Visited the restaurant at noon, quiet place with a central bar. Happy hours start at 3:30 pm. Must try some of their cocktails. The seafood ceviche, meat melt pizzetta and lobster rolls were really nice! Tried the seafood paella as well. A nice restaurant for seafood and Spanish cuisine. Ended it with a fig and dark chocolate dessert. YUM !

You have to try those lobster rolls and the Boca Chips. Mouthwatering! Worth to fast the day and enjoy those two!

Good selection of food, waiters are very attentive. An experience that does not disappoint.

I just visited Boca and really enjoyed the Festive menu with sharing plates of tapas and main courses. Food quality is excellent and portion is very generous. They have also done a nice touch with festive drinks selection for extra Christmas feel. Would come back to try the normal menu.

Amazing food and vibe. However the staff thinks they can charge additional 10% applicable when 6 or more guests are dining for only 5 of us. The error was found when the bill was checked. However the staff did not apologise and felt same is rational as table was reserved for 6 or 7 people. The same was clarified at time of booking and was applicable on the number of guests who arrive. Though the additional charge was cancelled, the behaviour of the staff wasnt appropriate.

Amazing Spanish restaurant! It was really cool to experience Spanish cuisine far away from home. The vegan paella was really good, patatas bravas, and the tarta tatin also. Really recommended!

The food was simply amazing, Service was excellent: staff were all very friendly and extremely professional. I was asked about the occasion and had mentioned it was my friend’s birthday and we were surprised with a dessert at the end with a happy birthday message which was an amazing gesture by the restaurant.Awesome experience overall!

We came here for our anniversary but didnt mention it to the staff. Jonathan - our server - somehow overheard and set up a wonderful surprise of a dessert. Hes also extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped us select the best items on the menu.Will definitely come back again

Boca Dubai was lovely. My now fiance booked a private dinner with a breath taking ambiance, not forgetting the friendly staff that made us feel at home. The food was phenomenal with compliments to the chef. If you want a memorable food and wine experience then this is the place to go. Fantastic food, great for sharing and a spectacular wine list to boot with a wide selection of by the glass wines to choose from. The cellar private dining room is a winner for groups and the wine sommeliers expertly guide you through the experience with beautiful glassware and decanters.

Groovy cafe in DIFC. Feels less pretentious, has good music playing and comes with great service. Most of the items on the menu are in tapas style, with some chef creations like the Middle Eastern beef tartare which was delightful, seafood ceviche and the truffle bruschetta. Prices are $$$ range. I think my guest and I arrived on a ladies night as it was full but everyone was well behaved. If you want parking, hand it to the DIFC valet. I hope to visit again soon!

This place is absolutely awesome! The food is great with great vegetarian options (only I find their orecchiette slightly overcooked). The wine list is excellent with many reasonably priced wines available and also great cocktails - I especially love their sangria. The atmosphere is always lively. Come here for great food that’s not overpriced.

Service was very abrupt and food was of poor standards. We had ordered the vegan paella, and were left quite disappointed with the flavour profile, considering it costs AED 155. Also Heineken on tap tasted flat. Restaurant ambience is decent, but quite surprised that smoking is still allowed in the restaurants in Dubai. Avoid sitting close to the island bar or the entrance, as you will smell cigarette smoke everywhere.

Not the best of places. They told us they are fully booked over the phone and when we decided to go there it was pretty empty

We had the 12 hour braised lamb main dish and orecchieette pasta dish with local vegetables. It was lovely. Alvin and Daniella were great hosts. The dessert was amazing and looked like a piece of Art. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Went for the Iftar × adventure collaboration set menu. Priced at 160 per person. Included a 5 course meal. Loved all the twists in the traditional dishes. Would recommend to book well in advance as they are usually fully booked.

Its a very nice relaxing place. We ordered fried calamari and truffle fries, its was delicious. Our waiter Jonathan was very professional and helpful. Thank you Boca.

What an amazing experience at BOCA, place was very vibrant and full of life, staff were very welcoming and lovely service, food is delicious and well presented, what I loved most was there Cigars selections. Highly recommending giving it a try, 5 stars for sure.

A very nice place with a good vibe that is ruined by the amount of walking u need to do to get there. Thier signature plates (manzanilla olives) is way overrated (they are good but nothing more - compared to Moroccan or Spanish olives); however, the Pimientos Del Padron was exquisite and the Pan de Cristal con cecina de Leon was great as well.The virgin sangria was not so much and the seafood paella is not sharable if your a foodie and was a complete miss for me.Very nice staff!

8 course chefs table menu.Lots to love.The best oysters ever.And couldnt believe they are farmed locally at Dibbs Bay.Superb use of local plants and food produce. Fabulous presentation.Sea bass ravioli with sardine mousse and black cavier to die for.Every mouthful a delight,and to scrape the bowl is totally understandable. Chocolate desert with mousse,figs,hazelnut ice cream an absolute must.Now to walk home.🥰🥰🥰

Everything is great except the menu and the smoke. The menu needs to get its act together in terms of sizes, coordination and freshness. Stop experimenting and go back to the basics of true Mediterranean cocina: simple, fresh ingredients

What can I say, living in Dubai for 14 years, BOCA is an all time favourite. The ambience, the service n the food is fantastic. Tonight was our 1st family dinner out for 2021. And we couldnt have picked a better place. My son who is a vegan was treated like royalty, with a free Vegan desert. He felt special. Unlike other restaurants in London n Dubai, where he felt like an Alien, when he asked for the vegan menu. A special thanks go out to OSCAR, who went out of his way to make is comfortable.

We have frequented this place sometimes for drinks only and sometimes for meal. Love the cocktails and especially the seafood paella was as good as it can get. It is just that the portion is small.

I enjoyed the food and the cozy atmosphere. Staff were very friendly, recommending dishes on the menu. They have options for everyone: vegan, gluten-free etc. So I was very pleased with that. Food was delicious. Pimientos del padron took me straight to Spain! I love the patio setting with a nice breeze, delicious food, amazing drinks. What can I ask for on a Saturday afternoon? Highly recommend!

A case of second chances. Have you ever walked away from a situation with a restless unease that it just didn’t feel right? Torn that there was more for the taking but perhaps the timing and circumstances were not right? Sort of like taking the wrong size to the changing room; you thought this should work but here you are struggling to drag up these skinny jeans and, please, who were you kidding? Enough about me.This was not my first foray with BOCA, a restaurant that’s “casual” but in that kind of “DIFC casual” which is really more effort and attention to detail than it cares to admit.A few weeks ago I came here as part of a corporate dining group and the experience was: very mixed, however, glimmers of excellence peaked through and my curious nature was baited (plus BOCA comes highly recommended from some foodies who I highly respect).An a la carte exploratory committee of two were formed and ventured out last night.The menu is a sojourn through the Mediterranean’s greatest hits including tartare, oysters, tart tatin and gazpacho. Kudos to the “research dept” revealing regional gems and niche references like socca, a chickpea southern France street food pancake. That said the menu also features some items where I’m not clear which part of the Mediterranean they are meant come from: lobster rolls, tuna burgers and ceviche - these are nods to more “of the moment” menu items executed in BOCA’s style.HIGHLIGHTS:- EMIRATI SEA BASS TARTARE: the presentation is a simple but beautiful: low tartare with slices of avocado like petals laid over cubes of fresh sea bass brightened by the labneh. Subtle and thoroughly enjoyable. We preferred this *JUST* to the hammour ceviche.- BOCA POTATO CHIPS: potato chips as a highlight - who knew. The dish is presented playfully like a collapsed jenga tower layering symmetrical batons of potato with smooth aioli and sweet bravas sauce dusted with smoked paprika. If you find yourself at Boca for one of their happy hours then you’d better order this as a side to soak up some of the booze and thank me later.- 12 HOUR BRAISED LAMB WITH POLENTA, JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE & ROSEMARY: the dramatic presentation of a refined but rustic, hearty bowl tipping its coppola towards northern / central Italian cooking with rich polenta topped with crispy Jerusalem artichokes that provide much needed crunch and texture to an otherwise soft dish. And speaking of soft: THAT LAMB. Served bravely with only a spoon, the lamb “ballotine” breaks under the back of a spoon’s mild pressure. This is a thoroughly enjoyable dish. This is a must order dish BUT one to share. It’s a huge portion for one person so it should be a sharing dish for 2-3. It’s the best kind of Sunday lunch eating.NOTABLE MENTIONS:- Rose is the New Black: their interpretation of an Aperol spritz featuring a splash of blood orange sorbet which adds sharpness to this king’s goblet aperitif.- Pulled Lamb Pizzetta: a long pizzetta on a board hiding the pulled lamb under fresh mild ricotta, sweet grilled courgettes and even more lashing of cheese. It’s a spring celebration. However, this feels more like a flatbread and I recommend the pizza dough to cooked further for a crunchy firm base that can withstand the weight of the toppings. The base bends too easily and a yeasty, crunchy pizza dough would fight back not just structurally but also bring its own flavour profile to the dish.Wine menu: one of the more generous wine by the glass menus I’ve seen in Dubai. I appreciate this as it allows for switching wine with courses and of course if you’re coming here for just drinks, why should you be restricted to 2-3 wines by the glass. I wish more places were this flexible.Would I go back to Boca? Well I did so, and I am glad I did. My return visits would likely focus more on grazing through their tapas menu accompanied by cocktails and friends.

Food was weird but the drinks were top notch!5/5 for drinks, 1/5 for food (like seriously disappointing, I am no chef but give me 5 minutes in the kitchen and I can make something more palatable). Since service was so nice, I rounded to a 3/5. The ambiance was nice as well.

My husband and I have just recently dined at Boca as part of Dubai’s ‘Restaurant Week’ and we are so happy we did. We had a wonderful lunch. As part of ‘Restaurant Week’, a set menu was provided. After being so impressed by the set menu, we definitely want to come back to Boca to sample the full menu. All the staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful diner at Boca: the food was great, the service was amazing: even though when booking they said that they couldnt book a table outside due to availability we ended up having a table on the terrasse which was a great surprise! Looking forward to going back to this restaurant and eating some delicious tapas and desserts!

Located in DIFC, next to Cipriani, BOCA offers very nice ambiance and delicious food. You have to try the 24 hours cooked lamb and the burata. The paella is also excellent. Friendly staff, good service.Open daily from 12pm to 2 am.
