Emirates Airlines is recommending this lab for pre-flights PCRs on their website so I phone the lab to book an appointment only to find out they don’t accept bookings or walk-in … and I have to learnt this from the rude receptionist they have attending phone calls … so yeah!Terrible service and even worst customer service!

I do not recommend using them for PCR tests.

The staff at the reception is extremely arrogant and unfriendly. Her name is Irene. She doesnt listen to what we got to say. The staff at phlebotomy room is kind and nice. The testing fees are economical. Although we have a couple of more test to complete, we wouldnt visit this lab just due to the staff Ms. Irene.

Okay so this was my first experience with them, I went to Freiburg Medical Laboratory to give in blood sample and was promised the results will be release in 7 working days and I booked with my doctor after 7 days as they told and It tooks Almost 10 days. Despite the nurse telling me it will be ready sure in 7 days. This is so unprofessional and I will definitely not recommend this service to anyone. Very very disappointed .

Very impressive, well organized! Helpful staff and very clean and neat lab! My doctor said that she never saw such a test resutls organized like this. They sent the resutls by email which saved me from visiting twice. I am very happy.

Would highly recommend this lab...Iron has been low since childhood... no one was able to make the diagnoses and I was always given iron tabs. When I got a simple blood test done from this lab they suggested I do test for thalassemia... when I got it done minor thalassemia was diagnosed.

Walk-in basis to do the blood test. After my research , this laboratory had the cheapest prices for hormone test (AMH, FSH, LH, testosterone). Approximately 4 hours after blood collection, results were sent via email.

Amazing lab I have been using it since long time and Im always happy but you should open another lap in shariah or extend your service by making places to collect sample in other emirate
