Great experience for brunch. They have been fully booked the last few weekends.A good selection of seafood, and really good service. Servers are very attentive although the entire restaurant is full.But there’s definitely space for improvement. There’s no bread served next to butter chicken which I mean Naan or Paratha. And there’s no crackers next to cheese station.

Very gorgeous and authentic Middle East restaurant where we can enjoy our meals with the magnificent view of Burj Khalifa in front of us. A variety of international food can satisfy you very much. Especially we loved the sea food represented by excellent lobster grill!

Came to celebrate our friends birthday at Ewaan. The food selection is great, we loved the seafood. The desserts are works of art, adorable, super cute and beautiful taste sooo good. The waiter was very good too, we were taken cared of. The passion fruit mojito was refreshing too. Will definitely come back to celebrate more occasions with you.

We had an amazing start for the weekend at Ewan Thursday seafood night. The manager Sarfaz was so accommodating and is an example of how customer service in a hotel like The Palace should be. He was attentive and made sure we, and every other table, were comfortable and had all what we needed.Also we had Asgar waiting on our table and he was a great help. Always serving you with a genuine smile and anticipating your needs (refill the water, replace used dishes, asking if we needed anything, etc..). Hes a great example of customer service too. Very happy and love this place. I am a regular during Ramadan iftar as they have the best buffet in town in my opinion

Fabulous ambiance and great sea food brunch. Had a gorgeous percussionist who entertained us with cool arab and western fusion beats. We were well taken care of by our host Mr. Sarfaraz and tended to our requests.

I have been looking forward to try Ewaan for a quite a while. It was unfortunately a bit disappointing. The food looked amazing but on a Friday night it felt that the food was left overs from earlier brunch. The seafood did not feel fresh, the meat was either tough or over cooked. We could not sit outside as they claimed that it was all booked but was not clear on the website how to book a table outside. It’s an amazing ambience I wish the food tasted as good as it looked.

Delicious food buffet here. Such a grand place to dine! High ceilings and Arabic interior touches, it lives up to its location being at the Palace Downtown.We dined on a weekday which wasnt so busy, yet there were plenty of food choices available. Loved the seafood options, lamb ouzi, dumplings, sushi, ice cream station, and the dessert cakes.Thanks Ruel for the attentive service!

We went for friday theme night : sea food buffet. It was very very tasty, fresh and a lot of choice. Staff is very helpful especially Chin who served our table. We ll come back again for sure.

Drinks usually cost extra. The palace downtown hotel itself is very nice. This place is not too pricey for what youre getting and its usually on the entertainer.

One of the best Friday brunch spots in Dubai especially if you love seafood and sushi. Great service. We did the 535dhs packages which had good cocktails and nice Prosecco. Service from our host Daphne was excellent and they have a great terrace with lovely Burj views if not too hot. Definitely recommend especially on the Entertainer deal of 2-4-1

Went there for iftar, Ramadan 2021- atmosphere is super cool- food was... really really bad! For a 5 star hotel and such a price we paid per person the expectations were quite high, but we were disappointed, food quality was very bad..- free valet is available- attentive and friendly staff- cleanliness level is good- tea, coffee not included in the buffet!

I have been waiting for Ewaan to come back into service for quite some time. So happy to see you again. The atmosphere was very nice. Food quality, and quantity is excellent. Service is imppecable. Attention to detail is perfect. The associates serving the food were very helpful and very respectful. We enjoyed our special occasion. Thank you for the cake. Variety is a little scaled down compared to pre-COVID era. But, that is quite understandable. The manager explained that they came back into service only very recently, and they are ramping up. Hopefully within a month or so, they will be back to full scale.With the Entertainer offer you get 5-star luxury, quality and service at regular restaurant rates. Cant beat that.

Few days ago visited for Iftar. Everything was good. A lot of variations in buffet. I liked appetizers (really was a lot of options to choose). And what I really liked that cutleries were packed inside the nylon bag as a hygienic and safety precaution during our COVID times. It not my first time in Ewaan and till now always happy with experience. Recommend to visit

I went today for iftar to celebrate my wedding anniversary based on high reviews. I was really disappointed from the beginning, they give me a table next to the entrance, they changed it after requesting the same couple times. The food was below average , no social distance, and the whether was very hot although I sat inside. Overall very bad experience

Went for Suhoor meal in Ramadan:- Food: very bad, low quality, wasnt fresh, seemed like it was pre-heated coming from another meal that day, worst Ive had in 5 years of eating at this restaurant, equivalent to a 2 or 3 star hotel- Environment: outdoor seating with Burj view is very nice- Service: has gone down from before, again not living up to 5 stars- Overall: not recommend, will not be back, its a shame because this used to be a very very good restaurant before

A fantastic setting for a family lunch. The buffet was excellent from sushi ,shellfish to roast meats including turkey also bbq steak/fish and king prawns.A huge selection of salads,cheese and desserts amongst other dishes. Located inside the Palace hotel, so valet parking sorts out all your parking woes. Well lit, spacious and the tables are spaced out neatly. We booked a table to celebrate my daughters birthday. The ambiance was very cozy, peaceful and nice. Food was nice with ample although I hoped they had a sushi bar. Service was excellent and our waiterShephard attended to all our needs with big smile and friendly attitude.

The Ewaan Restaurant is a special place, booking is necessary. The Seafood is unparalleled, lobster, crab, shrimp etc. Well worth a visit, sit inside at the moment. There is valet parking at the Palace Hotel. all the staff are helpful and service is prompt. Toilets are close by and children are welcome. On Fridays there are three different choices with the food, without alcohol being the cheapest, with wine including sparkling or with champagne. I would recommend the Prosecco which was very good. The desserts were mouthwatering followed by excellent coffee. The restaurant is in the upper price range for a buffet, but well worth it, unlimited food and drink for your money.

Lovely atmosphere, Ryan was our server and sang cute happy birthday songs to Jason and brought the staff to sing as well. Amazing seafood and meat selection and everything was chilled and cooked to perfection! This brunch was by far the best brunch weve attended in all of the Emirates. The manager and the executive chef happened to be by the entrance when we arrived and both warmly greeted us! The manager also came by our table to ask us how everything was and thanked us as we were leaving for dining at Ewaan. Thank you for your immaculent attention to details and for the care and attention you give your patrons.

Ewaan @ Palace Downtown is a gracefully landscaped restaurant / lounge that offers a chilled vibe. If you wander through the restaurant and go outdoors, you pass some beautifully laid out cabanas on either side of the swimming pool that lead to seating right on the edge of the Burj lake and giving you a side view of the dancing fountain. Food is really good quality and I have been pleased with any dishes ordered. Have also tried several different shishas mixes here and never been disappointed. A great place to relax and unwind in Dubai during the evenings.

I had a dinner with my sister tonight and it was awesome so I had to write the review before I forget. I really wanted to taste various Arabian food and this restaurant fulfilled my satisfaction especially Chicken Curry! My sister really loved the rice with lamb in a big pot and variety of cheese. The restaurant manager, Mani was very friendly and kindly explained all about Dubai and the view we had - it was Spanish Day thats why Spanish flag was appeared in Burj Khalifa! He also offered us to have Morrocon Tea which we really loved. Also, the waiter Mubshir was very helpful - always came to us whether we need any additional help or services and drinks. Thank you all the staff members. I wont forget my last night in Dubai!!

Very good dining experience. Delicious food and fantastic view of burj Khalifa and opera house. Outdoor dining and buffet experience was amazing. The only thing lacking was the variety of food which can be increased to have more options.

I came here while I was on vacation in Dubai after seeing the Groupon. From the moment that I walked into the hotel to the moment that I started eating everyone was super kind and the service was incredible. The food was also excellent and the chef personally came to our table and greeted us to Dubai and even gave us a cake that said welcome to Dubai!!! I was so blown away by the food, usually buffets arent as great, and even at lunctime it was great! They even had a pasta making station and we were honestly salivating over it all!! My only regret is not trying to open my appetite before coming because we became full so quick!!! :) a MUST visit!! :)

The best place for real Arabic dinner, especially if you have guests from abroad. Ewaan has wonderful view to Burj Khalifa and partially Fountains, also hotel itself is one of the best in Dubai, beautiful outdoor area. Buffet is huge. They have theme nights - best is on Wednesday when there is Arabic entertainments (belly dance, Tandoora dance, Oud player - for that better to sit outdoor, but please double check how it is during summer) and extra grill seafood buffet. they also part of Entertainer (2 for 1). Highly Recommend! :)
