Tortilla has become my go-to place whenever I am craving a burrito bowl. They offer choices for the base (rice or lettuce if you want to go the healthier way), beans, grilled peppers and onions. I have tried their grilled chicken, grilled steak and barbacoa (beef) burrito bowls and they are all great! The portion sizes are pretty generous. Also, on Tuesdays, they do a buy one, get one deal on burritos and bowls and this has become a regular Tuesday lunch for me

Nice place to have dinner in, the flavors of the food are amazing and the service of staff make it even more great, highly recommended place for burrito lovers

🌮 😋 Taco salad 🥗 bowl tasted so good today at this clean 🧼 friendly restaurant in Knowledge Village. Three of us visited and were served all at once at the counter. Can understand the eagerness to please us all but would suggest the Subway system - one at a time - to save confusion. The young lady who served us was super keen to please so kudos to her. Lots of fresh variety, nice menu and ambience. Easy parking outside in this modern location right opposite Amazon. ❤️

Can’t understand why is the staff speaking so loudly and in a rush to get an order closed; people in the queue with me can’t even understand what the staff is saying. Bring up your game guys. And staff volunteers to add guacamole as if it’s free (while it’s an extra AED6), I’ve noticed this in other branches of your restaurant too. Kindly make consumer as your focus, that’s more long term

While I ordered the chicken burrito today, I was surpised to see the price at checkout jump from 34 to 40 dhs. They said it was due to the guacamole which was added but I wasnt aware that there is an extra charge to it as they kept asking me what to add in the burrito from the salad bar. The customer ends up feeling cheated if they are not made aware of the extra charges and by how much for any particular filling. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and it wasnt due to the sour cream.The staff was also not the best in service, pretty disinterested even though it was an off peak time.

Food was good but the hospitality was very poor, we were taken care by 2 phillipines staff, rude annd extremely arrogant.However restaurant was very clean, well placed. We tried the burrito. It was average.

Wow! Finally a Chipotle (or sorry Tortilla) in Dubai. I would say better flavors and very good portions in the bowl mix. All fresh ingredients and “healthy” offerings 😊 Except the tortilla chips, which you can’t resist add as a combo!It’s convenient next to the offices in Knowledge Village. There is typically long lines during lunch, but it moves fast. It’s the first time I eat inside as typically it’s on the go. Spacious and comfortable seating for a quick meal.

Solid place. Great churros. When I mentioned that I am avoiding coriander they called to let me know the salsa verde is made with it, which other places have not alerted me to before. Ingredient conscious.

A bit pricey but the taste is good, the quesadillas and churros are epic, the burrito is pretty good but could use a little salt, staff are friendly.

Really nice place to get your dose of burrito... Its similar to Chipotle in USA amd tad close to Zambrero in Oz.. A tad on expensive side but the quality is top notch..
