. Service is not great either.
Fantastic food. Been here many times and they have not disappointed yet. Service with a smile, never crowded and very clean/sanitised. A bit on the expensive side, but its a good choice. Highly recommended.
Nice presentation but food lacks flavour
A grill joint offering some delicious Middle Eastern cuisine located on the Jumeirah Beach Road.Ambiance:Once inside, we found the atmosphere quite casual which blended harmoniously with the wooden decor. We liked how the lighting is done with bulbs placed over each table. Quirky quotes about food used were put up and the counter was decked up with gorgeous cutlery. Our suggestion is to visit the place in the evening as the lighting and the decor brings out a nice dimly lit cosy vibe to the place that just elevates the food experience.Bite Board1. Hummus with chicken [AED 24]: A plate of freshly made hummus that is prepared with chickpeas, tahina and garnished with olive oil. The chicken was a great addition to the dish as it enhanced the flavor of the meat. It is served along with a basket of Khubus (arabic bread) which is very filling by itself.2. French Fries [AED 10]: These were crunchy and crispy but we would have liked it better if they were a bit more thicker.3. Chicken Shawarma [AED 26]: The authentic arabic style shawarma served in a pita bread. The chicken used for making them is organic, grass fed and bought from local suppliers. The dish comes along with a plate of fries and yoghurt sauce, and chili dip which goes really well with the fries. You can taste the freshness of the dips.4. Chicken Shawarma Plate [AED 49]: This dish is similar to the starter but the quantity is much more which can be easily shared between two or more people. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the hummus went well with the salad too. We cannot express how deliciously well the hummus was made. It was the best one we have tried so far. All the platters come with a serving of yoghurt dip, chili sauce, mixed pickles, salad and hummus.5. Lamb Tikka [AED 79]: Two pieces of tender lamb that are so juicy and succulent. The meat is of premium quality no doubt. The tikka was cooked very well just a cut of the knife was enough to get bite sized pieces. Normally the grills become dry after a point or served dry itself but this was not the case with this dish. Even after a while the dish was still juicy and tasted amazing!6. We ordered two Cokes and a Sprite [AED 8/each]. Aerated sodas with grilled meat is one of our favorite combos. We liked the fact that the menu was concise with what they have to offer so there is less confusion on what can be tried and what not. All the ingredients are organic, non GMO, grass-fed making everything that’s served from their kitchen top notch in quality.Service:We were treated very well by the Branch Manager Ms. Souad and the staff who served us! They provide great hospitality to all their customers alike. We give plus points for the excellent service given to us! The staff is warm, welcoming and very friendly.Cash Outflow:We found it reasonable for the quality and the quantity being offered. Definitely worth the premium quality of ingredients being used to serve authentic Middle Eastern Cuisine.Circling Back:We will surely be heading back soon to try out the Wagyu beef and other grill items that we missed this time around. We had a great dining experience at Shawarma Grill House and looking forward to more visits to this fabulous place. We recommend this place for those whole love Middle Eastern food that is authentic and meaty to say the least.
Way toooo expensive....it must be because its located in Jumeirah....
The shawarma is average even though they should be the Super Pro because of the name! The falafel is too fried and bitter. Im expecting more from a place in such a location. Will come back if you promise you improve
Fancy shawarma restaurant, but i must say that its not the best shawarma that you can have in Dubai. (Entertainer Friendly).FOOD:The food is alright not only serving shawarma it also serves middeterian style BBQ. Stay away from homous its tasteless.TIP: order the shawarma Platter mixed beef and chicken with fries. Also, you should try their fresh juices my favorite was the pomegranate.SERVICE:its great! Waiters are very tentative to you needs and ask for feedback.AMBIENCE:Loved the interior of the restaurant as it reflects the atmosphere of a grill house with its wooden interior and cozy lamps.
Place is really nice and comfortable. Difficult to park thats the only disadvantage. Food is very good with many options in the menu. I will recommend and go back for sure.
A genuine Shawarma place that offers genuine Shawerma.. In the event that you need to have Shawarma, better have it at a devoted Shawarma place. Sandwiches are so delectable here. We had both Chicken and hamburger and both posed a flavor like Shawarma from back in the levant. Bread is newly prepared and you can pick between Pita, Saj it Lebanese bread. Administration surpassing assumptions given the sensible costs. At last, one doesnt need to pay 10s if dirhams for some tea
The lentil soup is the best soup i have ever taste in my life its a must tryThe meat is really fresh and tasty
Clean and feel safe especially in these times food quality is maintained and consistent in service
Bit overpriced but meat was fresh
My mom is mad because they take SOOO long to get the drinks and she would like to have it with the food and it’s just a cola and all they need to do is open the bottle and serve it easy peasy, what did they get the coke from the factory ???? but the food is great :)
This is nice place to eat and food is tasty. I like it.
Overpriced and the shawarma is not really that good. Small portions for the high price.
Quick service, I really like their shawarma. They could have good packing if they work on that
Delicious Shawerma. Great presentation.
Great customer service much more, great food taste!
Best restart in jumaira. Always fresh and tasty. High quality
Inside and outside seating, friendly staff, fresh food, very good visit.
The best and most delicious shawarma in UAE clean ,lovely staff ,amazing drinks. Highly recommended!
For the price you pay, its a fairly average taste, all in all, worth trying once.
Ive visited the restaurant at a very busy time. Ramadan at Iftar, ordered the Mix grill, chops and Hummus with meat. All meats were tender and juicy, flavorful and I enjoyed the meat on the Hummus because it was without fats and skin (compared to other restaurants). I also enjoyed the tawook in the mixed grill as it was very light and juicy. The Tzatziki was amazing, you can tell it is freshly made with their own twist so delicious I ate it with the hot bread they served us.Attached is the mixed grill dish (wouldve loved to have some more meats in the dish
I dont know where to start !!... nothing to justify trying this place again.. starting from rubbery bread to average tasting beef/chicken ... nothing to justify paying premium!!
The lamb chops at grill house and chilli paste combination are a must! Also one of the best fattoush salads Ive had
Great place to have Shawarma in Dubai. The meat quality is very good with shawarma being their main dish (chicken shawarma too) but they have others such as meat Kabobs and grilled Chicken pieces.Atmosphere is nice yet informal, and the staff are very kind. You might have an issue with parking so try the side road before the shop.
Enjoyed their Pita Arabic Style Shwarma
Delicious food and great staff 👌😁
Such a bad restaurant....I tried the hummus and tasted exactly like the one you buy in a can from Carrefour. The chicken and beef Shawarma are tasteless and are very bad. The shop should not be called Shawarma Grill House as it is the worst thing on the menu. Highly priced and not worth it. The hot bread is only given once and I had to ask for it twice to get it. I will never ever go there again and you all shouldnt.
The best shawarma In town
Ambiance of the place is very cosy and memorable. Service was amazing and the service attendants were very friendly and customer service oriented.
Amazing shawarma... Good service and perfect staff
Great food, good service 👍
Good taste 1 time try most
Very good Shawarma the meat was very good and the taste was delicious. service was great.
Good foodSmall place
I tried it before and as recommended by my friend it was to the expectations. Ive invited my friends over to here and they also enjoyed the shawarma. There is still something to try for me and Ill definitely come back soon.
Expensive and not much varieties for the vegetarians
Tasty but very expensive..
Tail long time
Way overpriced. Taste is ok but still overpriced
Cozy place with good value for money food !
Just placed an order and I got bad allergy reaction as they don’t state in the menu all what they add to the food !!! After investigation found out they add tahini sauce in the yogurt which is sesame madeIt’s unprofessional and unethical as it might case death ! GOD forbid
Best shawarma ever
Average quality, price is high compared to quality
Amazing and quality food. They use hormones free meat. Very good preparation and presentation...just love it.
Is definitely too pricey. 4 times the price of a good Shawarma anywhere else in Dubai.Disappointed i would not reccomend
Nice food and the portion are very good
Absolutely delicious! Fast, light, affordable and fresh! Clean and nice ambiance. Must try!!!
Amazing restaurant. Worth a visit.
