Syrian food at its best! This place was a surprise. You truly feel like you’re in Damascus. The size of food is more than perfect, same for the quality and flavor. Staff is always there to take care of every need. Very good space for shisha, and very affordable prices. Would definitely recommend.

The service was excellent from the beautiful Rwandan lady who even suggested a flavour for my wife which was orange mint and turned out to be very tasty and had a very nice scent, the washroom are well kept. Extremely clean but the only problem was the guys at the valet stole money (coins)from my car. It’s so disappointing when you trust someone with your car but they end up taking money.it might be small money but it does really matter. You shld check into that matter as a frequent visitor of the cafe this has already turned me off.

The food is very good. The atmosphere is genuinely Syrian.The service is really good. Satisfactory prices. Families with children are seated upstairs only, because the hall is only for smokers, unfortunately!You do feel as if you are penalised if you are not smoker.I would go again mainly to enjoy the food.Really good taste.

The staff are not well trained, second floor, they didnt bring my order after 30 minutes of waiting, when i asked, they said it is unavailable, what if you have grilled chicken!!The sweet is not fresh, tawook is hard-bitten.Only Kabab is good.The Arabic songs were too noisy.The service compared to price is so bad.I didnt like it, and I will not try it again.

We had Syrian breakfast here and the food was delicious. Their service and hookahs are great too Jamal is an outstanding host. We would definitely come back here. Highly recommended

We were visiting Dubai and were brought to this place for lunch. The food was okay and the portions were generous. The lentil soup is a must have! On the contrary, the service could be improved. We had repeatedly requested the mint tea to be less sweet but it was still too sweet. As we were leaving we wanted some help with taxis however, they weren’t helpful.

It is a coffee shop, with Syrian style, good for Sheesha , music are nice but very noisy

This restaurant has reminded me of Damascus. Very lovely and generous people, the food was top. The prices were very generous comparing to what they provide. Additionally, we got free appetizer, desserts, water and coffee. Must go to while in Dubai.

Its and good place but overall expensive these days. I loved their kabab halabi and pizza. Sheesha is excellent as well. They need to work on their rates as for a tourist it seem expensive and we cannot go again due to the conversation.

It is good place to gather with family and friends and enjoy tasty Syrian food but they should work on better air circulation. The smell was really bad even though occupancy was less than 50% of the tables.

One the best Mediterranean food in Dubai. The space is so big that you would just enjoy your and feel you want to stay longer. Portions are really big, a single order maybe enough for 2. I would definitely go time after time there. Highly recommended.

Great service, huge portions, and huge indoor space are the highlights of this place. The prices are average for a middle eastern restaurant. The falafel is served with hummus and a tub of sauce, doesnt lose its taste if it goes cold so you can keep it uneaten till your main course is served. The manakish are really average, I wouldnt come here to eat this stuff, Id rather go to an arab street food place in Sharjah. The other dishes however, are are delicious and the portions compensate for the prices. The fettah with olive oil is respectable, and it comes in a huge bowl that might just fit 2 servings. The special bait al sham sandwich is definitely made for more than 1 person, its 8 triangle slices of a meat sandwich with garlic and fries (No, its not a shawarma, its closer to arayes). Complimentary desserts are served after youre done. The indoor space is just brobignagian, and its comfortable to sit in since you dont have to worry about other families eating nearby. The servers are very hygienic and are masked at all times, I really wouldnt worry about catching Covid-19 here, especially if its not crowded. Great place for a Friday family breakfast.

The place is big with friendly service ..the food is not bad they had great water melon and cheese and grills and appetizers ..it needs a bit of renovation but the high ceiling is good because smoke from sheeshah is not congested ..I would not go again simply because I like finer places but food is good and so was service

The first impression of Bait Al Shami was excellent. It has a whole stand-alone building to itself and is huge in size. There’s a veranda inside the restaurant where they serve Sheesha as well.

Terrible attitude. They’re not welcoming you if you don’t order food, despite ordering Shisha and drinks. Guess they haven’t learnt from the pandemic. And they won’t. Pathetic!

Its a great place where you can enjoy of a variety of different cuisines but specially Syrian. Its great to experience Iftar during Ramadan. Their food is very tasty, the prices are in good state in comparison with their quality. Dont forget to try the maroccan mint tea. Its great that you can enjoy of shisha, but at the same time they dont have spaces free of smoke as most of their customers (at most late night) go for shisha. The atmosphere is super nice with a backyard available. Sometimes they have live music. It is very spacious and very cheerful environment.

One of the better Syrian/Arabian restaurant and definitely decor wise and space wise. This place is huge and has a huge screen in the central atrium like area. They have a private area as well. Shisha and coffee were perfect. The food, without a doubt was tasty, fresh and hot. The decor has a cross of old Syrian and new. Just the right place for catching up with friends over shisha and food. Can get extremely crowded at peak hours.

Horrible service. No etiquette in serving food. The appetizers and main course came together despite me informing the waiter to make sure they dont so that! The chicken was chewy and hard and the meal portions are very tiny even a kid wont be full from one meal! To top it off, their shisha is horrible. Great ambience and decoration destroyed by bad food and service!
