Disappointed that we went to order a takeaway at 1140 there as our kids love the food here and the folks there told us that they are closed and have no food.All this when there counter had all this food that seems to be going to a waste.Surprised that during these difficult times, who closes 20 mins early when the mall is open until midnight.Wonder if the management know the attitude of the people here.

Being a Mexican QSR the prices are little on higher side when you compare it to the quality you get.The staff isn’t very friendly as well, its like they are not even interested to make someone feel welcomed.Expect no inputs from the staff in regards to the order and they expect you to know their menu’s and offers by yourself.The food is good though i wish the quantity and the service could be better.

Tortilla- Serves the best burritos in the town! Tried their vegetarian burrito bowl 🍲 and it was fantastic! Also, tried their tacos 🌮 and they were delicious.Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The foods good but the service needs to be better. If the place gets a little busy, it takes quite some time for you to get your order. The staff is super helpful.If there are a couple of home delivery orders that come through, there will be other staff that are preparing the home delivery orders jumping in and taking food from the station while youre being served.They were out of the veg fajita and itd take them 15 minutes to refill it so I couldnt add it to my burrito.The price is a bit on the higher side and they charge AED 5 to 6 for extra sauce, cheese or guac. Good to try once but dont think Ill be a repeat customer.Also, I was asked to provide my feedback and review them on Google once I was done with my meal.

Its ok but the Entertainer offer wasnt available on the menu items we wanted so we had to have Buritos. Unless you know how it works its a bit confusing and the server was talking at high speed as she was obviously bored with saying it 50 times a day. But thats not the point? Eventually we went through the burrito option process slowly. Its tasty and big. Very bigIll try the tacos next time but overall it was ok

Nice place. Interior was good. I tried burrito bowl and wrap. The quantity was alot. Wrap was huge and its bot possible to finish it. I tried chicken with was bit dry .... i webt for mild suce with was kind of bland. I think spicy sauce might be good as i prefer my food a bit on spicy side. They accept Entertainer so its a Win win. On the other Burrito bowl with Chilli was really good.

Tortilla on Level 2, Near the escalator at Skywalk food court of Dubai Festival City Mall. Tried this Maxican option there. Wanted to have different light Vegetarian food and so we were back to Tortilla. Sufficient options for Vegetarians. We tried Nachos tortilla chips with cheesse sauce and jalapenos, Tres Tacosa and Quesadilla, all with other vegetarian ingredients like black beans, chopped jalapenos, onions, dressed with delicious spicy toppings, and guacamole and it was fantastically presented.Taste of crispy Tacos and Nachos was yummy as always. Although I personally didnt find Quesadillas that tasty, was mild and a bit soggy. May be by the time I had it, was the reason. Tried it for the first te at Tortilla.Overall nice experience. The ambience was nice and peaceful. Less crowded. Location is perfect.The best option for Vegetarians Maxican food. Go for it.🌮😋👌👍

If you are craving Mexican in Dubai festival city go here but dont expect anything extremely different its a good court kind of meal therefore I would like to say that the value for money can be better. They do have a good variety of drinks though which I can also recommend.

Great burritos! The churros was a killer, caramel dip and all! Got a deal from Entertainer, AED35 for two large burritos: Lime rice, Beef Barbacao, Spicy salsa, and Sour cream... takes 2nd place for best burrito behind Taqado.

Food is great and tasty, but be prepared to pay a bit extra if you actually expect to get guacamole in a Mexican restaurant dish 🤷‍♂️.

This restaurant has the worst delivery service in all of the UAE. I highly recommend that you never order from here. There are many other Mexican restaurants who can deliver amazing quality on time.I placed my order at 6:35, it is now 8:30 and I still have not received the order. I called the restaurant 20 times until the manager picked up and was very rude and unprofessional with me. I asked about my order and he told me to wait until he manages to find a driver. TWO HOURS and he still does not have a driver! And I had to call multiple times - no one has the decency to call and inform me that the order will require this much time.Horrible service!!! Great Mexican food. The staff are real nice and give suggestions as what to try. The chicken quesadillas are really tasty and filling. The non-alcoholic margarita was refreshing.

Always a fan of this place. The employees are very patient and have good attitudes...enough said. The food is great too. It’s as close to Chipotle as you’ll find in this region and uses all quality products. The “build you own bowl” is massive and the tacos are always stacked sky high.

Nice hideout in the otherwise crowded mall. Quick and attentive staff, nice menu includes a new lamb option too. Burroto bowls and loaded fries with cheese and beef are must tries. Yes, Mexican Jarrito is available as you would expect.

I have no comments on the food ..but i am very hesitant to order ..the delivery service is very bad ..i had too many experience either the order is not completed..and today was the worse experience ever ..it took 2 hrs to deliver my food ..yes i am serious 2 hrs and 10 mins ..sorry but this is ruined my experience..even if the food tast good

Tortilla – a tex mex (American Mexican cuisine) restaurant located in Dubai Festival City. Although its in a food court, the restaurant has its own dine in and funky interior! It has self service so you can customize everything at the counter.

Poor food delivery etiquettes. Mismanaged i guess. They promise 60 minutes on Talabat and then refuse to deliver. Money is deducted and birthday promises are broken. HERE IS A RESTAURANT THAT IS POORLY MANAGED.

2nd time to visit the place. My wife loves the tacos and I again had the burrito bowl. If you ever go to DFC pass by Tortilla and enjoy great food and quick service. Order some churros for dessert youll not regret it. Highly recommended.

My Family and I are great fans of Mexican cuisine, but unfortunately UAE has few options for Mexican dine out. Tortilla is our choice for Mexican cuisine. We like their burritos, tacos and nachos.Earlier, they used to give salsa , sour cream and guacamole complimentary with meals ( we missed it)but this time, they asked to pay for everything, even if you want in your tacos or in burritos they charged you for it separately.

Very very BAD service .. the way staff spoke to me was RIDICULOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL..specially the lady at the counter named JOYCE !!!!!!never go to this place again ..when we ask them to clean the table they didn’t even bothered to clean it … in fact I cleaned the the table myself !!!!! My first experience of Tortilla was a shrimp burrito delivery. The burrito was just warm when it arrived, it was average to be honest.Tortilla called me for feedback the next day, which I was quite pleasantly surprised! I have decided to go to the restaurant in person to give it one more shot. I ordered the chicken quesadilla this time. The staff was very nice and friendly! The quesadilla was perfect, I really enjoyed it!I would come back to the restaurant again, but probably will not order their delivery again though.

Whenever I see a burrito place, I have to try it. So I tried a burrito from Tortilla (sounds strange), and it was delicious. You heard me, delicious! Even though it was delicious, it was not the best dorito, oh sorry, burrito I ever had. Still, pretty spicy and tasty.

Since I love Mexican food & out of curiosity, my husband & I tried Tortilla, & to my delight - I really enjoyed the food! I loved the nachos! I’m so stuffed, I can’t even finish my tortilla - I had it packed to go. They have large servings. Also, the branch in Dubai Festival City is very neat, the staffs are courteous & generous.

The food here is exceptional, however the staff let the whole place down. I have been here on about 6 occasions and normally get served by the same female member of staff who is, quite frankly, rude and displays an air of attitude which is quite uncomfortable. Other staff who have served me are no better. That said, I am sure that this has something to do with the manager. On my first visit I was served by him, and his aggressive behaviour and constant giggling with other counter staff made me feel uneasy. He certainly has no customer service skills which makes me think that his management style has rubbed off on his staff.On the other hand, the food is great, so with a bit of a staff shake up and change of management, the store should do well. I am in the mall on a daily basis at different times, and the restaurant is more or less empty, so perhaps the staff have something to do with this. A mystery shopper from the restaurants HQ will understand what I mean...........

I spent a few years in Dubai. I love this place. We used to go here several times a month for lunch. The burritos were always fantastic. They are located right at the top of the escalator and have a nice environment in the restaurant. The staff was always really nice and fast. Every experience was phenomenal!!

This restaurant is located right in the middle of the food court. Its got a very American/Mexican vibe to the place. We ordered a burrito bowl, soft and hard shell tacos and churros. The food was really delicious, especially the churros. Prices are a bit high according to food court standards though.

Not Mexican. It is tex-mex, however food is nice, healthy and fast. Portions are great and we are always satisfied.

Dont ever get it delivered. It took 1.5 hours to to receive half a box of rice and the other half being lettuce. They forgot so many things on the order. I stupidly paid in cash so I couldnt get a refund. I paid for a large as well. I understand you might be trying to be cost effective, but 42 AED for a box of lettuce?DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POOR QUALITY PLACE. IM NOT A RABBIT I DONT WANT A BOX OF LETTUCE.

I can say the food is good however the experience in parks and resort changed my mind. Ordered churos after was informed by the lady it will take 5-10 min. After we had our main courses( which were nice) went to order the churos and the staff named Eric said they dont have. Informed him that we were told they have and he said ok. The churos were uncooked and when we asked to speak with a manager or supervisor he told us there is none and after we asked to talk with someone else above him, he asked for the cook to come and talk with us. Long story short, we asked for a refund since we couldnt eat the food. Instead of giving us the money he kept on taking orders from other ppl and just ignore us. When asked him whats the problem, he ignored us again and started to talk in his own language with his colleague. Luckly the lady came back, he kept on talking with her in theor own language( ignoring our presents entirely) and she gave us back the money. Dont know if he is new but his attitude was just rude. And i find it unbelievable not to have a supervisor at work.

Its a quiet restaurant in one corner of Dubai Festival City Mall. It was almost empty being a weekday and also holy month of Ramzan. But the good thing is that they have a wide variety of ingredients on their display. So you have good options of products which are oalatable to your taste buds. I had Vurritos and Rice bowls. Good taste, could have been better, but soft tortillas. Just melting once you bite. In the rice bowl, the fillings and sauces were good, but the base of rice was lacking in taste.

The food is tasty, but should only be eaten in the restaurant. I definitely dont recommend to anyone to order online, as delivery will take up to two hours and you will end up eating your food cold.

Ive ordered from this restaurant many times through Uber and never had issues as this has been preety far for me and this time there was an offer on Uber of buy 1 get 1 free so I ordered 1 large burrito bowl steak with extra meat (chicken- added charge ) and obviously got a medium size bowl free.I received the 1st large bowl basically no steak just chicken only and the complimentary bowl with No meat at all , it was basically a Bowl with ton of sauces added to it with lime and veggies made into almost like a gravy. This is the first time they have done this probably cause of the offer. Being in the hospitality industry in past its known that every restaurant obviously does some cost control but did not know that youll were so cheap.Just FYI this wasnt an added coupon and this buy 1 get 1 free offer has been on Uber for quite some time though never usually have ordered during this period. One of the best Mexican food restaurant in town food is awesome. If you are planning to go do try there santa fe tacos, chicken quesadillas, fajita rice bowl, tago salad is also good. Place is extra clean and staff is very professional and service is very good and the design of restaurant is also cool.

Food was tasty, but I wouldnt say its excellent. The lettuce seemed old, so I couldnt be too sure of the freshness of the ingredients. The Indian guy at the counter was extremely friendly, but Joshua was stingy with the servings and quite unfriendly. I probably wont be coming here again any time soon.
