I am very happy with the service offered at Al Quoz workshop. The work was perfect, fast and very sufficient. Continuous updates on all steps of work during the service time, service at its best. To be honest, without the assistance and care of MR Muhammad Faheem it wasnt possible to reach this level of perfection (out of my previous experiences). He is very dedicated, honest, caring, and much much more, a true professional. Each visit under his care is above and beyond all expectations. I would recommend this service center highly.Keep it up !!

The experience of being in the Mercedes Benz service center is lovely - the decor is clean and well thought out with small reception kiosks at the entrance and a café-like waiting area complete with Nespresso and table service. Everyone who works there is so helpful. The only downside is the amount of time it takes to meet with an advisor even if you have an appointment.

Used to deal with my other car agency for 10 years and never officially complained about such bad service experience. 3 stars cause they completed the job along with bad experience. It is regretted to see that “Mercedes” dealer is offering such poor customer experience. Long waiting time at the lounge and people have to ask for coffee while waiting otherwise no one cares. The commitments were broken multiple times without even apologizing but trying to push back using silly excuses. Tried to get in touch with their supervisor (never called or showed up for three days, no doubt why!) , sent an official email, they called but still didn’t care to apologies decided to collect my car and just run away from this dealer.

The absolute worst service center I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many. My car was dropped off in the service center 6 days ago, and I was informed that this service will include nothing more than the regular oil change. It’s been 6 days and the car is still not ready. No one answers their phones and when someone did, they put me on hold for 5 minutes only to hang up on my face. Very very bad customer service. Watch them reply to this review with their generic “please contact us on this email so that we can help you” to give the impression that they will actually do something when they actually wont. Terrible dealer.

The booking experience is terrible. No one answered the phone when calling to book, no one calls you back. Finally managed to find an online booking site (they dont have a link from the main website - had to search through emails). Over 3 weeks for next available appointment.Got to my appointment time, the receptionist is clueless, apparently they booked my car for another day, even though the email I received says its for today.Prices are through the roof, literally more than double compared to other highly competent service centers.The only reason I take my car for service there is because of warranty. The day the warranty expires, will never deal with them again.

This could have been a one-star review if Muhammed Fahim, the customer reception Manager did not intervene. My car was assigned to an advisor who was never keen to meet or call me to update me on the status of my car (which was very trivial). The car remained at the workshop for days (dropped on Thursday am and I took it from the workshop on Monday am next week). You can imagine the trouble of running errands without a car and the not-so-keen- advisor is not addressing my attempts to contact him to understand the updates of my car.However, after raising the issue through the customercare email; I have met the manager Muhammed Fahim on Sunday morning; he checked with the workshop the status of the car and give me updates. The job started and finished ON THE SAME DAY, and I was able to pick up the car early next Monday.Gargash must never allow this to happen to their customers. I got an exceptional service when I bought the car and I expected to receive the same afterwards.

One of the worst customer service, dropped of my car for service and not a single call back from the center so I was left in the dark. To make things worse, decided to get a hold of them myself but big mistake. Little did I know to get a hold of them by phone is a nightmare with no reply whatsoever. Tried every department as well in hopes to get transferred to the service center and keep in mind all of this just to find out when my car will be ready but no luck. Please Mercedes live up to the price points of your cars and sort out the service center.

Fantastic Infrastructure, declining service qualityYou cannot reach anyone via the phone number in contact even if it rings, endlessly. I got my car recovered for routine A service, 2 weeks later, contact number unreachable, no one has called with update, so i go to visit in person. Turns out my car came in but was forgotten FOR 2 WEEKS !!! Agent there promised i would get my car the next day delivered to me. till now, I am still waiting ..........might i add that even a second contact number given at center is not reachable again, so i probably have to go back a second time.................................

This business has the worst customer service contact and call-center in Dubai. I have had continual problems for weeks, phoning every number listed, (including the service center agent I have used on my previous services), and not once has a call been answered.I have left messages, as requested, and not once has a call been returned.Considering their luxury positioning I would expect a call center that is accessible, and not wait days, holding on to calls for 15 minutes at a time, for someone to answer a call.My emails have not been answered after 12 days, despite reminders.If youre thinking of buying a Mercedes - think again!

Nicely decorated place, well staffed and quick turnaround for scheduled servicing. Look for Mr Raza, he has been my preferred service advisor for the past 8 years; extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Centre has plenty of seating and space to ensure social distancing. Friendly and attentive staff; will make sure everyone has something to drink. Overall a very pleasant experience. Appointments highly recommended

Is this some kind of joke or what ? the customer services in this Mercedes service centre it’s horrible my car has been recovered and dropped off (as far as I know )to Al Quoz.branch over 24hrs ago but I didn’t get any update about my car I’ve been trying to call the centre for past three hours tried all the numbers that I had but nobody is answering the call.This is terrible when I don’t know where is the car and what is wrong with my car.They really need to work on their customer services if they have telephone they should be answering it and not letting people wait on the phone for hours and still don’t get through to anyone.

Singlehandedly, the worst place for repairs and maintenance ever. My car broke down and I was told that they’d call me sometime of midday of next day with the issue and how long it would take, by afternoon there was no call, nothing, next day I went to go ask for myself and they had not even LOOKED at my car. They are slow as slow can be and make the lousiest excuses for their pathetic attempts at being a mechanic. I think I’d rather slap on some duct tape on my radiator and pray rather than have my car spend a week and a half at gargash so they can do a half decent job at repairing it and asking for an arm and a leg as payment. Fraudulent at best

I dropped my car off for service and there were no service advisors available (all of them had gone for their vaccination appointments). I was hoping that I would meet a service advisor on my return to pick up the car, however, I was only escorted to the cashier and then was handed over my car keys and greeted goodbye. This is not the customer service I expect from Mercedes.

This is a terrible serviceI wanted a simple spare part for my carU only hear heals of staff walking around to greet and offer coffee or sell Tshirts and perfumes.There is one staff (advisor) to get the spare and he had to stare into a 10inch screen tablet for the customer infront of me.This poor guy has to use a proper computer and proper screen and keyboard.Totally terrible experience; I am sure this camouflage experience is not done by core team.If I want to drink coffee and buy perfume and Tshirts, I will never go to a car dealer.I need a simple spare part for the car, it is very sad when u deviate from ur goal and take ecuatomer xperience away from the real goal.How can this guy work 10 hours on a smal screen and a stool????

Recently I have visited the Mercedes dealership to check up on my brakes. When I arrived one of the employees approaches me and offers me to sit down while I wait for a customer service employee to help me out, as I wait to sit down I realize that the place Im sitting down is quite elegant, and took care of which set a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. A customer employee Riccardo approaches me with open arms willing to help me with the problems as I took to talk to him he provides me with comfort as he said he will take care of my car and I can trust him. Later on, he told me that the car will finish in a day which surely did finish in a day and he kept checking up with me regarding my car. Such kindness from Riccardo and amazing services from the Mercedes dealership.

Absolutely shocking service - gave my car on Sunday morning, told I would get it back on Tuesday(which is twice as long as every other service company). Mr Rashid advised me of completion times and delivery times that failed on multiple occasions. I’m sit waiting for my car at 10.30pm on Wednesday night well after many promises with delivery times. 5am start tomorrow. These people are old dubai - promise and fail. We are in the new Dubai. Delivery to time. I don’t want expresso coffees and a 45 minute wait to drop my car off and I don’t want to be mislead on multiple times of drop off times and I shouldn’t need to call multiple times to get a straight answer. If your car is not ready or there is a problem then tell your clients. The car is sold in the next few weeks and I am not returning to this lousy, lousy, lousy outfit

Just a fancy building and nothing more. Service is extremely bad.These guys cannot deliver on any promises even a very simple thing like driver availability. They tell me 15 minutes and the driver will be here and I wait 45 minutes but the driver is not there and I end up taking a taxi after 45 minutes of waiting. Even with a small and simple thing like this they break their promise, imagine the level of service with the more complex stuff! I booked an appointment with Call Center for Smart Repair but when I went, the advisor tells me they are extremely busy and will need 4 days for small scratches and that the call center doesn’t know how busy they are. Ridiculous level of service and extremely disappointing.

Horrible experience, i purchased a brand new car and in less than two months , two issues happened and had to give it for service twice , they didnt show any priorty for the fact its a new car and this should never happen to a brand like mercedes (unless mercedes say buy a new car and spend the first months fixing it) , the service showroom supervisor told me to google the complaints , i emailed them and they said they will investigate within 5 days, its been two weeks and nobody got back to meBe ready for same experience if u thinking about mercedes

I just got a mercedes GL as a daily use car and i wasnt familiar with the car options or needs ... in my visit i was pleasantly surprised with the level of welcoming and the swift assistance offered starting from reception, parts and finally the technical person who did an amazing job in clearing a slot in 5 minutes to check my car, attend to my every question and actually give his professional advice on very important dos and donts. Big thanks to (Roony) (the technical person) for a job well done and thanks to (Shabib) from parts for taking the time to help... i am definitely booking the next service of my car there, at least this way i know that my car is in the hands of the best. Really nice genuine people. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Do not handover your car to the ones who do not know anything, This service place is very good place but i just wondered what happened to my car. The guy called me that you did not open sunroof for some time and now when we checked it in Service B so it has been broken while were opening. so my question is mercedes quality has been compromised or the person is lying.

The new service centre is much more upgraded, offers great service and has good Nespresso coffee :) . I have been driving my Mercedes for over 3 years and have been assisted by Razaa every since. My problem started before visiting this service centre.in 2019 i ordered G class and got it on 26th jan with wrong specs .after correcting the specs and for one week they could not connect to MERCEDES ME APP. and to correct this they gave an appointment after 3 weeks. when i complained they reduced it to 10 days!!!!!!the usual convenient excuse : COVID

I’m rarely one to put reviews on my experiences with service providers but I am so incredibly thrilled with a recent experience with a particular service Advisor from Gargash that I just had to.I recently took in my car for service and had the pleasure of having Mr. Amir Shahjan as my service advisor. The whole experience from car delivery, to the actual service, and finally receiving the car was absolutely wonderful! Amir was VERY helpful whenever I had any concerns or enquiries about the status of my car, he gave me excellent advise as to what he recommended to be fixed in the car, and he returned the car to me in flawless condition.Honestly, this experience has been by far the BEST I’ve had with Gargash. This experience with Amir reminded me as to why I had chosen to purchase a Mercedes Benz in the first place. I wouldn’t want anyone else to be my service advisor for future appointments. Thank you so much Amir for your professionalism and 7-star service quality. I wish that everyone at Gargash was like Mr. Shahjan!

Very very bad. Receptionists only keen on getting us to leave car behind indefinitely. Receptionists has plastic smile with inflexible attitude while impenetrable to logic.Only “advisors” can look at car. Availability of “advisors” is a mystery - could be 1 week, could be a month... indefinite. Absolutely no transparency. It’s a black box. No idea what they are really doing with the car. Completely destroys trust.

Overly priced and takes 4 days to complete service that to with incomplete jobs. They just take the car and keep it for days without doing anything. None of the other cars I have owned have had this quality of after sales service. I will never get a Mercedes again because of Gargash.

The car was serviced after a year and have been there for 5 days!! Even though its relatively new and in warranty. Very bad client care. They need 16 days to take your car for maintenance! So, you don’t know when you should stop driving to avoid maintenance being overdue. They told me that they moved to a new bigger place hence it takes longer to do maintenance. Seriously!!!Also, I went there to drop the car, they said they can’t take it and will call me for a date to drop it, but they never called.
