Excellent service and very professional and accommodating staff. I was recommended a big list of blood tests and preventive biomarkers by my treating doc. Checked with many labs but sadly they were extremely over priced and unresponsive. Called up Alpha Medical Lab and they were very helpful and patient with my questions . Great price and also got my reports as per my preference by WhatsApp which was very convenient. Plenty of parking spots outside and very close to the Metro .Got my reports in record time as promised .Now my go to lab and highly recommended

Regularly go there for blood tests ( preventive), they have great health packages for complete over all health check, also do customized ones ( did it for my wife) , really friendly staff and helpful and super fast procedure and i was seen within seconds literally, clean lab. Great prices as compared to other labs . Blood test was painless, quick and easy considering I am difficult to bleed and it’s difficult to find my vein but Rahul was great and I never felt any pain so this is my go to lab . I’m happy and satisfied with the service thus far. Ample parking spots . Highly Recommended.

I had a very smooth experience, great customer service too as I had to call for inquiries prior to my appointment. I was particularly impressed by how fast they attended to me, with adequate precautionary measures in place I felt really safe and before I forget to mention...they had the most affordable prices compared to other labs I checked out. They sent my results via email on time and also assisted with my insurance reimbursement claim form promptly when I sent a request. 👍🏾

Being a medic, i checked with so many labs and hospitals in dubai for different blood tests and its a pity that everywhere else is so overpriced.I checked with Alpha and got the best prices for with prompt delivery of my reports.

Highly recommend this lab. Its in a great location and they have a very caring and professional approach. I am particularly sensitive to needles and blood but I have not had a single bruise from them and barely felt it. They are very nice people.

Highly recommend their service. I had to get almost 25 different tests done, and Mr. Abdullah was very prompt in providing me with a quote. He was also very accommodating towards any questions / confusions I had about few of the tests. The lab facility is clean, and the test results came back within the promised time frame. I didnt have insurance and went here for Pregnancy Test and a couple of Hormone tests. There service is excellent...very welcoming and their prices are great.. i was given a huge bill by other labs that i checked with but AML -they gave me a good discount on all tests. Gave me my reports on time as promised . Dont keep you waiting and quickly do the formalities which is very comforting as there is very little wait time .Lab is clean and plenty of parking spots outside the building.
