I sent my Boss V250 van for a brake check up. The staff is disinterested, borderline rude and they returned my vehicle in a filthy condition. When my driver objected, they offered him a hose pipe and a cloth and told him to wash it himself. After I escalated the matter all the way to Daimler Germany (responded immediately), I got a ½ apologetic response from them and the matter is still being ’investigated at their end. Photos are of dirty foot and bonnet.

The fleet they have doesnt match to the attire of the office at this location. Down to you what you seek, the look, the quality.... or both .

They never answer the phone, waiting time is unbearable, MERCEDES BENZ has only 1 employee at sales counter ????????
